COMPLETE DISGUST. I ordered back in October 2017 and its now January and i still cant even get a hold of these people. Not only did they basically steal from me they told me since their record show its been delivered its not their problem. They are extremely lucky i dont live close because i would give them a real problem to deal with. Your all crooks i want my money back and i want the rest of the world to never have this type of service so please do yourself a favor and never i repeat never order from here.

I placed an order with this company on December 7th an paid express shipping so that i would have my outfits to pick for new years before new years how ever its now jan6th i haven't received anything no discount codes however i did receive an email stating that only 4 of my items out of the 6th were still available an that they will issue me a store credit for my purchases instead of refunding me back the money they owed me. Im completely done with this company this is the second time they have screwed me over.

I found myself buying from Fashion Nova with hopes it wasn't another scam site! It seems as they have grown with popularity the service went down the drain I spent over $65 dollars on a jogger and jeans. Waited an extended time only to get 1 out of 3 of my items. I was never made aware they could not produce the item. Nor given option to cancel or get my money back. Instead they lied in email and said my package was in route. Later sent a $13 voucher which was suppose to cover the jeans and top to my jogger. This is the last time I order. These celebrities need to know who they represent. Straight Scamming People with no intent to rectify the orders! Do not Buy this stuff ladies!

I ordered jeans in November! I was told they would come the 6th of December and they have still not come.
It's been a very long time as it is now January and I have not received any proper help from fashion nova, only my tracking order that has stayed the same since November,
Absolutely disgusted, I was so excited, they won't even give me a refund.
Never getting anything from there again! I recommend never purchasing from this online store as it is a scam.

First of all, I placed an order December 13th but it was canceled without explanation and they tried to give me store credit for everything. I wasn't going for that because their store credit doesn't include tax or shipping. You'd literally have to pay for that again, so I emailed them & was able to just place the order again on December 15th. I did not receive my order until about 4 weeks later. I understand it was because of the high demand during the holiday but once receiving my order I was missing items. Instead of them shipping the items I had already paid for but did not receive, they decided to give me store credit. I did not immediately get store credit, they actually had to put in a request and I had to wait 24-48 hours for approval! The store credit didn't even cover shipping or tax so I had to pay for that which is ridiculous! I spent $323 just to turn around and have to spend extra in shipping to receive items that should have already came in the damn package! One of the items ended up being sold out in the size I originally ordered and needed. What puts the icing on the cake is that the items I was missing were a part of a set. So now I have tops without the matching bottoms and have to wait until they restock. Their customer service sucks. You literally have to threaten to contact the BBB to get them to respond within 24 hours. They run extremely small! I am 4'11 and have always worn a S or some times a M but for whatever reason, all their $#*! is extremely tight fitting and short compared to what is shown on the models. All their reviews saying "It's true to size, it's comfortable, it fits like a glove" is a bunch of bs and was probably written by the company. The only thing that actually fits true to size and that I would recommend purchasing are their jeans. Everything else is trash and they will not be getting another penny out of me after this.
