Fashion Nova is full of it. They have all kinds of scams with shipping and prices. Don't even think about returning an items because you will have to pay for the shipping, hope they get your returned item and then wait for store credit. The clothing is very low quality and usually made of some weird material that will make you itch. The sizing is always a guessing game. DO BETTER FASHION NOVA

Bought a handful of dresses on their recent BOGO sale and paid for rush shipping to ensure I'd have them in time for a work event. They printed the shipping label and had my package ready to go the same day, but took 4 entire days to even pass it onto the shipping company. Now this wouldn't normally be an issue, but I had accidentally sent the package to my work address instead of my home address, meaning I wouldn't be able to receive it outside of work hours. FN would not allow me to change the delivery address. Their shipping company, OnTrac, said they could not change the delivery address without FN's permission. Cool. Get into discussing alternative options to receive my package from OnTrac (they offered for me to pick it up from a local facility) only to find out they do NOT offer overnight/rush shipping themselves and FN is simply pocketing that extra $$$ and lying to their customers. Now, FN is refusing to answer any of my emails (they've cut their phone operations entirely) or provide refunds for the shipping. Don't expect $#*! from their customer service. It's awful. You'd better hope you got all of your information right the first time because they will not change anything for you or offer refunds.

I have been trying to contact them by email, their website, by phone and somehow no one has replied to any of my messages. I have returned my product 10-19-21 to be exact. You sent me verification of the product being received but have yet to refund my money for these items. I have reached out on Facebook only to be blocked. Messenger for my messages to have never been read. Via email to never receive a response as well as Instagram and TikTok! I ordered some items from them for fashion nova men. The items did not fit apart from one coat. First of all, it was almost impossible trying to get someone to respond to an email so I could return the items which I eventually did. However, they issued me a store credit and not a proper refund. I currently have an open case with them via PayPal and BBB and will continue to see who else I can reach out to so that the world will know about them. They claim their return policy is to not issue refunds for regularly returned items and to only issue store credit. That is shady business practices and just a way of keeping one's money. Will continue to fight this for as long as I can. I should've used my credit card and not PayPal. Be warned! Do not order anything from this company!

Fashionova sent an email claiming the dress was restocked but it appears the size Large dress I ordered was the only one available. Just got the dress delivered today and immediately noticed. Customer service is the absolute worst. Returning items is a huge hassle. They made me pay for returning the items, which came out to be $20, then they refuse to give me my full refund for clothes that still have tags and everything attached. Customer service refuses to solve the issue with no explanation. Will definitely stick to Shein, so much better.
This Is the worst place to get something if you need it fast. My order was supposed to be here the 17th then it went to the 20th then the 21st now the 22nd. And there's no way my dresses will be here by Christmas because this site fails to tell you the right date it's going to get to you. This place has always been awful with their return policy and customer support but now it has gotten even MORE terrible. First of all, there is absolutely no email or no number that you can contact anymore if you have an issue so good luck with that! They absolutely lie when the say the stupid "all of your questions can be answered online" and now I have to waste my time here to vent to you. First of all, the quality is SUPER hit or miss. They upped their sizes on everything so nothing fits me anymore and I can only do online credit even though I don't want to buy from here anymore so that's a waste of money! They also make you PAY to return items even if it's not your fault you have to return it and good luck trying to find the item in store to try on there. And again, there is now 0 customer service, honestly, even those sketchy Chinese clothing stores have better customer service now, so I would honestly never buy from here again. They used to have some sort of customer service number and even a headquarters where I was able to be assisted back in 2015. This place is SO overrated and sucks. Think x5 before buying from here. I honestly prefer SHEIN over this scam artist company now.

The took 3 days to even process my order and it said my order would arrive on a certain day but because of how long they took, it was pushed back 4 days causing me to miss my entire order because I had to leave to head overseas for work. Website says 15 days delivery for international shipping (am in Australia) but it has been stuck at the terminal since 20th Nov and has not moved, no updates no nothing. Clothes mess up your skin with ink, their return policy sucks. I'm still trying to return something back and can't. Their clothes come damaged and ripped. They have horrible customer service. Answer: I received a full refund via original form of payment which was Paypal. I emailed them daily, reported them to the Better Business Bureau and opened a claim with PayPal. They sent me a store credit but I refused it and threatened legal counsel. Money was refunded in full 3 days later. Do not let this establishment bully you.
