I have to do a lot of my shopping from home and I am willing to take some risks to try new companies that offer different products. I think small businesses deserve a chance and support - as long as they value their customers and provide a good product. There are so many ads on social media. Some are honest new companies. Some are not. BBB doesn't really cover these companies and, good or bad, I want to help businesses and consumers.

How I Can Help

I have been a trainer in customer service, especially call centers, for several companies. I know what the training programs and standards should be. I praise when I see something great. There isn't enough recognition for good service and great business practices - so often people only speak up when service is bad. I think reviews should be balanced as much as possible. Honest. When it is a great company, they need to be acknowledged - especially if they are new.

I had done a review after a truly awful customer service issue that was completely mishandled. I stand by that and still say - WOW! HAVE THEY MADE INCREDIBLE CHANGES.

They really take responsibility for every aspect of their business. They care about quality. They care about mail times. They care about customers. It is now very impressive.

Recently they were hit by a shipping problem that was beyond their control. They owned it. They did everything possible to fix it. I'm not thrilled with the delay but they are open and honest. THAT is the service I hoped for in the past.

Tip for consumers:
Watch your totals if you use Amazon Pay because they can get screwed up in the system.

Michele, chatting with our customers and customer service is truly our favorite part of our job. I'm so sorry to hear that you didn't receive messages back from us! That just doesn't sound like us! I wonder if we did write you back and if we ended up in your spam folder? Additionally, we find that some people when they use the contact form on our website don't click the "i'm not a robot" anti-spam proof button, which is the only way the e-mail will go through. We've tried to have that removed but it's a requirement of the company that hosts our website. As for your concern with the discounts, people fill their carts up in all sorts of different ways. So, for example, if you'd added an 11th card, based on what you wrote above, you'd actually only pay $49.50 and get free shipping and end up with 11 cards. Please reach out any time if you'd like to reconnect. It sounds like you send a lot of cards, and we get a lot of card samples sent to our HQ! Maybe we could send you a stack of freebies! Be well.


If you try to search for Coach Outlet, your browser might try to suggest this site. I believed it because it looked real! Everything looks appropriate.

But look closer. Great prices, yes. But look at the pictures and the checkout. I caught myself at the last moment. It is a fake site. Not Coach or the Coach Outlet. Watch out


Where do I begin. I ordered a pair of boots. Nothing for weeks. I email to cancel the order. I then call to cancel. They can't cancel orders because of their "fast shipping" - this is after weeks of nothing and they can't even tell me when it will ship. No projected ship date. But they can't cancel it.

But you are told that returns are free and easy. Okay.

But they aren't free. You are charged shipping when they receive it! So, no free returns. No happy refunds.

Now, if you any to go to a store while this pandemic is hitting hard? No shipping charge!

They can blame delays on Covid but will not consider the health of customers.

Avoid them. Pick a reason. The service, lack of concern for customers or the blatant lie about returns.


I ordered a month in advance. I set it for two days before Mother's Day. By 5 pm, still nothing. Checked the site and all I get is "scheduled for deliver" which means NOTHING. I called and waited on hold forever. Was told they would arrive "shortly". I then had to call them out in Twitter to get a response. Their "supervisor" said they couldn't get a response from the florist. Promised if it wasn't delivered today, an upgrade would be delivered tomorrow. Fine.

But then I get an email delivery confirmation at 11:15 AT NIGHT. I had to call my senior citizen mother to go check because they would freeze. Guess what. NO FLOWERS!

This is shameful. She has been in quarantine 59 days and this is what they do.


When you are a plus size, getting the cool tshirts for movies and tv shows is all but impossible. Yoiu can get mens shirts with that awful ring neck. Not feminine and not soft. These shirts are so soft. I love them and keep buying more.
But the pretty, professional shirts are so often sheer. I can't wear them without finding something to go under them. Some things they make are so perfect for plus size women but others seem oblivious to our need for a real bra - spaghetti straps aren't sufficient. I just keep wondering where the disconnect is. Some things are so great and others are such misses.
They offer pretty cardigans but I can't keep gambling because sometimes one size is perfect and others it's too big and I hate doing returns. I LOVE the Doctor Who cardigan I purchased - it is thick, pretty and well-made but it is so big that I just wear it around the house. They need consistency,


Used to love this company. I did. But now? They are using Covid to justify bad and sloppy service. I placed one order. Waited 2 WEEKS. Of the 5 pairs, 2 were the completely wrong strength. Unusable. Not even a case of misreading something. Just totally wrong. No review of the order. I have been trying for 2 weeks now to contact them. On hold 45 minutes and gave up. Multiple emails. I get having phones understaffed (not really because so many companies are doing it remotely). But there is zero excuse for emails. None. Meanwhile one of the pairs went discontinued so I got it. Paid for it! Guess what! It just got here and was... WRONG STRENGTH. So now I have 3 useless pairs. No customer service. I just filed with PayPal. Enough. I am done. I want my money because I can't trust a replacement.


I have ordered from Charlie's Project so many times and every single time has been amazing. Such quality. Their leggings are so very soft and comfortable. Their prints are constantly evolving with trends. They cover all of the holidays as well as tv shows, movies and such. If you like lululemon? Switch to this. The prints are better. The fit is better. Plus part of your purchase is a charity donation that you choose!. Their sales are fantastic. When your leggings arrive, they are in these very nice plastic bags that work well for gifts. They also carry skirts, dresses and are adding to their site but I only know about the wonderful leggings. Highly recommend.


I have ordered several times. I have ordered a gift for a child and not only did he love the shiny dinosaurs but the material was so soft and such good quality. I ordered a gift for my mother - a scarf with the print of red wine's molecular structure - and she loved it. Their products are guaranteed hits if you have a geeky streak. I have ordered five cardigans, sleep pants and a skirt for myself. Every single thing I have ever received has been wonderful. Even better? They carry plus sizes! Cardigans, skirts, dresses, sleep pants - they all have pockets! These are designed for women by women. Clothing that realizes that smart girls want to have fun with their clothes. Some of us want patterns that are science-y and feminine. I love it all. They have great sales and a shopper program. Just fantastic.


I ordered the pet bed from one of their IG ads. Most IG ads actually turn out fine. This was just a puddle of lies. A holiday special! Your cat will love this! So, I went for this "holiday special." Then, days before Christmas, it wasn't here and I checked the tracking. Guess what? WEEKS after placing this order, it wasn't even in the country. I contacted customer service. I was told there was fine print saying that after a date (just days before my order), they "couldn't guarantee" delivery. But... this was a holiday special. Great for Christmas! Well, not their problem. It arrived over a week later. At a time when it was pointless. I tried to make the best of it and put it out. My cat wouldn't go near it. He wouldn't go in it. I tried putting him in it and he struggled and jumped out of my arms. He will not use it. So, if you want one of those fluffy cat beds, they are available from other companies. Stay away from this company at all costs.


I saw their ad on social media (can't remember if it was FB or IG) with their note that a portion of their proceeds will go to RAICES. With the affordable price and being what I believe is a US small business (shirts are made to order), I gave them a try and am extremely pleased. The shirt is so soft with quality printing, shipping time was great. Shipping updates are a great touch!


I love a particular line of silver rings. It's hard to track them down. I found them at a Ren Fest 10 years ago and adding to my collection? It's a challenge. I was happy to find one at a great price. Sterling with detailed work. Fast shipping. Great customer service. I will be buying from them again!


I saw the online adds for these cloak/blanket clips. They are beautiful and they have two size with a range of colors. As far as I have been able to tell so far, the quality is really good


These really do make a great gift. Photo quality is great and they're soft. I used them to commemorate pets I have lost. If you don't catch a special, they are a bit expensive. I have had a few done now. All but one turned out wonderful. One was cut and stuffed so it looks a bit nightmarish. So, be specific on what you want.


I saw them via Instagram and they were just too cute! Cute versions of saints on clips that can be used in so many ways. I figured for the price, it was worth a shot. Really, they are cute. Quality is great and these would make a great gift for a wide range of people


I have only used their stickers but I have never regretted a purchase plus you are supporting individual artists.


I can never wrap my head around the variety of designs and they are all from individual designers. I have purchased bags, pouches and mugs. I have ever regretted a purchase.


I have never been disappointed by their quality. I have used their products for gifts and have had great results. But I only use them when there is a good deal. Their regular prices and shipping costs are just too high.

Shipping times and processing are a decent speed.

I just wish there was more variety. If you just got married or had a child, there is a lot. But they do need to expand the general population designs.

I am impressed with their continued expansion of types of items, though. It's amazing what you can get personalized - They just need more designs

They push their app but it's a nightmare. The variety is even more restricted and so are your options in customizing things. Crossing items designed on the website or app usually can't be crossed to the other platform. Just stick with the website no matter how many pop ups you see.


I only use them if there's a larger item I need because their service is great. I ordered a carrier that was the wrong size and customer service sent the correct size lightning fast. My problem is the shipping threshold. It's fine if you have multiple animals or maybe larger animals but when you have one cat? Meeting that $49 is just not possible. It ruins any sort of savings - and I honestly don't see a huge difference in prices


There are definite benefits to the site. Being able to order priority mail supplies free and have them delivered is fantastic because not all sizes and types or packaging are available at the post office. You can also see the full selection of postage - but I was shocked that I had to pay postage to have that shipped. I mean, $1.25? Why?
But if you are looking to handle issues? It's a little spotty on navigation and functionality.


I do wish they accommodated larger bust sizes but they do offer a wider variety of styles and fittings. If you order a size that doesn't work, call customer service and they can advise you on what size or style will work better. Some of their vendors are better than others. Once you find a vendor that works for your purposes, it's fantastic. Shipping charges and times are great, especially if you watch for deals.
