Sent them the money, website says they have over 100 in stock. What I ordered was out of stock but said they had 173. Everything else I picked had 100+ in stock, but they said there are out. So aggravating. I'm glad these other people have had good experiences, but I sure haven't

Is it all Chinese stuff? Yes. Do I get great deals alot? YES. Some stuff I'm not happy with, but that's anywhere you shop. Overall, I love this place and uy from them often. Also shipping is quite quick!

Been with them for years. Notified them tens and tens of times of on going slow server problems, just to name one. They blame your internet or something on your end, and never fix the problem. They make you end up being stuck with them because you don't want to change your email address!

AWFUL. What a scam. I had been with them for multiple years, two accounts. I turned all my equipment in because I changed to a streaming service- they still billed me for over $400 I had to eat and turned it in on my credit. I did nothing wrong. They are scammers and take advantage of hard working people

What a rip off. They don't allow refunds, just store credit. I don't know how that is even legal anyway. Poorly made China products

It never processes any of my credit cards. Tried different browsers, different cards. Then, it charges me every single time I try to make the purchase and customer service does NOTHING Beyond aggravated at this company

Sizes NOT as listed and will not refund my money! I've been back and forth with them and they refuse to do anything to help. 15% refund is not good enough whatsoever!
