Almost everything I've ordered from here I've returned and with a exchange only policy, this game could last for a long time. Nothing fits normal and it's all very cheap material. I just want to find something I like and not have to deal with this anymore. I normally have a no purchase without being able to get a refund policy and this is why.

Once again, I've placed an order from Fashion Nova and never received my package. LSO is showing they delivered it but never dropped it off. There is no real customer service agent and the responses via email are automated. I have yet to have a resolution for my missing package or a refund from the currier or Fashion Nova. Fooled me twice. Never ever again will I Roger from Fashion Nova and hopefully no one that uses LSO to ship.
Worst customer service team I have ever had the displeasure of working with. First they refuse to add a discount code that they sent me to use even though I contacted them the same day that I made the purchase. It was an honest mistake on my part since I thought I had already applied the discount code. They would not honor the code and after having reached out to them about it, they delayed my order from reaching me in time for a wedding that I bought the dresses for in the first place. I have to wait an entire month for my order simply because I reached out to them about adding my discount code. How pathetic to be such a big company yet so petty and disgusting. I am appalled and will NEVER buy anything from this sh** company again.
I ordered a Large, which is my normal size. It was too small for my liking so I returned it (fee of $3.99) for an XL. They then sent me a gift card of 15.99... the dress was over $25 after taxes and shipping. So I basically paid for the dress twice. Returns are a joke. I will think twice before ordering again. Very sad, because I've gotten many items in the past with Fashion Nova. There is no one to contact or speak to with your concerns.
I bought three polos in my first order for me and my two teenagers and my first impression was they look nice. So I ordered a bunch of other clothing. By the time I washed the first order the second order arrived. To my utter surprise the first order polos after washing shrunk so much a large size polo became Medium size polo. So I thought of returning the second order everything that is returnable... some are nonrefundable. Again to my surprise fashion Nova said they can only give gift card but not in the original form of payment. I sent a request to fashion Nova customer service that I'm not planning to buy anything from fashion Nova in the future and so return the money to my credit card. But they didn't agree. Be cautious of this company when you order something. I would rather stay away.
I placed an order back in June if 2022 and have yet to receive my merchandise, but the company has been paid. There is no customer service, nobody responds when you email. The company FN used for delivery is Lasership Miami this company has 1500 bad reviews they didn't deliver my order because was lost I have 2 email and Fashion Nova does not take responsibility I paid with debit so Now I lost 510us and nobody care I will never buy anything from them They don't protect the costumer! Don't bother contacting them if you never receive your package, even if it says it was delivered. They won't refund you and will only tell you to ask neighbors about your package or file a police report.
I understand they aren't the ones delivering their merchandise, but if you don't end up receiving your package, it's pretty much a "Oops. Too bad for you. Also, I'll still keep your money".
It's like the company will plummet if they refund $30 worth of stuff.

I like that Fashion Nova has a big selection of products. They're always having some great sales and truly seem to market towards a variety of personal styles.
I paid for next day shipping, but waited almost a month. Tracking information didn't show for the first two weeks. The fur slides, say my shoe size but are a lot smaller. I removed the stickers before trying them on, so I can't even return them. They're hard, uncomfortable, too small, and cheap looking. Right out of the bag, the dress looked stretched, it was wriggled, and the fabric looks cheap. The dress was suppose to be bodycon, I even got it in a size smaller so it would fit my waist. What I received is easily two sizes bigger, huge, loose, ugly, cheap, it looks like pyjamas for an elderly person. Nothing like the picture. I think a larger person wore it because it's clearly stretched. They said that nothing is wrong with the dress. I asked about pre-paid return shipping, they didn't acknowledge my question, sent me common sense instructions, on how to ship an item back to them. I asked again, and was ignored. My shipping fees from Canada to the US would exceed the refund. I wasn't expecting the bad customer service, and low quality I got, it goes to show not to believe what you see on social media.
My daughter order a dress from here... at first it was going to be on time than the delivery date changed, than it stated delivered which it never came... I emailed "support" and filled out the paper for my child to get a refund to spend within the company, which is full of cramp and nothing has been done since... This is VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE... It's not a particular problem with this company, I just don't bother with any other site. I'm grateful they had this dress (a long sleeve, high neck, open back, long, sequin wedding dress, the Ameera Dress), but I need to purchase a larger size. I will keep both dresses. Tracking my package was super easy. Navigating the site is easy as well, I can find my product easily. Size range and availability is great! Super accessible fashion for a great price. Again, very thankful to have found this dress after years - yes, years - of searching. Very pleased with packaging. I would recommend this site to family and friends.

Answer: I received a full refund via original form of payment which was Paypal. I emailed them daily, reported them to the Better Business Bureau and opened a claim with PayPal. They sent me a store credit but I refused it and threatened legal counsel. Money was refunded in full 3 days later. Do not let this establishment bully you.

They offer no refund or assistance at all when trying to locate a package you will have to work with your bank in order to get some resolve, pathetic company who only ensures celebs are getting items delivered and satisfied while everyone else they treat as peons who they can care less about. If your not insta famous they don't ensure a smooth customer experience for you and you will soon be left disappointed. Great merch but not worth the frustration.
