I've been an avid shopper of fashionnova for years and I'm just shook right now with how they've handled my situation. I had a package delivered to the wrong address and was incidentally left outside of the front door of an open aired apartment building where the whole world walks by and it was stolen. Fashionnova denied my claim because they say it shows successfully delivered (yeah to the wrong address and left outside in the open air)?! I'm out $60+ -_- I didn't even want a refund I wanted what I purchased?! They just give no ***** about their loyal customers :/

They use to have great shipping turnaround time. Sometimes it was under 2 days. Nope not anymore last few times I've ordered it gets worse and worse! I will continue to order my clothes from SHEIN, PLT etc. shipping times matter! FN go to hell. Still waiting for my package to ship when it wa supposed to have been delivered today!
They use this scam company lasership to deliver their packages, well lasership employees stole my package. I have proof of them never showing up with my camera, emails to them and phone calls. I reach out to fashion nova to let them know and all they had to say was "we show it was delivered, so unfortunately we cannot do anything" then want to proceed to say "take advantage of our sale going on" like f**k your sale give me my money or send another package! I never had issues when they used UPS, but its crazy cause they know lasership is an issue with multiple customers and they keep using them. They might be in with them on stealing peoples sh*t at this point.

Some things that I have ordered were really cute, other items that I have ordered did not come as expected. But trial and error with online shopping however. I purchased $240 worth of clothing for my trip, paid for shipping label and returned $60 worth of product within the 30days as required in July, it is now October and no one has returned my emails, and I didn't get store credit as mentioned in the policy. I loved that my things came the next day but as a business you shouldn't cut people out of their money because I won't be buying from them again, it's just principle.

This is my 1st time ever ordering from fashion nova which makes me nervous due to not knowing the Quality of the items or the fit. I paid an additional cost for express shipping and fashion nova has failed to deliver in the time frame shown on there site for express shipping. They updated the shipping on the day the items were supposed to be delivered. WHO DOES THAT? The update advised that I'd receive the items on the date that was shown under normal cost shipping. I am not happy about this AT ALL fingers crossed the items actually Fit me. Oh and lastly there IS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE TO SPEAK WITH when you have an issue I got a recording. Again fingers are crossed.
My package was supposed to be delivered by the 22nd and now it's saying the 25th. It's crazy because I paid for express delivery. I'm livid. I needed my items for an event and now I have to change my whole outfit. I'm so freaking mad. I'm done with this site after this.
I ordered 12 items, paid through an app called Zip (where you can pay for your items in 4 increments over a 2 week period) back on August 27th; I was supposed to get my items, yet nothing it kept saying TBD (To Be Determined), I paid it ALL yet still didn't get my order. I kept contacting "customer service" on their site (they don't have a number or an actual customer service email set up) and nothing! I literally messaged them 5x about my order so I decided to make a complaint through the BBB (Better Business Bureau) with screenshot proof that I paid for my order and it wasn't shipped out and the BBB contacted them & finally an actual person contacted me from Fashion Nova through email saying either they can ship out the order or I could get a refund. The pants that I initially really wanted is "sold out" in my size so I told them I want a refund as soon as possible. Like how do you forget MY order than run out of what I ordered from August? It's now October! I'm very mad about that cause I wanted those pants THAT I PAID FOR, yet they sold all of them off to other people, it's ridiculous and that's not how you do business. Unless it's on Mercari, Poshmark (maybe I've had issues there too) or places like Plato's Closet, I'm NEVER buying anything from Fashion Nova ever again! As far as Zip I don't think I'll use them again either! Never had this issue with Klarna (another app you can use to pay for items in increments) and I've never had an issue with my orders from SheIn.
I ordered 2 pairs of jeans, the shipping company said my package was all over the place and then finally (2 days late) said it was delivered at 11:25 pm? I was up so I went to check and of course, it wasn't there. Contacted their support team and after 2 weeks they say they can't refund me the money.
I ordered a Halloween outfit on fashion nova and it was suppose to arrive a couple weeks early and ended up not showing up at my house because "we are experiencing short staff we are sorry about the inconvenience and will redound you a e-gift card with the balance" and the e-gift card didn't work and now I don't have a costume for Halloween because the earliest it arrives is a day after Halloween. I ordered a package from Fashion Nova and it never came! I checked the status and it said it arrived at their facility in Texas. However, it never moved. Apparently, it should have been handed off to their shipper, LSO and yet LSO told me they never received it. Fashion Nova's customer service is also ridiculous for such a popular fashion company. There is no way of contacting them besides a form you have to fill out and then they'll email you from an email you can't even respond to. What they basically tell you if your package never came and it has been more then 10 days, they won't even issue a refund or credit. I spent over $100 and this order was for an event. I spoke to someone else who had this exact same experience and they ended up having to file a dispute with their bank in order to get their money back. It's just ridiculous that that is the only route you can take when this happens. Worst experience ever.
Their return system is horrible. They send you items that don't look like the picture and then charge you to send it back their material isn't as good as it looks online and they're over priced and to top it off they don't even have a customer service number everything is done by email. That you have to wait hours to receive
Worst experience ever! My package was never delivered but claimed to be I have a ring camera set up on my door and nothing ever came. I spent $280 on clothes just for fashion nova to steal my money and ignore my emails about the so called claim they submitted! Don't buy here they are thefts.
I appreciate the large amount of clothes and returned a significant portion. Their return policy is total crap they only give you a gift card. But they never even issued me the gift card! They essentially stole my money and then stopped answering my emails. I'm filing a chargeback with my credit card but who knows how that will go. Seriously how does this company even get away with this?
Got my lingerie in the mail and opened it and my items were torn. Tried to return but it says that these items are not eligible for return, I didn't even try them on. I also noticed that it is very cheap quality, I've gotten better off of Amazon for cheaper. Tried calling support but "they turned off their phone lines to better help their customers" that doesn't even make any sense. Also they don't give you return labels like most company's they make you pay for it what a waste of time and money. Such a bad company with horrible customer service and even worse quality.
Fashion Nova clothes are cheap and very poor quality, don't get a stain in them because more than likely it will not come out even after several washes. I gave em 2 stars because the clothes are trending and fashionable but some clothes like the Asian stores, you can only get one wear out of em!
Answer: I received a full refund via original form of payment which was Paypal. I emailed them daily, reported them to the Better Business Bureau and opened a claim with PayPal. They sent me a store credit but I refused it and threatened legal counsel. Money was refunded in full 3 days later. Do not let this establishment bully you.

They offer no refund or assistance at all when trying to locate a package you will have to work with your bank in order to get some resolve, pathetic company who only ensures celebs are getting items delivered and satisfied while everyone else they treat as peons who they can care less about. If your not insta famous they don't ensure a smooth customer experience for you and you will soon be left disappointed. Great merch but not worth the frustration.
