I loved buying on the gearbest, I have confidence and have never been disappointed.
The best purchase I made was a notebook, order W**************.
The notebook arrived in great condition. My wife loved the notebook.
I live in Brazil, where the quality of delivery is poor, but I shop at the gearbest anyway.
They help me in any problem I have.
In the past I've ordered a few low value items from GearBest without much of a problem. However I recently ordered a £160 tablet which was faulty on arrival. The best Gearbest could offer is a $49 partial refund (In GearBest points), or I could return the item for a refund. Given it was going to cost nearly half the value of the tablet to return it to China it simply wasn't worth it so I have written the money off.
I am disappointed that this is the best GearBest can offer, my advice is treat ordering from GearBest like gambling... only spend what you can comfortably afford to lose...

I bought at this store a smartphone Doogee x5 Pro. It was the lowest price among other stores. Also a discountl coupons or GB points can be applied to the purchase and the cost will be even lower. Delivery fast (two weeks to Russia) and support respond well to questions.

I paid extra money for priority shipping for my items, however my items were not even shipped out until 8 days after I had paid and they eventually arrived after the deadline of 12 business days which I had paid for them to arrive by.
I asked if I could have the money back that I paid for the faster delievery option but GearBest told me that, despite the delay being their own fault, they would not offer me a refund.
I cannot believe that in this day and age, my not recieving a service I paid for due to a mistake made by the company I am doing business with does not entitle me to a refund.
Yet GearBest have proved to me that this is possible; they clearly have no regard for customer service once they have your money.
Yes they are cheap, but you'd have a nicer time elsewhere and you'd be happier in the knowledge that you haven't helped fill the coffers of a morally bankrupt business.

I bought a XiaoMi A2 from this website and it was a flawless experience from start to finish. It is one of the only places which I have found that you can buy Chinese tech from so that's a major plus point for me. The only downside really is the shipping time, since I guess I've gotten used to nextday delivery from other websites but a couple of weeks wait isn't going to kill anyone.

Gearbest is scammer - do not buy from them. They should rename to Gearworst. I purchased a neje laser engraver from these guys and added insurance to the order with extra payment. Their insurance promises to resend of the item immediately if it has problems while shipping. My order arrived me in a broken state and I send them all requested evidences. However, they now do not keep their promise and forcing me to return the product in order to help me. I ask them about insurance and I want to use my rights but they ignore it. This is a well established scam, do not buy from Gearbest. I believe all these 5 stars feedbacks are given by themselves and fake ones because this style of business is a scam nothing else!

January this year. I purchased a dash cam from gear best and the day it arrived I found an issue with the camera, the menu button did not work so I was unable to change any of the settings. I contacted them right away that same day. I was instructed to take a video or photos to prove the camera was faulty, which I did. It is now May 20th and several emails later, 3 times I was told a new camera would be shipped with in 3 days but it's all bull$#*!. I still have not yet received a replacment camera. All this company does is lie to you and you will never get your money back or a broken product replaced.

I bought a mechanical keyboard at Gearbest, but I did not think it was all RGB. I spoke to the gearbest and they sorted it out. They told me to wait for the order to arrive and then I could send them back, and then they would send me credit.
I really like buying on the gearbest.

The order was made on the 18th of October from the UK warehouse. Reportedly despatched quickly but on the 23rd the tracking shows stop and return to seller without even attempting delivery. After contacting yodel they say there was an issue with the address.
Even after this fact gearbest propose a 50% refund in credit or 1/3 back to PayPal. Laughable at best. Opened dispute and immediately escalated to claim with PayPal as they have the item and don't resend or refund!
