I write for 2 weeks in a customer service and live chat and still nothing. Every time I have robotic answers. I checked in our couriers and customs - nothing, the shipment is stuck somewhere in Germany.
I get answers - "We will check this case for 2-3 days" And this correspondence is from 2 weeks.

Item was reduced in promotion - with refund can't buy a new one! This is a terrible situation!

The item advertised is not what I received. Just stay away and save some headache for yourself. Product get shipped from China and the product you will receive will be whatever the closest to what you ordered. My shoes sent was Dark Brown but the pictures showed Light Brown. Very ugly!

I have Bought the ILife V7s Robot from GearBest, more than 4 months ago.
The item I received was faulty - stacked all time with no reason.
They promised the give my money back after I'll send them the item (forcing me to pay for the delivering).
I have sent the item to the address they asked me in Spain already almost 2 months ago, and now they wrote me they cannot take it out from the custom office, asking me to send it to a new address in China!
This is only a brief of the issue - They are just delaying the repayment with strange new excuses from time to time.
It also seemed like they have blocked for me the option to write a review in they website.
Beware and get away from them!

Bought several xiaomi redmi note 4 on this website. Prices was about 130$ depending on the offers and reductions.
One of them won't turn on after 4 months.
I describe the problem to the after-sale services. Send the phone back to Spain for repair.
After 2 months, they told me that the phone cannot be repaired and they offer me 50$ cash back!
At this moment, i'm trying to negociate because i thing they can repaire it but they won't...
EDIT: after this message, Gearbest reimburse me a part of the total cost of the phone. You just have to know that the garantee have a 4 months limit... After that they propose half of the price in cash back...

Bought a Furibee F36 mini drone paid extra for 3 batteries only received 2. Email them and they wanted pictures of box, shipping package and contents I did all that then I get email back and I quote "We wish to apologize for any inconvenience. There are 2 Spare Battery in the package as mentioned as attachment." I know that I sent you the picture I am missing one and that was it. Ordered many items with this shop. Mainly mobile phones. Excellent Prices, excellent shipping, excellent support. Got one of the phones defective, got my money back.
Answer: Some people will get their products, some will not. Some will get what they expected and some will not. I got my products but one was not what they promised and one broke after a few seconds of use. They still continue to use wrong information on their website even though they admitted to me that it is not correct. I wrote a review on their web site about the product that broke after a few seconds of use and they blocked it so it still looks like the product only has positive reviews. Then you do Paypal dispute, they refuse to refund unless you close the case, if you close the case, Paypal will not help.
