On Jan 28,2016 i ordered a eken h9 action camera. Product came to me defectively on Feb 16,2016. Camera has a lots of vertical lines. I opened ticket on same day. I am upset since I got my partial order arrived but the 2nd shipping is missing so I track it down and somehow it returned back to the warehouse within my same country. Now they want me to pay the shipping fee USD10 to send it again. However my address is correct so that's why I got my first package. Therefore the 2nd shipping must have incorrect address by their stuff's mistake. I will update again what will happen since they said they will refund me but I still lost USD10 in value?!
