Fashion nova was not responsible for my last package. Neither was I. However, as a valued customer I thought they would help me find where it is or give me my money back, as they promised. Fashion nova promised to start a full investigation to find my package lipstick in delivery. When the time came they chose to send a letter about how they're not responsible.
They gave me the number to their shipping company who has a business account *******@NL Postal. They told me to call personally Look for myself.
Tip for consumers:
Do not trust their international shipping dept RR Donelly. That’s who Fashion nova uses. Despite RR Donelly having a ONE STAR RATING from over 6,100 customer Reviews, fashion nova still chose to use them.
And win their delivery screws up, fashion nova washes their hands of everything and keeps your money.
