Be careful, I order something's and the company confirmed not shipped to me however no refund, store credit or sending the items were approved. They simply stated that I can not receive a credit because of timing of claim Definitely not ordering

I have been ordering from this company for a while now I have always received my orders but a order I placed around Christmas I never received. I notified Fashion Nova and the company they used for shipping the items with negative results. After the company claimed the items shipped after holding on the them for over a wk. Notified Fashion Nova no response and unfortunately since I had purchased the items with a gift card from returned items I can't charge anything back. If I can't get items from a store I refuse to order anything else from Fashion Nova online because they don't seem to care about products stolen and unreceived.
I've now filed a complaint with the BBB. I've sent over proof to fashionnova that my package was never received. They are refusing to issue a refund. Will never order again. Terrible service.

I placed an order for my birthday dress. I had a birthday event hosted by friends I needed it for Saturday 2/5/22. Well needless to say on 1/27 I received a text that it was delivered and signed for by Kimberly. My shipment was to be delivered to my job and we have no one by the name of Kimberly at the company which is 90% remote. I am the person who answers the door for deliveries. It never came. I have emailed customer care a total of 5x and nothing. I have NO DRESS BUT THEY HAVE MY MONEY. Guess what? Today is my bday 2/8/22. Smdh I keep getting the same automated email but no resolution. In the attached photo you will see how many times I emailed back that it's been more than the 24hrs to wait.

I never recieved my product even after contacting them through this new email system they do where they send you automated emails stating they can't help and call FedEx. I lost over 200 dollars and someone is wearing product I paid for although I reached out 4 days prior to product being delivered in a whole different state!

I placed an order on January 8th(order number *******). I got the tracking number on January 12th (tracking number ZY074WHW). So every day since I got the tracking number I've been checking it. I get a delivery notice on January 14th at 4am. I DIDN'T SEE IT TILL 8am. I go outside no order. Check my cameras and ring doorbell no delivery. I have been trying to use the Help Center, which is no help, it just give you the run around.The number not helpful at all. So basically I dont have my item, I'm out of money and I cant get no one from the company to help me. I will never order from them ever again...

Answer: I received a full refund via original form of payment which was Paypal. I emailed them daily, reported them to the Better Business Bureau and opened a claim with PayPal. They sent me a store credit but I refused it and threatened legal counsel. Money was refunded in full 3 days later. Do not let this establishment bully you.

They offer no refund or assistance at all when trying to locate a package you will have to work with your bank in order to get some resolve, pathetic company who only ensures celebs are getting items delivered and satisfied while everyone else they treat as peons who they can care less about. If your not insta famous they don't ensure a smooth customer experience for you and you will soon be left disappointed. Great merch but not worth the frustration.
