The first time I made an order on gearbest was about a year ago, I ordered Xiaomi Comfort Headphones just when they came out at less than $40 with using a coupon. Payment is very easy, you can pay almost anyhow you want, using your credit card, paypal, etc. The delivery took pretty long that time, about 1-1.5 month. It came well packed, original and satisfational, I still use those headphones now. I made some other orders on gearbest recently, the shipping methods were different, also with and without tracking, they all came in ~2 weeks, that's really good now! I also took some products at flashsale prices and sometimes it's the lowest price on the internet for the item and with using gearbest points it's a real bargain! But you should be careful with those flashsales, because sometimes you can get items with some defects (but not that bad that you would like to return it). Also, sometimes there are some technical issues with leaving a review for the products or tracking your order, but most of the functionality works well. I didn't have a chance to estimate the service, because I had no serious incidents with gearbest yet. There's also a QA section for each product, but the answers you get for your questions sometimes don't provide information you really needed and can be unhelpful. Nevertheless, overall is 4/5.
