I have shopped with this company for decades now. I just did a return and now, not only do I have to watch out for any product that they don't sell themselves (not shipped from them, but sold on their site and not necessarily noted that way), but now if you use a coupon or deal and return something, they will not give you a full refund of the amount you paid for the items. They will take off money because you 'broke a deal'. So, if you see a sale, you have to think really hard about whether you are sure you want it, since if the item doesn't work for you, then you don't get your money back. Heck, I could have kept them and re-sold them if I had known that. This has never happened before and they are very sorry, but I am now looking hard for other places to shop. I hate getting ripped off like this. They keep changing what they offer with no notice at all.
Cheap fabrics, poor design and shipping that can take weeks/months. I miss the brick and mortar Catherine's stores -- online Catherine's is not really Catherine's, Full Beauty bought the name but failed to keep the quality and selection of clothing offered by Catherine's. Searching out another avenue for my career and casual clothing budget.
Not only did they not give me my discount that was offered, they also charge me double for delivery on what was supposed to be very fast delivery, which to me means two to three days, unfortunately two full beauty it means 12 days! Do not shop with them, they're rude, they put you on hold, do not come back on the phone, and if and when you do reach someone they give you the runaround, never getting any results, they just take your money, oh and their items are crap, seriously bad!

I ordered 2 dresses and the package got lost in the mail. No record whatsoever of the post office even receiving the package. I waited 2 weeks and still nothing and no update. I called and they said I had to wait a full 30 days before they could refund or do anything about it. I waited the full 30 days, called back and they finally gave me a refund which took a couple days to go back on my card. Fast forward nearly another month, and the package finally shows up at my door. Wanting to be honest I call them and tell them what happened. No explanation, no nothing. They immediately wanted my credit card info so they could re-bill me for the purchase. Now I did want to be honest, but seriously? No discount, no nothing. They demanded full payment. I am done with this pathetic company. Be weary of ordering from them.
Fast delivery to Australia. Frustrating at times that items are not available for international shipping. Now having trouble logging on as there are too many redirects. Very happy with clothing I have received.
Most Fragrances sold on the site are sold and delivered by "Fragrancenet.com" what I find disturbing is that Fallbeauty won't let you use discounts for fragrances because it is sold by third party, yet if you purchase directly from Fragrancenet, you get like 30% off. Don't be fooled read reviews first Fragrance net is know for selling FAKE perfume! No wonder my smells only last about 15 minutes or so... never again

They will split your order and not take the returns. They are thieves. After calling customer service, the guy i spoke with said he didn't care if they lost my business or did bad reviews. It wasn't going to change anything. I'm so frustrated and mad.

I have been shopping this online store for years, back when it was Lane Bryant. Recently placed a large order and found they have eliminated the FullBeauty Club. This allowed you to pay $19 and you got $2.99 shipping all year. They have also shortened their return window/exchange window from 90 to 60 days and will not give any exceptions even for long time customers. Customer service was nill. I am stuck with poor quality shoes and leggings that are just too large because I was not aware of the return policy changes. Will be very selective in shopping there in the future.
I placed an order that was lost in the mail. I contacted the company 12 times. I even sent the 3811-A (Intranet document) form from the post office & a letter from the post master. Full beauty never replaced my order. I lost over $90. I will never shop with this company again. Please take heed. Read the comments here and on Better Business Bureau.

$157 order from June never sent. Calked in July and they said it was backordered. Called in October and they sent a $19 item.
Called in November to report only ine item sent, andthey claimed to have sent everything in June and it was too late forca refund. They are now rated 1.2 and are ranked at the bottom of over 2400 clothing companies for awful customer service. They used to be a good company. Do not order from them unless you want to thriw your money away.
I've ordered 2 pairs of shoes. Paid $ 121.00. I had to return them as they didn't fit. I've got a refund of $ 58.00. My numerous inquiries as to what happened to the rest of the money have been ignored. This company lies when it comes to refunds. Beware.

If you shop them right, you can get some great deals. The fabric itsrlf is cotton and most items are solid construction but the colors fade way too easily. Understand that their sizing is different the X-sizes are shifted one size down. Verify sizing before you order. I've purchased boots with good luck. Shipping times are reasonable and often there are free shipping coupon codes.
I ordered a coat as a Christmas gift for my daughter.
The coat did not fit so I returned it.
Three months later I find they have turned me over to collections for 107.00.
They are calling them them "fees".
When I finally got in touch with with them I was sent from Credit to customer service and back to credit.
No resolution.
I have filed a complaint with the Attorney Generals office.
If you are having problems with this company you should also file a complaint.
They will continue to seal from people if they get away with it.
Do not buy from this company!
I haven't ordered any items in over a year and I keep getting charged using my debit card. I have actually gotten on a first name basis with my bank associate due to the extreme # of incorrect charges and ensuing stop payments. Charges show up on my bank statement with FullBeauty, $$ value and 800 phone #. Phone # NEVER works and when I call, all I get is a loud, angry, pulsing shriek of a noise to which my response can only be to hang up. I am now on call # 5 to my bank associate in order to place a stop payment. Don't start using these people EVER.

I've been waiting for these swim shorts since January. Was not notified they were on backorder until I contacted fullbeauty in February. I was told they would ship out in the beginning of March. Now at the end of march I still did not have shipment notification so I came to check my order. Someone cancelled it after I called in February. I was never notified. I never asked them to cancel my order. I've never seen worse customer service for a company in my life. I also posted this review on the fullbeauty website, but I'm sure it will be taken down quickly.

The only calls that get answered are for assistance in placing an order. The websites present offers that advise free shipping and other discounts which sometimes disappear by the time the order finalizes. The phone service is off-shore and workers there have NO ability to assist except to take your order. Customers must watch clothing quality very carefully.
I ordered a chenille bedspread. To my horror, it was just a poorly made bedsheets with some flocking glued on. The tufts were linting all over, so much so that I had to vacuum AND I never unfolded the thing. The outer package was ripped and the spread looked dirty. I guess you'd be worn and dirty if you came all the way from China by steerage! The two ladies tees I ordered were so thin you'd be arrested for public indecency. Sent that crap back, hope the will credit my shipping as they said they would. Don't hold your breath!

I have been shopping online at FullBeauty for over a year. Due to my frequent purchases, I decided to join the $19.99 FB Shoppers Club which allegedly gives $2.99 shipping charges. I contacted Customer Service by email and phone when my shipping charges were not reduced to $2.99. Via email I was told to log out of the site and back in which didn't work. Via phone I was transferred from person to person who was ignorant of any functionality that would help me. After 45 minutes, I requested cancellation of the membership. From the initial one time use when I paid for the membership, I was refunded only 50% of the fee. AWFUL customer service.
After not receiving my order I called to find out where it was (Fed Ex didn't have it yet) they told me that it as lost and I'd have to wait 30 days before they could declare it lost. When I wanted to cancel the order I was told that was against their policy. Never again

Answer: Their large size clothing is cut weird like Wedding and Formal dresses in those stores getting a customer to "have to make alterations". I ordered TWO one piece with a skirt swimsuits and they bottoms fit but I couldn't get the body of the suit up over my torso. My friends even tried to put on the suit and the same thing happened. It is like they use scrap garment pieces and just sew them together to make one sell-able garment.
