I have 3 orders placed over a week ago and paid for expatiated shipping. The dates their website gave me kept changing and now show NO delivery date. With no customer service number to call and SPEAK to a LIVE person it is UNACCEPTABLE!
Clothes are OK, sizing is all over the place for jeans and the length is very long. I tried to initiate a return and that is where the nightmare started. The system would not let me return all 4 items (it was buy one/get one free), bc 2 were marked as costing $0 and would only let me return the 2 that has cost associated with them. I emailed CS 3 times, sending them screenshots of the issue and every time I got a canned response about returns that had nothing to do with my situation.
I send the 4 items together and explained on the return why I am able to select only 2 and included the original receipt. I only got partial refund (50%) and absolutely no way to contact anyone to fix the issue. When I email support, I get another canned response, directing me to their help center, which is no help, bc there is no way to submit a ticket or reach a human. I ended up having to dispute the transaction with my CC company. I wasted so much time dealing with this inept company.
They took two weeks and still gave NO shipping info after i ordered. No explanation and did not respond when i reached out. Never buying from here again. Did not ever receive my products nor a refund. 0/10

Bought things for my daughter, and got email notification it was arrived when it was not! Contacted customer service, they said they there is nothing they can do according to GPS was dropped off they says, lie! According to them it was dropepd on Nov 11 where according to their tracking was still in process see pictures attached, few days later got another email now saying it is delivered Nov 16 again lie, contacted customer service just to be told there is nothing they can do. So they lie, how come one and the same package can be delivered 2 different dates and i can have them saying different things, I want my refund back! This company is unprofessional. I ordered on 10/28 and paid for overnight shipping. The expected delivery date was 10/29. It is now 11/24 (almost a month) & I still have not received my order. I have emailed this company a numerous amount of times with no resolution. I also asked for a replacement because I really wanted my items. Now at this point I want a refund! They are ignoring my emails! If this isn't resolved by the time the 30 day mark hits, I'm gonna file a complaint, dispute the charge & leave a very nasty review. I see customer care or satisfaction is not this company's top priority! They keep saying to contact FedEx when FedEx has already told me this package is lost!
They are using a delivery company called LSO and they will lie and say your package has been delivered and nothing and you can't call because it stays busy and fashion novas help center is no help. This was my favorite store I never had any problems never again I don't trust them now
I really use to love fashionnova but not anymore all there clothes are the same just different colors. I don't matter what type of shipping you pay for you still will get it whenever they feel like sending it there are no refunds what so ever and the worst part is if someone steals your package or anything happens with it they don't care they are not going to refund your money nor resend out the items you're really just $#*! out of luck. They have no customer service at all most you can do is email them a 100x then hope someone gets back to you oh and there sizing is beyond confusing you will only always see the good comments never the bad ones when you try to read the reviews for a item you want to buy it will always be someone telling you to size down don't listen to that always buy your right size

I had a problem with an order. After sending 2 emails. I still did not get a response. There is no one to call and you have to be sure to find the CORRECT address to email. Which is difficult to find on their website. Everything is fine until you actually need to have interaction with this establishment because they will ignore you.
I always pay extra to receive my products faster and even when I do so they come DAYSSSSS LATER! This is the 3rd time they've done this and this will be the last time I order from them!
My husband ordered me a pair of jeans they took the money out of our account but we never received a confirmation email, we didn't get a tracking number or anything. Ordered a number of dresses. Supposed to be here 20 days ago. I contacted them and they responded that "you should wait for it. Contact us another 15 days if you have not received the order". Basically it is what it is. So much for customer is always right!

They have no phone line to call. Its all email and seems to be automated responses. I ordered something on 11/4/2021 and it was 2nd day Fedex. Delivery was supposed to be made on 11/8/2021. It is now 11/17/2021 and I havent gotten a refund or a new package sent out. Fedex says the shipper (fashion nova) needs to contact them to file a lost package claim but their automated email service doesnt understand this. 0 stars if I could.
I'm so tired of this company! I hate this company! If your going to order anything from here DO NOT, and I REPEAT do NOT PAY EXTRA FOR RUSH SHIPPING, NEXT DAY OR EVEN TWO DAY SHIPPING! My package was suppose to be here today! According to tracking I won't get it until the end of week. This has happened so many times with this company! Too many to count. This company does NOT give refunds, they do exchanges. How inconvenient. Instead when there's an issue, your offered a low percentage off your next order. This company is all about money. Customers come last! Believe me when I tell you! I've dealt with them for years now and this was it for me! They will never get another penny from me again! Don't waste your time no matter how "cute" the clothes look. I've spent thousands upon thousands with this company. The clothes are just ok. Most of the time the sizing is off and the color you receive is NOTHING how it looks on the website. Shoes always run small. Clothing material for the most part is thin and cheap. I have piles of clothes I never wore because I refuse to be inconvenienced by not only waiting for days for my shipment, but returning the items and waiting for several other days just to get a store credit and buy more stuff that possibly won't fit right. Im over it. It's worth giving it a shot if you never shopped with this company, but I wouldn't recommend making this company a frequent go-to for clothes.
I made my first purchase with fashion nova and the dress that I bought didn't fit as expected so I paid out of pocket to send it back right away for a refund and got a merchandise credit instead? Since I wasn't given much of a choice, I decided to just use the credit on a different item and to my surprise, the credit never applied to my order charging my credit card in full instead!? Now they send me an email basically saying oops sorry but you'll get another store credit. What!? I will never buy anything from here again and would not recommend it. Horrible and disappointing experience

I placed about 4 orders with this company. They were not clear about refunds, meaning the money they took from my credit card took immediately, now all they will do is give you a gift card. I do not want a gift card, I want my money back. This in a way is like being a hostage. I spent close to $400.00 dollars with them and now they will not issue a credit to my credit card. I only learned about this so-called policy after reading reviews. I worked very hard for my money and I do not intend for them to get by with these practices. I made a order and spent £116 my order still haven't arrived to me. And I still haven't received any updates on my parcel, it's been 2 months now and they don't answer emails or dm messages I've never experienced such bad customer services, I've ordered from other brands in the United Kingdom and it doesn't take over 2 months for parcels to arrive to the UK. Would not recommend to order from them
Answer: I received a full refund via original form of payment which was Paypal. I emailed them daily, reported them to the Better Business Bureau and opened a claim with PayPal. They sent me a store credit but I refused it and threatened legal counsel. Money was refunded in full 3 days later. Do not let this establishment bully you.

They offer no refund or assistance at all when trying to locate a package you will have to work with your bank in order to get some resolve, pathetic company who only ensures celebs are getting items delivered and satisfied while everyone else they treat as peons who they can care less about. If your not insta famous they don't ensure a smooth customer experience for you and you will soon be left disappointed. Great merch but not worth the frustration.
