We all know that, usually, the presale customer experience is good almost everywhere. On GearBest I done more than ten orders and all always gone well! I love buy on this site because there is a very good value for money. In particular I bought many Xiaomi products. For now, all products are working fine, so I don't have experience with GearBest guarantee. But I'm sure that GearBest guarantee will work fine as the rest. The delivery speed for the Europe destinations is improvable, but I thinks that when GearBest will open the Spain and Italy stores the delivery speed will be improved.

When I want to buy something I always firstly check in Gearbest, because in 90% of the cases they have it and it's cheaper than other sites. Exaple for that is my recent bought of Amazfit Bip smartwach - it was the cheapest offer. They also use good shipping services - which are not expensive - most of the time they are free, but when they are not it's less than an euro. I like this website and hope they will continue in the same manner and even grow bigger - with more good offers of course.

Please do not pay attention to all these positive reviews made by marketing bots. I am a real person, and I confirm that Gearbest is one of the worst online shops ever. They sell refurbished goods as new; faulty as working; they invented a customer support system that is as inconvenient as it can be.
I purchased from them VIOFO A119 1440P 160 Degree Wide Angle Car DVR which already had signs of wear. I used it for a couple of weeks until it stopped working. After 12 (!) emails from me Gearbest gave me a permission to return Viofo for exchange (via first class mail, as they requested, which was half of Viofo's cost). This was in December 2017. No replacement received; my support ticket closed by Gearbest, and they ignore my emails.

I have opened for myself one more Chinese shop. It is Gearbest shop. Shop of the Chinese electronics. The order was made by Nov 25,2017(W**************). In 20 days I held the beautiful Chinese Xiaomi Redmi Note 4 smartphone in hand. He was amazing. I have fallen in love with him. Later I have made some more small purchases in this shop. And he hasn't disappointed me. Packages have arrived to time accepted for delivery. I do some purchases in this shop now. There is a lot of things interesting and not expensive.
