In the past I've ordered a few low value items from GearBest without much of a problem. However I recently ordered a £160 tablet which was faulty on arrival. The best Gearbest could offer is a $49 partial refund (In GearBest points), or I could return the item for a refund. Given it was going to cost nearly half the value of the tablet to return it to China it simply wasn't worth it so I have written the money off.

I am disappointed that this is the best GearBest can offer, my advice is treat ordering from GearBest like gambling... only spend what you can comfortably afford to lose...

My experiences with my orders on the site Gerbet are positive, and I will soon receive new packages.
The prices are very competitive and often accompanied by commercial events and sales. There is also a point system,
Well thought out and can lower the price by up to 30%.
The flat I would say is at the level of the follow-up of the orders, there is a little latency in the update of informartion of the package,
Automation of information may be possible in the future.
There are also reviews and photos for each item, so we can have a real view of objects.
I buy electronic objects, Christmas gifts, bargains, very often without delivery costs.

I am extremely disappointed with the service recieved from GearBest.

I paid extra money for priority shipping for my items, however my items were not even shipped out until 8 days after I had paid and they eventually arrived after the deadline of 12 business days which I had paid for them to arrive by.

I asked if I could have the money back that I paid for the faster delievery option but GearBest told me that, despite the delay being their own fault, they would not offer me a refund.

I cannot believe that in this day and age, my not recieving a service I paid for due to a mistake made by the company I am doing business with does not entitle me to a refund.
Yet GearBest have proved to me that this is possible; they clearly have no regard for customer service once they have your money.
Yes they are cheap, but you'd have a nicer time elsewhere and you'd be happier in the knowledge that you haven't helped fill the coffers of a morally bankrupt business.

Fast delivery, good support for the products and great selection.

Gearbest is scammer - do not buy from them. They should rename to Gearworst. I purchased a neje laser engraver from these guys and added insurance to the order with extra payment. Their insurance promises to resend of the item immediately if it has problems while shipping. My order arrived me in a broken state and I send them all requested evidences. However, they now do not keep their promise and forcing me to return the product in order to help me. I ask them about insurance and I want to use my rights but they ignore it. This is a well established scam, do not buy from Gearbest. I believe all these 5 stars feedbacks are given by themselves and fake ones because this style of business is a scam nothing else!

January this year. I purchased a dash cam from gear best and the day it arrived I found an issue with the camera, the menu button did not work so I was unable to change any of the settings. I contacted them right away that same day. I was instructed to take a video or photos to prove the camera was faulty, which I did. It is now May 20th and several emails later, 3 times I was told a new camera would be shipped with in 3 days but it's all bull$#*!. I still have not yet received a replacment camera. All this company does is lie to you and you will never get your money back or a broken product replaced.

I bought a mechanical keyboard at Gearbest, but I did not think it was all RGB. I spoke to the gearbest and they sorted it out. They told me to wait for the order to arrive and then I could send them back, and then they would send me credit.
I really like buying on the gearbest.
They are very attentive and always deliver me the products very well packaged.
The points program of the gearbest is very rewarding, always earned credits to spend.
Besides, it has the best prices, mainly in Black Fridaychinesa.

The order was made on the 18th of October from the UK warehouse. Reportedly despatched quickly but on the 23rd the tracking shows stop and return to seller without even attempting delivery. After contacting yodel they say there was an issue with the address.
Even after this fact gearbest propose a 50% refund in credit or 1/3 back to PayPal. Laughable at best. Opened dispute and immediately escalated to claim with PayPal as they have the item and don't resend or refund!

I'm from Brazil, and things in this country are so expensive... So I met the Gearbest website and bought some products. Products from China usually take a long time to arrive here in Brazil, but the products arrived a little bit fast! Highly recommed Gearbest!

I ordered from Gearbest an Ulefone Paris smartphone, order No W************** on 21 Nov 2015, I have received my order in within 15 working days in Greece. The mobile is exactly as Gearbest's site. After market research about this mobile Gearbest has the lowest price.the Gearbest Customer Support is excellent and very helpful. I recommend Gearbest and i will certainly buy again. I buy a lot of goods in this store. But one purchase surprised me very much. I ordered a xiaomi redmi note 5a phone. He had an excellent price for the promotion and a free bracelet Mi Band 2 came in as a gift. The goods came to Russia very quickly. The phone and bracelet were well packed. Both goods were new and original. The phone was a global version and with the official firmware. In general, I was very pleased. Such generous actions I have never met anywhere else.

I made three orders on GearBest. The service has been excellent. I can confirm that the package is excellent, the delivery is very fast and the products are quality.
In all three orders, the products arrived in Spain ahead of schedule. All the products were exactly as the description indicated.
I usually visit several websites before placing orders and at GearBeast I find deals and very good prices. I like that I can pay with paypal.

Very happy with my purchase of Original Xiaomi Portable USB LED Light. Great value of the product, much cheaper than similar LED lights of the same quality, a few levels of brightness which I was positively surprised with. Fast delivery.
