I ordered seven dresses, all of them were suppose to be the same size, they all came in different sizes, and three were defective. I emailed them right away, to return the items for a refund. They ignored emails, I kept emailing, then they asked for details, they kept asking for more things like rewrite the entire items codes, send picture etc. I jumped through hoops, and they didn't want a return. I involved Paypal, we waited weeks for a response. I had a trip, and told Paypal that if they respond while I'm out of town I won't be able to reply. Paypal said it was alright, if that happens the case would close but I can reopen. This happens, I'm then informed I can't reopen, but I can start a dispute using Visa. They then lied to Visa, claiming that I haven't returned the items which is why they couldn't refund, and that I missed their return time period. But they are the ones who took MONTHS to respond to Visa, weeks to respond to Paypal, and to my emails. They did this on purpose, and found a way to prevent having to give me their address, and a return shipping label. Out of 7 dresses only 4 are wearable and they are all the wrong sizes but listed at the same size.

I'm a clean, courteous person, I didn't do anything to offend the psychopath driver. The moment he saw me, he seemed enraged. I even had to walk to the car, he just parked at random and waited. At first glance he looks like a white guy, I hadn't realized he was Turkish yet. Once I heard his thick accent, I assumed his aggressive gestures, and disproportional tone could be a cultural thing. But then he progressively got ruder, and more hostile. He snapped at me when I asked which direction he was taking. He did a gesture like he wanted to slap me. I didn't feel safe, and he knew I had motion sickness, (because I told him when I asked if I could put the window down at the beginning of the ride. He said yes, then once I did. He put the window up) then drove chaotically, blasted an audio (about a man that offed himself) and started to sway the car back and forth while at a red light. He was acting like he didn't want me in his car. So, as soon as I knew where I was, I politely asked if I could be dropped off there, due to motion sickness. I told him I wouldn't cancel the ride so he could continue the route, and still get paid. He raged, refused to let me out, and started speeding. Then eventually came to his senses and decided to let me out but for some reason. He turned and drove farther than necessary and went into a parking lot. I politely thanked him, and again assured him I wouldn't cancel the ride, so he would still get paid. He screamed at me, saying he dgaf about the job, has a tesla, doesn't need money etc. I walked away, it seemed he parked at that awkward location just to yell at me. Even after walking away he was screaming alone in the parking lot. Eventually he sped past me. I contacted Lyft right after this and they brushed me off on the app. So, I called them, and the agent was dismissive about my racism claims but said I wouldn't be charged for the ride, and someone would call me to take my report about the incident in more detail. No one ever called, and I was charged for the ride. When I emailed them, about this, they ignored me. **** Be careful with these services, you don't know who's car you're getting into, and what they're capable of. If something happens to you, Lyft will not care.

Tip for consumers:
Due to vertigo/car sickness I use Lyft regularly but this situation was traumatizing. Its made me realize how dangerous these services actually are.

Previously, I placed an order that came 7 hours late. Everytime I called a rep would tell me they were going to re-initiate the order, I would call back and find out it wasn't done. Tonight, my order was cancelled three times, as the DoorDash driver they used refused to wait for the order. When I would call, they would tell me to place the order, again that this time they spoke directly to the store staff but every order was cancelled. This happened during the spend of three hours. Last time I ordered, and had to call because they had other issues, the Rep started to speak to someone in his household, in Indian. While I was speaking he just randomly had a conversation ignoring me. They are so unprofessional, it's crazy.

Tip for consumers:
Seriously unreliable.

My order status said delayed, it then said I would receive my order at 4:05 PM or earlier. 4:30 PM Still nothing, I called customer service, and was told there was no driver available. The rep said, I should be receiving my order by tonight. Ridiculously unreliable.

The man who answers the phone is really great, very polite. He tries to help you, and is very professional. The women on website's chat are cold, and rude. I was also ignored for over 15 minutes by "Gema". She lied about my item return options, and was insanely rude. Stephanie, was equally cold, and unpleasant but less dismissive then Gema. I don't understand people who are paid to do a job, and feel they can be so unpleasant to paying clients.

Tip for consumers:
The people on the website's chat are seeing rude, I suggest calling the main number the guy is really nice.

I purchased a wig. The first time it was hard lace. Hard lace sits directly on your head, you juts use a but of your own hair to hide the front, and it looks seamless. Although soft lace is a trend, it's a bad idea. It's loose, detectable, the wig doesn't sit correctly on your head without glue. So I re-ordered the same exact wig ONLY BEACUSE IT'S HARD LACE and what I received is soft lace WITH A BALD PATCH IN THE FRONT. It looks ridiculous, like wearing a hair hat, no way this is going to look natural or even good. Wasted $70 CAD but of course they don't allow 1 star reviews. (the wig was Zury Sis Naturali Star Synthetic Lace Front Wig – Amor)

Tip for consumers:
The quality of the was also ridiculous.. I feel like these manufacturers don't care, and no one is holding them accountable.

My shopper waited about 2 hours to begin shopping, then took a 45 minutes break mid shopping. He tried to refund almost everything on my list, I asked him to grab replacements instead. He didn't want to because there were only two options. I told him it was fine, i'll get 3 of both choices = 6. He didn't do that, and said he was on his way to checking out, and doesn't want to walk back. I contacted instacart, the agent tried to argue, and side with him. I asked him to cancel, he didn't want to. But eventually agreed. I waited almost 5 hours, and it was too late to reorder. I asked to speak to a manager, the rep asked why and ended the chat. I called, the agent muted herself for 20 minutes. After a while I told her, this was being recorded, so she hung up on me. They have some of the worst shoppers, I've had shoppers scream in the hallway, kick my door, bring their kids who bounce basketball off of my neighbors' doors. I don't think they screen their employees. I've had shoppers bring me clearly rotten food. No standards.

I private messaged Uber on FB, to speak to a manager. I was asked why, I answered politely, and was ignored even though I was promised a call last week. They also ignore me on twitter. Uber has the worst customer service, a rep refused to give me a refund for an order I never received, because I didn't phrase my sentence exactly how she wanted me to, then she ended the chat. The system reassigned me to her because when it asked if I was helped I said no. So she changed her name from Asna to a dot (.) and proceeded to ignore me, and eventually ended the chat. So, I called and the rep kept pretending he couldn't hear me, and hung up. He called back, stayed silent and hung up. My last driver refused to drop off my order at the door, and just left. The driver before that dropped of the wrong order, it was a huge order, it took me hours to get a rep on the phone for a refund. The driver apparently never answered their call, so they couldn't figure what happened to my huge order. I've been asking them for a call back to help me with the Uber ride app, but they just ignore my messages.

I paid for next day shipping, but waited almost a month. Tracking information didn't show for the first two weeks. The fur slides, say my shoe size but are a lot smaller. I removed the stickers before trying them on, so I can't even return them. They're hard, uncomfortable, too small, and cheap looking. Right out of the bag, the dress looked stretched, it was wriggled, and the fabric looks cheap. The dress was suppose to be bodycon, I even got it in a size smaller so it would fit my waist. What I received is easily two sizes bigger, huge, loose, ugly, cheap, it looks like pyjamas for an elderly person. Nothing like the picture. I think a larger person wore it because it's clearly stretched. They said that nothing is wrong with the dress. I asked about pre-paid return shipping, they didn't acknowledge my question, sent me common sense instructions, on how to ship an item back to them. I asked again, and was ignored. My shipping fees from Canada to the US would exceed the refund. I wasn't expecting the bad customer service, and low quality I got, it goes to show not to believe what you see on social media.

I Regret going with Virgin
I signed up for a mobile plan, and ordered the SIM card. They said, I would receive it within 2-3 days. A few day later I reached out because it hadn't shipped yet. Then they said it takes 2-3 weeks. I asked her to cancel everything, she told me that she did. I asked for an email confirming the cancellation. She said they don't do that, but I would receive a cancellation notification.

I moved on to another service provider. Then I received an email stating that the SIM card shipped. I called, they said they never cancelled. That now, I can't cancel.

As soon as I became an official client customer service quality went downhill. They just refuse to speak via chat, and brush off.

A while back I had a shopper that didn't know the difference between body lotion, and body scrub. I tried to guide him, but he was lazy and listed the rest of the items on my list as unavailable. I told a rep, that I keep getting sh! Tty shoppers, the rep threatened to hang up because of my language.

Recently, I requested refunds because some of the items (including meats) I received were about to expire. They told me that the next time I do this, I'll have to return the items myself in store and I will only get up to $25 in refunds. It felt like a backhanded way of insinuating that I'm scamming. I don't have control over shopper's selection.

In the past I was overcharged, when I reached out politely asking for an explanation. The staff were dismissive, and blocked me from the chat. This time I was overcharged by over $90, so I reached out to Paypal to investigate. Cornershop reps tried to pressure me into dropping the claim, but Paypal told me not to.

I eventually I won the dispute, and was refunded by PayPal. Since then, Cornershop has blocked all my accounts from accessing their services; they're claiming that I owe them this money back.

I wrote a negative review about a company that scammed me. Trust Pilot waited over a year later, to email me, informing me that my review was deleted due to lack of proof of my transaction. They requested proof of order ID, I emailed them back with original emails, including receipts, order numbers, conversations etc. They responded to all four of my emails, with an automated message, telling me to contact the help center, if I'd like to get in touch. I contacted the center, then they emailed me claiming they hadn't received any of the my emails. Then they gave me a three day deadline to provide screenshots. Why would you deleted my review prior to getting proof? Why would you wait an entire year, when most people don't keep records that long? Why give me a deadline, and make it so difficult to send proof. It doesn't seem like they want my review up. Very dishonest.

I wouldn't trust them, if they're capable of picking and choosing reviews.

The dispute outcome depends on the rep overseeing the claim, some reps don't care. It's best to get them on the phone. It's hard to trick the automated system into transferring your call to an actual agent. When reps dismiss my claim, I try again. You have to be patient, and polite but eventually they do get you a refund if they understand the situation. I've had bad customer service where agent just hang up, or redirected me to a dead end etc. I wouldn't use them for my business, or anything crucial, I don't use their other services because of unreliability.

I was unable to access my money, so I applied for an emergency loan a few weeks ago. I never heard back from Loans Canada but also decided not to get a loan. Recently, they started to call me leaving voicemails about debt consolidation programs. I never asked for this and I don't have any debts. I ignored but calls wouldn't stop, I then blocked them but they can still leave voicemails. Now they hang up after the answering machine picks up and they do this daily.

They trick you into making an account, once made the account seems impossible to delete. I contacted them about having it deleted, considering private information like your sin number is on there. They replied after a few days but wouldn't actually tell me how. I think I figured it out (Tap menu, account, use toggle to opt out of MogoProtect) but I'm not completely sure if it worked. I regret getting involved and sharing my information with this weird company. Even the deletion questions were misleading and manipulative, insinuating that closing the account would put me at risk for fraud, disgusting strategy.

They don't have customer service, you have to go online and make an contact to speak with volunteers who waste your time and never actually help. They drag the back and forth messages with endless verification questions. One of them even ridiculed me and didn't bother to proceed addressing my inquiry. I regret switching to this company. This is my last month with them, I highly encourage people to do your research and reconsider.

The first few surveys got me points, then I noticed I would complete surveys and get no points and some would end with this survey isn't the right match etc. but I actually spent hours doing these. You can tell they won't let you redeem your points and in my case I did very length surveys and got no points. Hopefully you read the reviews before wasting your time.

It took almost a month to get here and tracking information wasn't updating. The back part of the lid on the shaker doesn't close all the way, so a lot of force is required to prevent making a mess. The caramel moca flavor, isn't good. It has a strong aftertaste, I'm assuming it's from the artificial sweetener. Halfway into using the powder, I found the scooper (at that point I had assumed it didn't come with one) I dug it out with a clean measurement spoon and there were hair like fibers attached to the scooper. I can't say for sure that its hair but I'm disgusted. Not worth it for me.

Tip for consumers:
Purchase sample sizes instead of getting a huge thing or just shop at your local protein shop, where you can ask employees what they like.

I think the pizza place was upset that I gave them a low review. So the next time I ordered, they sent me a plate full of red public hairs. I reported it to skip the dish but instead of refunding me and contacting the restaurant, they blocked from ever using their app and sent me a sarcastic message about having high standards and ending our incompatible relationship.
