The customer service delivery of Fashion Nova is unacceptable. I made a recent order and purchased matching outfits for a birthday party and paid for expedited shipping. Unfortunately, the package came three days after the expected delivery date. This resulted in me purchasing more expensive outfits for the occasion. I asked Fashion Nova to provide a full refund as it was the COMPANY'S ERROR of late shipment and they explained to me they are unable to process my full return. But, yet, they provided the refund for the added shipping cost made. I would encourage anyone who is reading this to not buy products from this store. I do not like the fact that you are unable to receive your money back and instead, get store credit? For all the years I have been buying at Fashion Nova, I have never had an delivery issue until August 30,2022, when it said my package had delivered, but yet nothing to show. I have a camera on my front door. It shows no one drop off any package much less to be stolen. I am so disappointed I reach out to fashion nova and they write me back to let me know I should go check with my neighbors and report it to the local police station. They didn't even care to re- send the items they just took my money and was satisfied with what they are doing but they took the wrong person money cause I am not letting it go. I am afraid to order anything else from them because they took your money then say your package delivered and no trust came from it. That is why these carrier services that they are using constantly stealing the packages and Mark delivered because these shipping Companies are holding them accountable for these stuff.
To be honest 1 star is too generous for these guys because I ordered on 24 January and it's 20 February and my order still hasn't arrived. They said 7 -10 days and it's not here and I sent a message to the customer service and its useless too cause they didn't respond at all and it's been days. And they're estimated date keeps changing yesterday it was 9 march today it's 10 march.
Fashion Nova has a no refund or replacement policy on their shipments when they chose the carrier (LaserShip) to ship it. Almost 2 months later they're telling me I never returned anything and they can't track it, but I followed their online return procedure AND paid for return shipping. I am not happy with them. They are very hard to get in contact with AND only seem to respond to emails with pre-scripted responses.

They blow your phone up every time you visit the site. They want you to use the code but then the system removes the code and you are charged full price. They do not cancel orders and they do not make any modifications to your order even if it's seconds after your receive confirmation emails. You have to pay for returned. I purchased two items it's been a month, I never received it, I called, they told me to write an email, I did, two days later they sent a message saying that their mailbox is not being monitored and is unable to receive mail. When I track the package it's NOT even moving, they don't pay any attention to the package once they send it and get their money. Worst customer service team I have ever had the displeasure of working with. First they refuse to add a discount code that they sent me to use even though I contacted them the same day that I made the purchase. It was an honest mistake on my part since I thought I had already applied the discount code. They would not honor the code and after having reached out to them about it, they delayed my order from reaching me in time for a wedding that I bought the dresses for in the first place. I have to wait an entire month for my order simply because I reached out to them about adding my discount code. How pathetic to be such a big company yet so petty and disgusting. I am appalled and will NEVER buy anything from this sh** company again.
I am extremely disgruntled by the treatment of fashion nova's customer service. I wrote stating my order had not been delivered even though the tracking states delivery. I was told to check with neighbours etc, which had been done prior as I checked to ensure the package really was missing before I wrote. My order has been missing for a week and the customer service agent basically told me since my package is missing i should go file a police report because it obviously isn't there concern. I am sorely disappointed as I have shopped with fashion nova for years and it's disgusting that this is how they treat there customer. Never in a million years would I have thought this was the treatment they provide.

They made me pay for returning the items, which came out to be $20, then they refuse to give me my full refund for clothes that still have tags and everything attached. Very low quality items. The biggest issue is their return policy. If they sell out of and item that you are returning they only give you half of what you paid. It's not worth ordering from this company. They are not upfront with their policies. They do everything the can to keep your money.
Answer: I received a full refund via original form of payment which was Paypal. I emailed them daily, reported them to the Better Business Bureau and opened a claim with PayPal. They sent me a store credit but I refused it and threatened legal counsel. Money was refunded in full 3 days later. Do not let this establishment bully you.
