I feel scammed. They ran a promotion buy $100 of merchandise by midnight & get Rush shipping. It took 4 days.
My order was supposed to have been delivered on June 17,2022. I contacted LSO and they told me that they are not responsible for my Refund. Someone owe me $134 for a order I didn't get. I just don't throw away money like that. I need someone to contact me ASAP to make this wrong a right.

I purchased two items it's been a month, I never received it, I called, they told me to write an email, I did, two days later they sent a message saying that their mailbox is not being monitored and is unable to receive mail. When I track the package it's NOT even moving, they don't pay any attention to the package once they send it and get their money. I am very frustrated, I have been reaching out for almost a month now. Horrible! I won't never buy thing from here.
I received badly dyed dress with dark lines lines and sun-bleached spots across the stomach area. I emailed twice, never got a reply. It has been three weeks now, I am passed the returning window. The reason I didn't go through the regular return process was because I would have to pay the shipping fee and it wouldn't be fair since my item was damaged.

Overall FashionNova is great and has super cute clothes. They also have a huge variety but have few things they need to improve like how long they take to re-stock and the quality of some of the clothing. They take a long time to re-stock on popular selling clothes, it has been a week and I am still waiting for some items to re-stock that I want to purchase. Some of the clothes are this cheap material like they use Rayon fabric, I would avoid buying the clothes with this fabric as they feel itchy, uncomfortable and cheap. They need to replace the clothes they make with this fabric or find a way to make the clothes feel more comfortable to wear for long periods of time in the day. For example I bought their "In State Of Smock Crop Top - Blue" top, which was fashionable looking but the material didn't feel comfortable to wear as soon as you put it on and wear it throughout the day.
Fashion nova doesn't respond to your online issues for returns gift cards or anything. There is no live person to talk to. Online communication socks because they want respond. They tell you to go to help center and you can't click on the button to put in your issue
It's simple my order didn't deliver. ONTRAC is the worst. Notified both and it's the runaround. If I could cancel with my bank I would but because this was a refund credit. It's past time for me to notify the bank for refund to my account. I still may try though. This is super ridiculous. I have spent regularly with them. It's a done deal for them with me. I passed my order on May 30th. I live in France, I paid for express shipping I was supposed to receive it June 2nd, which was a Thursday, according to FedEx, the shipping company. However there is no update by the shipping company about this order and no one seems to know where my package is. To me it is lost but Fashionnova do not want to refund me even if since more than a week no one is able to tell me where my package is!
Don't order from this company, they are thieves. If you have an issue with the shipping they won't help you and you'll lose money just like I did.
I bought a lot of clothes here, all of high quality and delivered very quickly. I recommend it. Also, if the clothes do not fit you, you can easily return them and get your money back.

Returns is the worst. I purchased a $7.99 shipping return label, received the email confirming my payment, and a copy of the QR code/print out. I took it to the post office before the expiration date written on my email and the post office scanned it as INVALID. I have never experienced this before from large retailers or small businesses. Just terrible.
Fashion is a hit or miss they deal with a company call laser Ship and fashion nova is Aware that they are stealing. My husband ordered me almost 300 dollars worth of items that I never received nor did fashion nova give us our money back because laser ship will say the delivered it and the will take a pic of old deliveries so be aware I loved fashion nova until they did this to us better yet go and look at their reviews its sad because plenty of people are having the same problem. Fashion Nova gives you 7 days to make contact to make a return. Cool, no issues. Except for the fact that they do not contact you back! It's been 5 days and I've tried to make contact each day. They have no number to call or person to message. You are simply left waiting for them to contact you back, IF THEY FEEL LIKE IT. They sent me the wrong jeans! It was THEIR mistake and they can't email me back to figure out how to get the correct item to me. So, if you're into receiving random items you didn't order with no way to return or replace them, order away! But, if you'd like to get your correct order, DO NOT order from here because there is no possible way to make contact!
They no longer offer a call center with representatives available. This is the most ridiculous thing i have ever heard of, how else are the customers supposed to get fast service and assistance? Ive sent in 3 requests to get assistance with my package over the past 2 weeks and have recieved no response or help. My oackage was returned to sender stating it could mot be delivered to a PO Box, but in the policies on their websites it states that they can deliver to PO Boxes via USPS, but i was not given that option, yet i still have to pay a $#*!ing shipping fee when it was their system that failed me as a consumer? Ridiculous. I will never ever order from them again and i will tell everyone soul i know never to order from them again.
This company allows for no changes or returns for funds on any of their products. I had a gift card to their site and went to use it on my purchase, however the gift card was not applied and I was billed the full amount. After contacting their customer service, which is very difficult to find let alone get a response from, they informed me there was nothing to do to cancel the order and that "I was luckily able to use it on a future purchase", which will obviously not be happening. They offer no ability to make a return so I am forced to pay for an order that should have been paid for with the gift card, with no recourse to reconcile their mistake. They have no care for their customers or their experience and the clothes are not worth the hassle they are insistent on being.

I reached out to fashion nova and all they sent me was a survey and said fed ex has my package. Somebody is lying! I have been a loyal customer ever since fashion nova started its company and this is my last time giving them money! I have filed a dispute with my bank.
Answer: I received a full refund via original form of payment which was Paypal. I emailed them daily, reported them to the Better Business Bureau and opened a claim with PayPal. They sent me a store credit but I refused it and threatened legal counsel. Money was refunded in full 3 days later. Do not let this establishment bully you.

They offer no refund or assistance at all when trying to locate a package you will have to work with your bank in order to get some resolve, pathetic company who only ensures celebs are getting items delivered and satisfied while everyone else they treat as peons who they can care less about. If your not insta famous they don't ensure a smooth customer experience for you and you will soon be left disappointed. Great merch but not worth the frustration.
