A lady in a store told me how much she loved fashion nova so I order $100 worth of crap items. Even in China sizes they aren't correct, the proportions are off, super long arms on shirts, horrible quality materials. They do not offer refunds only site credits to buy more horrible items. Super disappointed and now out $100, probably going to burn the clothes since they aren't even worth donating!
I was happy with the jumpsuit but was sent the wrong size it was supposed to be free to return since I was sent the wrong size. Printed shipping label and it was addressed to myself to return. Paid 19.99 + shipping and additional 9.30 to return. I will never purchase anything else from this website. It was a headache to return. I haven't received a refund yet? Just returned it today but I'll wait and see what happens. It's not worth the hassle or the additional cost in my opinion to return it….
The company may be okay if everything goes well with the order. If you need to return something, forget it! You pay for your own shipping to return and then they don't refund you but attempt to give you a store credit. Really?! They have not phone number or chat window. Email is the only way to get an automated message. It feels like a scam!

I returned a dress that I purchased because I was shocked at how poor the quality was. I paid to have the item returned and was later informed that they would not refund my original method of payment and would only get an "e-gift card" minus shipping.
They never sent the card via email. I repeatedly tried to contact them to no avail. The response are auto response from a non-human. No phone to call. Their auto replies are that they sent the e-gift card. They did not. Checked all my boxes (spam and others) nothing there.
This company has absolutely NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. Their merchandise is of the cheapest quality around and then they want to keep your money.
Stay away from this company. Will never purchase from them again.

I put in a order for this dress that said it would get here Saturday the next day after checking it, it said it would now arrive next Thursday! I then went and ordered me another outfit two days after I ordered the dress and it was supposed to get here Thursday but now it's coming that Tuesday instead of Thursday! So how does the item that I ordered two days after my first item get here first? And when I tried to get a refund for the first item due to it not getting here when I need it, it won't allow it!
I live in New Zealand and I made an order on 1st September. I spent $94.25NZD on an outfit, fashion glasses and a tiara. The parcel arrived at the New Zealand delivery terminal on 14th September and was out for delivery from 16th September - 6th October!? 21 days my parcel was in transit to get to my house, like wtf. On 6th October the tracking says it is delivered@7.16am (IT WAS NOT). There is no information noting the company that delivered the parcel and they did not leave a collect card. I'm annoyed. I contact Fashion Nova and they advise a claim will be submitted which can take 30 days. FFs, never again.

In July 2021, l ordered a pair of pants from FASHIONOVA.COM. Upon arrival, the pants were not what I expected. I reviewed the return policy and sent them back via UPS. I checked on the order a week later. Since we, consumers cannot speak to a representative@ FASHIONOVA.COM, l emailed them. They assured me that my ECARD was on the way. I have attached emails with dates. It's October 7,2021 now. I have not received anything from FASHIONOVA.COM. They won't even return my emails now. I paid via PayPal. I guess I will reach out to them. It's not right to take people 's money. I can take the no money back policy, but this is ridiculous.

This site used to be great until they over priced their items. The dresses are very stunning and their are lots of options. Everything seemed going perfectly until i saw the prices. The prices are so expensive for only little amounts of detail and material. For only a satin mini throw on dress you would have to pay 33 dollars and that was with the 30% off code! Its way to expensive for nothing. They need to lower their prices or i will stop shopping
I never received my package and support is no help at all either. I was told they are preparing me a new order and they never updated the shipping again. They refreshed the package progress and the old tracking number doesnt work anymore, but it hasnt moved passed "ordered" and the shipping is "TBD" and its been like that since. Fashion Nova literally stole my money. I cant even get my money back because my package said shipped but it never even left DHL e-commerce. Nothing has been updated for me to know whats going on! This is completely disappointing, I never expected this since they gave done such a good job before with my previous orders. Im afraid to make any more purchases and wonder if i will receive them.
After shopping with Fashion for the past 3 year I'm so disappointed with this company. On September 21st I made a purchase of $218.76. When I checked the status of my order it says that it was delivered on the 24th at 4:56pm. I did not know the package was delivered by FEDEX(big mistake) anyways I contacted FEDEX the driver lied and said that he rung the bell and someone buzzed in (LIE) and he left the package in the hallway(LIE). When I got home to view my camera it showed the driver left the package on the front porch at 4:56pm at 5:15pm someone rode up on a bike and stole the package. I emailed fashion 8 times since 9/24 only to get a reply "we received" email. Today 9/30 I received an email stating that their findings were "the package was delivered" and that I should check with my neighbors. This is frustrating and I will never shop with them again. It's bad enough they don't offer refunds so you are forced to shop with them. NEVER AGAIN! MY ADIVCE TO FASHION NOVA YOU NEED TO REQUEST SIGNATURE OR USE ONE PARTICULAR CARRIER. Their carrier stated they delivered my package and it was never delivered. I had to make 3 claims in order for them to reach back out to me and when they finally did fashionova did a 2 hour investigation and stated the carrier said it was delivered and they cant do anything PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM HERE they are STEALING CUSTOMERS MONEY SERIOUSLY!

I ordered hundreds dollars worth of clothing from Fashion nova a month ago and just went to track my order and it says that my package has been lost and cannot be delivered. I would either like my package or like a refund but there's no way for me to get ahold of anybody from this company
Answer: I received a full refund via original form of payment which was Paypal. I emailed them daily, reported them to the Better Business Bureau and opened a claim with PayPal. They sent me a store credit but I refused it and threatened legal counsel. Money was refunded in full 3 days later. Do not let this establishment bully you.

They offer no refund or assistance at all when trying to locate a package you will have to work with your bank in order to get some resolve, pathetic company who only ensures celebs are getting items delivered and satisfied while everyone else they treat as peons who they can care less about. If your not insta famous they don't ensure a smooth customer experience for you and you will soon be left disappointed. Great merch but not worth the frustration.
