Absolutely terrible! The tracking isn't even on point and takes like 2 weeks for my things to get here and the service is terrible. I won't be shopping on this website anymore, and I see why other don't like this site either. If your new to using Fashion Nova I wouldn't recommend you using it, It horrible and takes days to keep you updated.
My order should reach me on 31.12.2021! Currently we have 13.01.2022! He does not get any notifications regarding the shipment and wants to cancel the order and get a refund. The service is terrible does not respond to customer inquiries, the package is delayed without notice.

The QR Code is not working so they want you to contact them but they don't have a contact number to call Customer Service. I will never do business with them ever again. I understand automated responses can be helpful but that it all I have received. Their system is "unable to process a return at this time" which has been ongoing since 12/27. The clothes were delivered on 12/21 and it was a Christmas present. I started the return on 12/27 but kept getting the same response. So I reached out to their customer service (which is almost impossible to figure out) then I kept getting the same response from their customer service team and then was told I couldn't return it since it had been over 14 days even though I have been trying since 12/27. They eventually gave me $15 store credit when the dress itself was $50. They are unable to generate a shipping label for me and in the end gave me the same exact automated response telling me how to do a return. So PLEASE BEWARE of the items you may be wary on as this may become an issue for you.
I have an issue with a order I placed not being delivered both fashion Nova's website and the third-party Shipping Company website has my package marked as delivered. It's almost a month later I have been writing in the customer review section on the website which is apparently the only way to reach them to inform them of the situation to end to ask how it can be resolved and I have yet to get a response back from Fashion Nova the 1-800 number that's listed as their customer service line is an automated message telling you to refer to their website and email them your concern. To be a company making as much money off of the average individual they should have a customer service department that let's you know they don't value you as a customer they just want your money
Theres absoulety no way to contact them to ask for help. The website is contradicting as well, it said that shipping would be $5 if you spend over $100, they still charged me an additional $21 then when i emailed for help its just an automated system that gave me ways to pay. Ontop of that it said i would receive my order by new years eve, its now Jan 4 and my order is "delayed". If I'm paying $26 for shipping i would expect the order here the next day.
I love quick fashion, so I was happy to find Fashion Nova, until most recently. I made a purchase of six items for a great price using a refund due me and their New Year promo code! Entered my credit card number and then once I confirmed a substantially higher amount appeared ($210) in the order confirmation without my prior consent or agreement. I am not talking about taxes either and it was free shipping.
There is no phone number, only a limited email response. For three days they will not respond or they make red herring statements that don't address or explain the situation.

Do not buy from here if you are from the UK as you will be stuck with the return fee of £50 - £70. You have to find your own carrier to send it back and several quoted me the previous price. Items also arrived faulty. So now im stuck with clothes i can't return as it would cost me more to return then the actual goods itself.

I thought I was getting a good deal because I caught one if their bogo free sales but that's only the case if the clothes actually fit which come on that's 50/50 when you're shopping online. Their return policy sucks. You can't exchange items so you have to pay for a shipping label AND repurchase so you actually end up spending more money. And if you buy anything that was on sale they don't give you the full refund only half. So I'm most definitely never shopping from here again. I'll stick to shein.

Answer: I received a full refund via original form of payment which was Paypal. I emailed them daily, reported them to the Better Business Bureau and opened a claim with PayPal. They sent me a store credit but I refused it and threatened legal counsel. Money was refunded in full 3 days later. Do not let this establishment bully you.

They offer no refund or assistance at all when trying to locate a package you will have to work with your bank in order to get some resolve, pathetic company who only ensures celebs are getting items delivered and satisfied while everyone else they treat as peons who they can care less about.
