Paid a premium to have my car delivered after a certain date, only to have various items stolen from inside it. Was told by an agent that personal items could be transported in storage/cargo areas of car. This nor the date where communicated with the even worse UZ auto transport company they contracted. Both sides placed the blame on me.

Several reviews harp on terrible communication and passing the buck is absolutely true. I ended up working with this poor excuse of a company through Montway. I literally just got my car today and they stole the gps that was physically mounted to dashboard and had the nerve to take a camera from the console before the car even left Denver. Reached out and of course it's my fault according to them. Reported it through Montway and have literally heard nothing from them. And all of this was after they couldn't be bothered to honor a date I paid a guaranteed premium price for. They don't coordinate with Montway either (even though they should) and then lean on made up liability claims they have in paperwork they don't provide you when issues arise from not communicating with the dispatcher.

This furniture store has great options and delivery/setup, but repair options are severely lacking. Contact in regard to the issue is non existent at best (even if you continually reach out). If your pieces are older (a year or so), parts don't exist anymore

The amount of similar reviews in regard to terrible service are astonishing and accurate! My gf purchased several items from them on a promise of 2 day shipping and has yet to receive her items or a response a week later.

I visited the site to order some almond cookie perfume for my mom and it arrived poorly packed and spilled on the box; when I contacted them for a replacement I was unable to get a hold of someone and my messages were also ignored; I left a review on the website thinking they would see it and respond that way, but they decided to just delete it instead. Very disappointed because my mom love the product and had for years. I ultimately had to get her a bottle through eBay. This was easily a year ago and I have yet to receive the money I am owed
