Each time I have ordered from Fashion Nova, it was for a few hundred dollars worth because I live in the UK and the expedition fee is quite expensive and I thought I'd save up by ordering big at once.
The last time I ordered, years ago, one of the items was tagged wrong. I therefor received a wrong item which didn't fit me, wasn't my taste at all AND was priced much cheaper than the item I actually ordered. I asked if I could get a return label for free since this was an error on their part. I was told off without any compensation.
I told myself I wouldn't order from Fashion Nova again.
Time have passed and I told myself I'd give it another go… apparently it was a huge mistake on my part to do so… because this time I placed an order worth of over 500£ worth, and THE PACKAGE has DIASPEARED during transit. I contacted them and after several exchanges they said according to the courrier, the parcel is UNTRACEABLE at this point.
So they offered a refund which I accepted, with the intent to wait for the refund to be processed, to place the same order again. After a couple of weeks the refund still wasn't processed so I contacted them again and received a message confirming they would escalate my case for it to be solved faster, only to finally receive a definitive answer a couple days ago, that no refund would be made and that I could try and contact the courrier myself (And have a good day of course).
I don't understand this lack of professionalism from a popular brand like theirs.
I don't know if you live in the US territory, but IF YOU LIVE ABROAD, I definitely DON'T RECOMMEND ORDERING FROM Fashion Nova!
I made a purchase but it never arrived. I got proof from ontrac (a joke of a company) showing that they never made the delivery but Fashion nova does not have customer service instead an email that sends generic messages about the return policy. I will never buy from them again and I don't think anyone should until they get actual customer service. This is fraud and is absolutely wrong for a company with a billionaire CEO who just takes vacations on stolen money.
First of all my items were late then the delivery man didn't deliver my items he came to my apartment and left with my items…It's on camera…I contact FN they told me they're sorry for my frustration but my items have been delivered and check with a neighbor! I love their clothes but the fact that they ship through LSO, hell no! Especially when their stuff goes out of stock all the time, can never order something without a problem, please don't bother ordering from here, they don't even let you get in contact with them, you have to wait 24-48 hours for them to come up with a solution which is either a gift card to them or a reshipment what a joke company
How old are two items of this website when was a jumpsuit. When I received the item, I did not have a zipper attached to it. The second item is a green long sleeve corset. The corset had holes in it under the armpit. I have tried to reach out to customer service and have not received any reply back. I have also tried to reach out on IG. I still have not received a reply. So sick of giving my money to places like this and PTL.
They delivered my order to a unsecured location and someone stole it I called they don't have live agents I emailed them and was told they couldn't give me my money back since it's marked delivered since then I've emailed multiple times and I haven't gotten a response I spent 95$ what a lost this is wrong

First of all, they don't give refunds. That's a huge problem considering their sizing is always way off and you never know what size will fit. I went by the size chart for my 1st purchase, and it wasn't even close. I had to return everything.
They basically ended up stealing my money. I shipped everything back and got a gift card number in an email. When I tried to use it, it said it was "invalid." The return didn't even show up on my account on their website. And the only way to contact them is through an automated form that either leads to their website or a mostly automated email response. I tried over and over to contact a person to help me, but all I got was, "The return doesn't show up. Visit our Help Center!" So they basically kept my money, and I'll never get it back.
When I ordered my clothes I paid an extra fee because I needed rush order shipping …well my clothes still didn't come on time and fashion nova told me they couldn't refund me my money because the clothing had already shipped and was expected to be delivered on the accurate day but they didn't …so basically if you're gonna pay extra for rush order shipping please make sure you get your items on time

Of all the years that I have ordered from this company, they have really disappointed me. My package shows it was delivered on March 3rd but on March 4 and 5 it was still on the way. My package was never delivered and I'm out of $100 worth of clothes for my son that I can't replace. I've contacted the delivery company and no help. Never will I order from them again. And I loved their clothing.

Ordered two dresses, didn't read the fine print about their return policy. They ONLY give store credit. Dresses were HORRIBLE quality.
