The company is using their 60 day return policy to allow them to steal. Bad product, sorry past 60 days. Defective products, sorry past 60 days. Made errors in the returns, within the 60 days but unavailable to discuss the errors due to Covid-19, sorry past the 60 days. I have had many problems with this company since this new 60 day ABSOLUTE NO RETURN policy went into effect. If I could find these items cheaply elsewhere I WOULD. This latest problem has me furious and they just don't care cause it's past the 60 days. Items were purchased in Feb and returned in March. The return was incorrectly logged in so several items were miss credited. I was shorted about $25 but had been unable to reach them at the time due to Covid-19. I finally received a reply in May, to one of my complaint emails, saying that they would respond promptly. They Never did respond or make any effort to contact me. All attempts to contact by phone were impossible and on-line chat was disabled. Now Sept and tried again to reach anyone by phone and reached a human being. Sadly the 60 policy was used to block any effort by full beauty to fairly deal with a long standing customer. I know it's 7 months later, I know it's only $25 but I did my due diligence and contacted them, several times until I got a response and then they blew me off. It was their fault the return was incorrect. All items were returned in their original bags, with the invoice marked as to why each item was returned. I was unable to reach anyone there because of the Covid issues in the winter months. And when I did get a reply it was evidently too late and they only replied to get me to stop messaging them.
