I ordered a mobile phone and the day after of the purchase the status changed to "packed".
After 6 days i asked then at chat and a staff said to just wait more few days to be shipped.
After more 4 days i opened an ticket asking about the shipping date and an another staff said to me i needed to wait more 20 days to the product be shipped or accept a refund.
I have already bought 7 screen protectors and 3 cases at this same store to the phone and all was shipped, except the smartphone.
What I should do now with those cases and screen protectors who was already shipped to me? I have to trust to this store after they lied to me?
Why i should believe in the staff saying to wait more 20 days to have my order shipped if at march 13 i have ordered a different smartphone ( WP**************) who never was shipped and the store makes me wait untill 5 may to canceled my order?
Use this store for more than 3 years, delivery almost all the time came. Communication is very easy and helpfull. Great actions and points program

Tried ordering a new phone. For some reason (something got delayed on their end) they don't even have it in store and keep on asking for me to wait another week. Once I asked to cancel the order and get the money back, so I could buy the same phone somewhere, they refused and only offered to wait even more or pick something else from their store.
So much for all the "money-back guarantee".
UPDATE: Increasing the score from 1 to 2 as they finally gave in and refunded my expenses. It is just a shame that the conversation had to be reduced to threats with a court level.

I buying many times from Gearbest. But if will have any problems they will ignore you. I ordered mobile phones - order numbers W************** and W**************. But I didn't get them more than 5 months. Track numbers are RU*******NL and RF*******SG. If them track on 17track you will see parcels didn't come to my country. By the PayPal rules seller must solve problems with shipping company and make refund to buyer. (PayPal Purchase Protection for Buyers)
Gearbest ignore my tickets and didn't answer for them. They don't return my money. So I lose my money and time.

I bought a xioami mi6 and after 5 months I hade a mic. Problem (only with calls, at recorder its fine) after several conversation with the tech. Help I send them the phone.
After a week I sent them a message regarding the issue and they replied that they already send me a used phone (without asking me if I want it or I would rather want a refund or my original phone back or to send it to Xioami)
This is discusting!
I'm so angry at them!
And an addition they send the phone as new phone and not RMA and I need to pay tax to send it free.

I sometimes shop the Chinese electronics in GearBest shop. From my last large purchases there was a Xiaomi Redmi Note 4 smartphone. The order at number W************** has been made at the end of November. Shipment of a package was from the Hong Kong warehouse and in the middle of January I held this fine smartphone in the hand. It is the beautiful and fast smartphone. Long holds the battery. I have many times good experience in this shop. Support answers my questions quickly. I had no problems with electronics bought from GearBest shop yet.
I heard about GearBest some months ago, but I was not convinced about buying gadgets online because all the bad experiences I had heard. But I tried GearBest and I was surprised to find both good prices and good delivery. I spent a lot less of what I thought I would and my order came even earlier than expected!
I would like to share with all of you my experience with Gearbest. I'm buying from this company since more than one year (3 cell phones and this time a laptop. I ordered the item on june 13 and after 2 days I was contacted from the support service to confirm the shipping address (probably because was different from the paypal address). They replied in 24h (via ticket) and confirmed the shipping to my address. I received the product in 1 week ( was a DHL shipping from an EU warehouse). I contacted a second time the support service to ask info about the tracking code, because was not active the first two days and, again, I received updates in 24h.
The 14 laptop was well packed and they also added an EU plug adapter) also if not necessary.
Pros:
- good product for 240 euro
- SSD memory is very fast (teclast brand)
- I really love the keyboard
- I installed office 365, Avira, GIMP, malwarebytes, foxit reader, Ccleaner and I have 83 GB free
- only 1.3 Kg
Cons:
- I removed the screen protector and I found a matte display, so it seems that the glossy effect is due to the screen protector (at least in this version). I preferred a glossy screen
- audio quality 6.5/10
- webcam 6.5/10
- batteri could be better (4-5h with a general use. I never reached 6h)
- weak wifi

I got my products but one was not what they promised and one broke after a few seconds of use. They still continue to use wrong information on their website even though they admitted to me that it is not correct. Then you do Paypal dispute, they refuse to refund unless you close the case, if you close the case, Paypal will not help. I got free shipping but the product was damaged an only fit for resting your cup on they offered a refund less the first shipping that was ment to be free or a replacement. As it cost 25 pounds to send back to resolve the matter I chose to except the replacement it came and was just as bad a tablet as the first. Take my advice and run a mile.
