Placed order and received confirmation email from OSP on 5/31/2022 at 11:55 a.m. (EST) prior to the 3:00 p.m. (EST) cutoff time. Paid $27.98 for Super Fast delivery which is supposed to be delivery within 2 business days. Prior to clicking on "Place Order" stated EDD for order was Thursday, 6/02/2022. Called on customer service on 6/02/2022 when UPS tracking stated wouldn't be delivered until Friday, 6/03/2022 but they refused to do anything about a refund until 6/03/2022. Called second time on 6/03/2022 told by another rep that I had to actually have the package in my hand in order to get a refund on the late delivery. Called third time on 6/03/2022 minutes after UPS delivered package and rep said two business days from date I ordered, 5/31/2022, was 6/03/2022, not 6/02/2022. I argued with this guy for over 30 mins. Before asking to speak with his supervisor, which he refused to do. He said he'd give me a refund of $18.01 on the late delivery, but when I asked him to send me a confirmation email stating I'd get the refund and how much prior to hanging up with him, he refused that also. Claiming he didn't have the "ability" to send me a confirmation email, but I'd receive one after the phone call. I still haven't received any confirmation email from OSP. And I'm guessing I never will because I don't believe the rep was telling me the truth, but was simply trying to get me off the phone so he wouldn't have to deal with me anymore. I also don't believe I'll be getting the $18.01 refund for the same reason. I've filed a dispute with PayPal and a complaint at the BBB about FullBeauty Brands and hopefully one of them will be able to get my $18.01 refund for me. This is the SECOND time this year OSP/FullBeauty has delivered my order late even though I paid for "Super Fast" delivery. My advice is NOT to order from any of FullBeauty Brands because your order will most likely be delivered late and they'll refuse to reimburse you for it. I AM DONE WITH THEM FOR GOOD!

I purchased an item on the 29th of November. As of Dec. 13 still do not have my packaged. According to the shipping company it was shipped on Dec. 2nd, arrived two towns away from where I live on the next day, do the math 10 days later still do not have my item. Began calling the shipping company several days went by & still unresolved. They promised to call me back. They did not. Three people & 4 phone calls later nothing. They just keep saying the person investigating case has not heard back from the distributing warehouse. I'm sorry that would be the same company the investigator works for. DAH. I called full beauty to get my options at this point. This was purchased for a special occasion. It will not arrive in time. The man I spoke to was not helpful at all. He explained that my item had 20 business days to arrive. According to his calculations I was told he could not credit my account until December 29th. Yes that is a month in real days. I also was informed each item that comes from a third party has its own return policy; which the instructions on how to handle the return would be in the package with the item. WHICH I STILL HAVEN'T RECIEVED! Come on I have shipped Items from all over the world which arrived in a more timely manner. I am sooo frustrated. No one informed me when I ordered my package that it would be a 20 day arrival time. In that case I would have known it would not be here in time for my special occasion & I would not have ordered it. I am getting the run around from both shipping & Full Beauty. I would love to rate the item & be able to tell you my purchase was worth the wait but that is impossible. So even if they had a great product I would not know. I will never order from this company again. My next concern is the return. I am expecting complete dissatisfaction based on performance so far. I will be calling my bank & put a hold on the transaction based on fraud. As far as I'm concerned charging & accepting payment for an item not received is fraud. I would not even recommend this company to a enemy.

FullBeauty offers a shipping "club" that is supposed to allow $2.99 shipping for all orders and FREE returns. What they don't tell you is there is a long list of things that don't qualify for the shipping club and that includes ALL of the third-party sellers under their umbrella! Guess what clothing lines are the most appealing? You got it, the third party offerings. So if you pay $19 for the club membership (annually, renewed w/o your permission), you won't always get what you thought you were getting when you signed up. Read the small print. FullBeauty's shipping prices are ridiculous to begin with and they know it so they try to make their "shipping club" look like a great alternative but it is ONLY IF you can use it when you need to return something and IF you shop with them frequently.
Let me add that the quality is poor. Cheapest fabrics or cheap imitations of good fabric and mass construction means poor fit. Like so many online clothing sellers, they use models that are tall and have good hourglass figures so if you are not in this category, the clothes will not fit like they do on the models. Their "close-ups" of the clothes does not show the weave of the fabric so you don't see the thin, cheap fabrics until you receive it in the mail. We all know colors are hard to capture pixel quality on computer monitors vary. But when light comes out dark or soft comes out bright, something is amiss. They alter the photos and Photoshop everything from wrinkles to aspects of color. They utilize toxic (in my opinion), fabric stabilizers. These stabilizers allow fabrics to travel from Asia by boat without getting mildew from the inherent humidity. It also gives the fabric a more expensive appearance of quality and that quickly disappears after you launder it.
Even the reviews are questionable and range the gamut from 1 to 5 stars for the same clothing item. The information tells you nothing you can base an informed buying decision on. When it fits one but not another and they are both the same size, there are a lot of variables going so you can't depend on that information. If one says the fabric is "nice, not cheap" and another says it is "cheap quality" it is apparent again that you can't depend on the information and the star "rating" average is skewed by the variables. So the message then becomes buyer beware, you may not be getting what you think you are seeing. Nothing beats being able to judge fabric for yourself in person by touching and trying it on.
Add to the risk of ensuring the quality of what you are buying, the taxes you are being charged (more and more states are signing on to collect tax when they see how other states have been profiting), postal rates that rise annually and the lack of customer service, it truly puts buying online in a different light. As for me, I refuse to shop at the first sign a business thinks I am stupid enough not to read the fine print and that I am an intelligent, informed buyer.

I have experienced drastic changes, especially in inventory and availability of items. Now the same BORING items appear in clearance, that have dwindled down to next to nothing in availability, and ongoing 50% or 60% off with free shipping on clearance, sale and other items as though they are 'get rid of everything' sales, or 'business closing sales'. I can't understand why they don't write off all these low-in-the-barrel items and given them to be more beneficial to charity! Many, many items ordered say "In Stock", and in the transition of getting to you, I got e-mails stating "Shipped", only to learn when the items were received, "Cancelled". Nobody bothered sending the typical e-mails that use to be sent, indicating an item was "Cancelled" or, "No Longer Available". It is not honest trading being presented with an item being "In Stock", happily making purchases, only to end up not getting the items. Billing is atrocious. My credit card has repeatedly been hit with the same charges due to their "mistakes", in calculating the proper tax, etc., because they keep on charging, charging, and adding more "mistakes". It takes far too long for these charges to "drop off". This is customer injustice when a person is lost in credit card mistakes and can't rely on correctly and promptly charging practices on the part of the shops. It used to be all affiliates had consistently the same prices on items, but now it is common to find Roamans prices higher, and a lot of pricing variables in general. The pricing gimmicks are clearly to be seen. For example, they will have a "sale", mark up the prices, apply the discounts and you end up paying the same as you would before the mark up. Shoes at $19.99, with "50%" off and "free shipping", had prices changed to $39.99, to offset the "50% discount. The price variations and offers are not consistent. "Retail" prices on items, i. E., shoes for example, are listed as high as "$74.95" or even "$89.95", but it appears these prices for the items are bogus for the quality and materials, especially when they are all marked down so cheaply that so many are no longer available. It looks as though a lot of items are not available. I shopped over the years when these were excellent shops, and the shopping experience was so consistently reliable and dependable, from the purchase, to receiving the items, to the credit card charges being done with anticipated precision. It looks as though someone has taken over, compromising the policies and practices. I couldn't be more disappointed because these shops used to be the only place I ever wanted to shop. Not any more. Now I am so grateful that my closets abound with so many things, reminders of how they used to be.
I ordered two shirts and they never came and i called them and was told i would get an affidavite in the mail and it never came. I emailed them ten times throughout four months. They sent me an email with a link and the link went to a blank page. I emailed them several more times and i got emails saying to be patient because of the covid stuff. I waited and then emailed and then waited and then emailed, over and over again and now i just called them for the second time and i explained everything to the lady on the phone and then she sent me to a super because it was over sixty business days. After explaining over and over again that i emailed many times and called twice, he informed me that he cant do anything cus it is over the sixty business days, which i didnt even know there was a time limit, especially after contacting them over and over again, that he wasnt going to be able to do anything for me. I just ate SEVENTY DOLLARS! I cant afford to get ripped off as i live on disability! This is not my fault as i contacted them over and over again and their stupid affidavite never came in the mail and their link didnt even work! I AM LIVID! THEY ARE THIEVES! I ADVISE YOU NOT TO EXPECT ANY REAL SERVICE FROM THIS COMPANY AND THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF!

WORST COMPANY EVER! This complaint is in regards to Swimsuits for All, who I discovered was purchased by Full Beauty. I never had problems with them until now. It has been an absolute nightmare. Ordered $500 worth of merchandise for a trip and paid $40 in shipping which is unheard of for clothing. I was told it would arrive in 7 days. When it had not arrived in 2 weeks I called and sat on hold for 1.5 hours only to be told I probably would not be receiving my items any time soon. I was told I would be refunded the shipping fee and I could return the items at no cost to me if they did not arrive in time. They of course did not arrive and I started emailing the company. I would not receive an email response for weeks. I asked for my order to be canceled and for my cc NOT to be charged and was told 2 weeks later it was too late it had been processed and I was charged. Then when I called to return the items that had arrived a MONTH AND A HALF after I ordered them I was told I could not get the shipping refunded. I finally just returned some of the items as instructed and asked for a manager to call me. I was told I would get a call in an hour. I just received a call 5 days later and was told by the "manager" that there was nothing that could be done because I was misinformed and the fine print stated I would not be getting shipping back and not only that but I was going to be charged and additional $10 for returning the merchandise! He said he would waive this as a courtesy which is insane because no one ever even mentioned that in all the emails and phone calls... just another scam to take money! I asked why he called me 5 days later if he wasn't even going to help me and his response was literally "because I have to, this paper says you requested a call from a manager so I called you." He spoke incredibly rudely to me and raised his voice at me so I simply told him goodbye and hung up. PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! The absolute worst customer service and policies. It is a scam and they do not care about anything but stealing your money. WORST SHOPPING EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE!

Answer: Their large size clothing is cut weird like Wedding and Formal dresses in those stores getting a customer to "have to make alterations". I ordered TWO one piece with a skirt swimsuits and they bottoms fit but I couldn't get the body of the suit up over my torso. My friends even tried to put on the suit and the same thing happened. It is like they use scrap garment pieces and just sew them together to make one sell-able garment.
