Till now im totally satisfied with my cooparation with Gearbest, any problems i had they solved it fast, i received all my orders perfectly fine (some on time some a bit late but still perfectly fine) and i am glad they have many different shipping ways so i can avoid my country's custom fees! In my opinion Gearbest has a lot of Integrity which is based on years of hard work and improvements through a tough competition!"

I bought several objects from Italy, from 2 to 200, and I have to admit that the site was perfect. The cheapest objects ordered from China (without tracking), arrived within 3 weeks. For those who complain about delays in shipments: the problem is the local post!
More expensive objects (like a tablet) arrived from Germany in 5 days, nothing to complain about that.
I can't judge warranty and return policy, because I didn't need them yet.
Quick, easy and hassle free shopping. I would recommend this over and over again. The shipping times are reasonable and have not had any issues with this, normally about 10 to 15 days for shipping with minimal costs. And the item are usually of acceptable or better quality. With the customer support willing to help you whenever you need.
Good products come packaged very well, are of the highest quality, contact with the store is good, in Portuguese and a little time consuming, so I use it in English. They do refund of the product that does not arrive even more here in Brazil where you stay in the hope of them delivering your products, but other than that I recommend to all the store, I am waiting for November Black kkkkk.
Worst experience! Purchased an item from them. Placed order, even bought the "expedited shipping" for 7 business days as suggested, otherwise the shipping would take over a month. But after the estimated time, the item was not even packed. So I contacted them, they said it is out of stock. What the heck? You don't even notify your customer after the payment for expedited shipping? Because that was when you were supposed to pack and ship! Customers' time and money were wasted, but there is no compensation!

I've ordered from them 9 times so far. The only downside from this website are the shipping times, something understandable as everything gets shipped from China and I live in Spain. I had to contact their support center two times, and both of them they resolved the issues and were really kind. That is something I didn't expect, as dealing with customer support in shops from China can be tricky. Gearbest is definitely a site I trust.
The shopping on this platform is really easy and have some delivering ways to choose, from cheap but slowly to fast but little expensive and fast.
I really want shop in the future.

Answer: Some people will get their products, some will not. Some will get what they expected and some will not. I got my products but one was not what they promised and one broke after a few seconds of use. They still continue to use wrong information on their website even though they admitted to me that it is not correct. Answer: Dont really matter mate, regardless, what they do if does not arrive, they will not refund, they offer to resend at your cost. Then you do Paypal dispute, they refuse to refund unless you close the case, if you close the case, Paypal will not help. In my circumstances Paypal decided in my favour and refunded, but dragged on, avoid this company in future, Bangood better

Answer: Yes Adam, did you pay with PayPal? If Then contact PayPal and claim your money back and stat away from gearbest, they lied to me and now i an trying to get my 100 dollars back. Answer: I would advise you to stear clear. If the site does not let you order with free shipping then you have dodged a bullet. I got free shipping but the product was damaged an only fit for resting your cup on they offered a refund less the first shipping that was ment to be free or a replacement. As it cost 25 pounds to send back to resolve the matter I chose to except the replacement it came and was just as bad a tablet as the first. Take my advice and run a mile.
