I like fashion nova but soon as something go wrong you can't speak to nobody and they twist your words around via email, my package said delivered but wasn't there when I got home and I emailed them and told them and they sent me a email saying I'm glad you got your package you seen your package outside and lord I don't know where they got that from lol making up stuff so they don't have to fix the problem and it was $67 I done ordered way more from them but they tell me it's nothing they can do cause I seen the package lol again I don't know where they got that from who would walk pass a package and leave it outside please make it make sense overall if something go wrong don't expect them to take responsibility cause they did me dirty
I paid for a shipping label that was suppose to just be sent to my email so that I wouldn't have to find somewhere to print it. Well, I could have just saved my money because guess what…. It wanted me to print it off. I could have just taken the free option that it offered and printed it myself and not paid for it. They know what they're doing …. Fck them they'll never get another penny from me. First time that I ordered too. Definitely a super inconvenience for me. Also, you can't even talk to a person to help you. No thanks.
I placed an order with these folks on Dec 2nd express. After not receiving it days later i made an attempt to inquire about my stuff. THere was no tracking when I finally did it tracking it just hung out there but when I tried to reach out to them since they do not allow you to phone them I just kept getting this stupid form letters. I went to the shipper who told me they could not locate the package and provided me a case number. Then items cost me 169 dollars and when I sent a note via their website (which is the only way to communicate with them I hear back days later. I told them it was Xmas time and I wanted a full refund since now on Dec 20 it would not be getting to me for my daughter and i hear back where they have given me a 15 dollar refund What am I going to do now since you cannot phone them? Buyers beware.
They shipped my order to the US when my shipping and billing address is in Canada

All customers be very careful when you buy clothes on Fashion Nova. They are shady products and they don't refund my money back because I paid for $128 for super big XS size clothes, I returned the clothes back the second day after I received the orders and requested for a refund. Here is their reply said they only can offer me a gift card and let me buy clothes on their website. I told them all XS clothes are too big for me. They still insisted they CANNOT refund my money:

Horrible experience got scammed, they used laser ship which is notorious for stealing packages. Fashion nova is aware and refuses to give any refunds if the carrier marks it as delivered.

I placed an order Nov 27th it's now Dec 17th the carrier claims they've tried to deliver my package 4 days in a row which is a lie, I left specific instructions to leave my package on my doorstep which they haven't done. I ordered my son some clothes on 11/28 and I have no tracking history. I am going to be so pissed if my son clothes doesnt come. Thats most of his christmas and it will seem like he has no gifts under the tree. Whats going on with the shipping this is crazy.
I waited almost a month for my package to be delivered and when they said it was delivered it never was. They told me to do a police report and there was nothing they could do! I purchased merchandise back in november with the ETA of 11-20. Later on my date changed several times after the original date. I never received the merchandise. On 12-11-21 I received a bogus email stating my package had been delivered. My family was outside at the eta they gave for leaving the package at my door. I never received a response from fashion nova. But they later told my bank the package was delivered so my dispute was denied. Do I just lose my money? This is definitely bad business.
I made a purchase on Fashion Nova's website and I opted to do after pay. They charged me more than my original purchase price and then still continue to take the after pay amount. My order came up to $88 but they took $146 from my account and continue to take $22 for afterpay. I tried to contact them for my issue but there wasn't an option for that! I'm very upset and will dispute the charges if not correct! And by the way, still never got my items!

The company that fashion nova uses for its ground shipping is terrible and takes no responsibility for lost or stolen packages. When contacting fashion nova, they have no phone number to contact them and they don't respond thru email either. If your package is lost or stolen fashion nova is not willing to do anything about it, so be careful shopping with them!

I have went through a horrible time with them! My package never arrived and for 5 months I have been promised to get my money back. I have written with them in over 50 e-mails now and they act like they are refunding me, but never do! When I told them I am tired of their lies and to just send me a e-gift card with MY OWN MONEY on it, they said they sent a e-gift card that would appear in my e-mail within 24-48 hours. Which IT NEVER did! They did this twice before they finally sent me a link, but GUESS what? The link was broken! I kept asking me to send a new one, but they stopped answer me. Answer: I received a full refund via original form of payment which was Paypal. I emailed them daily, reported them to the Better Business Bureau and opened a claim with PayPal. They sent me a store credit but I refused it and threatened legal counsel. Money was refunded in full 3 days later. Do not let this establishment bully you.
