Good deals, but high priced shipping and return shipping costs suck. I've gotten some great cotton items, unfortunately, some tees don't wash well and shrink up the length, thus making it a sleep shirt instead.
I bought 2 pairs of pants that I ended up having to return (one for fit the other for quality issues). When I purchased these items I was told there were free exchanges. However, when I started the exchange process I found that since I used my paypal account I could only return the items. Also since they shipped them with separate invoices I would be deducted $9 for each one. That is more than they charged me for the original shipping!
I will never buy from this company again!
I started out purchasing bras from FULL BEAUTY because I could not find any locally that fit. Full Beauty stared sending me promo codes & coupons that were really worth using, so I did. I think I have been ordering from them for 10 + years and plan to continue to do so. They have many brands, so I'm able to get different styles of clothes from them. My favorite band right now is Torrid, and I'm having fun buying from them. I can buy from any of their different brands, and do so under the fullbeauty website. Otherwise I'd have to play at like eight orders when it is coming from the same place. I have never had any problems on a return no matter what the reason. I am an excellent Xcustomer.Since you no longer include return labels and invoices when you send out the customer's items and its impossible to return anything i will pay off my accounts and stop buying from your company which has very poor customer service.
Returned two items. Got confirmation that they were received. Got refund for only one item on a gift card and even not able to use the card. Never received refund for the other one. Have called customer service multiple times. This a scam.
Place an order and never receive your items. Things I have actually received are poor quality and sizing us a nightmare Eben using their charts.

This is a chronic problem with Full Beauty. Exasperatingly slow order processing and shipping each time I order from them. I only use them because they carry an item I use a lot, one which is difficult to find at other sites. The latest order I placed was on 10/9. FB didn't get it to the FedEx site in Indianapolis until almost a week later. It's now 10/23 and I'm still waiting. I realize part of the issue is FedEx's notoriously slow service. But FB could have sent it via the USPS and it would have arrived ages ago. It's a three day drive, with leisurely overnight stops, from Indianapolis to my home. It's been two weeks since I placed an order. C'mon, FB, get it together. Drop FedEx and use a shipper that doesn't make your customers wish to shop elsewhere.
I purchased online from Walmart not realizing this was a third party company. Big mistake because my other purchases were fine but this one was not what was advertised to begin. Then for the next 5 weeks when I tried to return it (missing my 30 day return date) first they don't send you the return label that they're invoice says is attached. Then by email they sent me on a witch hunt carrying a 100 lbs box to Walmart store then to Fedex. After numerous calls and emails (they don't read them) I contacted Walmart online who in two days they issued two refunds allowing Brylane to do the right thing and send me a return label but instead told me again to pay for shipping. Very unprofessional. Will continue doing business with Walmart. And Fullbeauty Brylane Home NEVER again.

So, I decided to give FullBeauty.com another try. I ordered one item (March 15,2018) as a gift to be sent to my Sister. As of today (March 26,2018) the item has still never arrived. I call customer service, a decent wait time (5 minutes), finally a woman comes on the line. She keeps claiming that she can not hear me even though I'm almost screaming into the phone (I'm sure my next door neighbors could hear me fine). I proceed to ask about the item I ordered & why hasn't it been delivered. She starts running off various items she thinks it may be, even though I tell her what the item is & give her the order number. I stand behind my previous observation that customer service workers are incompetent, do not listen to what you're saying & seem to be uninterested in doing their job well.

I tried the site around Columbus day 2016. They had a special promotion, a certain percentage off most items including clearance (which is rare, most promotions exclude clearance). I ordered around $200.00 worth of items, typed in my promo code and got a nice discount ($41.70) or so I thought. They emailed my receipt confirmation, it showed the discount applied. My items start to arrive and on the receipt I am charged full price, no discount to be seen. I called 3 different times to work out this situation and the customer service representatives are incompetent. I just had to keep repeating the same things over and over again. In the end, I finally got my discount but it's to much of a hassle to shop there and I haven't since.
I've used this site numerous times over the years and I've never had a problem receiving product or customer support if I needed it. It seems that this is no longer the case. I ordered a jacket and paid extra for "super fast shipping" because we have temps in the low 20's on the Gulf Coast of Mississippi this week. I don't own a coat and you can't buy one here.
I received a confirmation email that the package would be delivered in two days. It's now two days and I can't even get a tracking number and the website shows the order is still in progress. Customer Care says I can't cancel the order at this point and I just have to wait... um, no... I don't think so. Bank stopped the payment.
It's really too bad since almost every piece of casual clothing that I've purchased in the past three years has been from them. No more... my money spends just as well at multiple other shops.

I ordered two pair of jeans and it took one month to receive items. First bad mark wrong size shipped then the right sized jeans were poor poor quality!
Called to get an authorization to return and promised to get full refund. Guess what two statements later late fee & shipping charging still billed!
Called over four (4) and got disconnected 3 out of 4 and no one understands or cares to understand!

I belong to the shoppers club and am supposed to get free returns. One return went to an outside company. I was told to send copies of receipts of what I paid in postage, which I did multiple times via fax and email, so I can be credited the amount. I have called multiple times and still, no credit after almost a month. Don't join the shoppers club. Products are generally nice but not worth this hassle. I will update if someone actually takes responsibility.

I have ordered from this site twice. They offer great clearance prices on a variety of household items (bedding, drapes, curtains, shades, kitchen and bath, etc) and women's apparel as well. I ordered window shades at a deep discount price. They arrived quickly and I was very happy with the quality. This site always has promotional codes to utilize. The only reason I didn't give it 4 stars was because they often picture items that when you click on them. Have sold out-this I understand but the sold out items tend to stay on the site for a long period of time. Other than this, they have great service.
Every time I have tried to use the $10.00 gift certificate it will not go through. I originally signed up because they claim that they will take $20.00 off your first order of $29.00 or more. They don't. You have to call them and order, you can't do this online (nowhere does it say this on their website). I tried to get the discount afterwards and got the runaround, and a different answer every time. No dice! Also, if you want the free shipping four times a year you have to call them and request a gift certificate BEFORE you place an order, it will come in the MAIL! If you are lucky! Otherwise, the clothes have been fine, no problems really. As for the Full Beauty card, I plan to pay off the rest and close my account. This is ridiculous dealing with this kind of lousy service! I will also boycott their online stores!
Half the items I am interested in ordering can't be delivered to Australia. You can't use Australian Paypal. I really love their clothes but the shipping charges from USA are ridiculous. Save your time - you can't order online and you don't find this out until you have been through the whole process of choosing and trying to pay. Very frustrating.
Do not buy anything from these people if there is the slightest chance you will have to return it! Their customer service is awful! I ordered an item from them that was the wrong size. I sent it back for an even exchange (which their website says is free of charge). Not only did they not exchange my item, it took ten phone calls, two web chats, and three emails to get my money back.
I will never use Full Beauty or any of its sister companies again. The sweaters I ordered were very low quality of yarn... I have purchased all acrylic sweaters before, but the yarn quality here was very cheap. Also, when purchasing clothing online, return policies have to be fair... FB's is not. In addition to charging a $7 return fee, they deducted the original shipping cost... making my refund less than the actual cost of the original goods. NEVER AGAIN!

The clothes I ordered were way too big. Initially their site said I would lose $7.50 to return which I wasnt thrilled about in a world of free returns. However, it cost me almost $20.00 to return items that were way too big. What a scam. I will never use them again, nor any company they resale for.

Answer: Their large size clothing is cut weird like Wedding and Formal dresses in those stores getting a customer to "have to make alterations". I ordered TWO one piece with a skirt swimsuits and they bottoms fit but I couldn't get the body of the suit up over my torso. My friends even tried to put on the suit and the same thing happened. It is like they use scrap garment pieces and just sew them together to make one sell-able garment.
