The worst company we have aver used. We placed an a month ago, heard nothing from them. Emails sent unanswered, the phone number they provide *******779 no answers.
WE ARE BEGINING TO THINK THIS IS A FRAUDULENT, DO NOT USE THEM.
UPDATE: Dot and Bo's customer service was great. They offered me discounts, but I was no longer interested in the product, so they arranged for a pickup of the item.
Tried to buy a $300 bar cart. Cart was delivered 3 weeks after the original delivery estimate. After emailing customer service, was told they would look into and email me back. Finally I received package without a follow up email even though the site still said it hadn't even shipped. Cart was constructed completely differently to that of the picture on the website. Lesser quality materials, obviously different design. It was very clearly a copy of the original which was photographed where even the the simplest design aspects were not honored. The bar cart was not even close to flush with the ground. I sent them a picture with a pencil underneath the wheel, so about 1/2 an inch crooked. Each shelf was also crooked. The wheels in picture were wood, in the one they sent they were possibly a poor quality wood, but felt more like plastic with coating. In pic, the wheels were light brown wood, in reality they were jet black (this is how misleading the picture was.)
I love this rolling table. I realize I can sand it a little and make it less rustic but since I cover it with a lamp and electronics etc, no one can see it. It is just the right size behind my couch!
So I placed two orders on the same day and was super excited until I realized that it would take up to six weeks to get some of my things. I receive one item. Then I get 4 emails yesterday that told me that over half of my order is out of stock so instead of sending me the items when they come in or give me a rain check they refund me my money ( which will take forever) and said if I still want them I can reorder them... But for more money! If they are out of a product but will be getting it in again, why don't they just honor the price I bought it for the first time? I ordered 5 of the same item that was clearanced at $10 now if I want to order it again it $14? That is sooooo not cool!
DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OF MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY!

This table was purchased as a companion for the 4 acacia outdoor chairs. It is a good size and sturdy for entertaining. The finish is a good match
I placed an order for several different items on 11/15/15. Most of the items were to be Christmas gifts. Dates in December were listed in the confirmation email indicating tge items would becteceived early to mid December. Fine. As the dates came and went I contacted the company looking to resolve whatever was holding up delivery. As time passes and I checked status of my order I noticed that each time I looked online the delivery dates were either different or there was no estimated date at all - very odd. I was told that there was a problem with one item so I asked to have the rest of the order sent as they were presents. I was told they would look into it and get back to me which did not happen before Christmas. I then received an email indicating I'd gotten a credit from the company for a cancellation. After that, I was emailed that the item for which there were issues had been cancelled because it had been put in the system with incorrect pricing. My other items once again had delivery dates associated to them. I have still yet to receive any of my items and upon checking my order just now see that the delivery dates are again blank and the status is not yet shipped. This is the worst online ordering experience I have ever had and I will never order from Dot and Bo again. The folks I spoke with were nice, hence 2 stars.

I've been getting emails from Dot & Bo for a couple of years now. I finally decided to give them a try. What a terrible mistake!
I placed an order on December 9,2017. This is when i learned Dot & Bo was really Opensky. One would think an in stock item ordered on 12/9 would be a no brainer for Christmas ("ships in one day, usually arrives four days later"). On 12/12 I received a notification that the shipping label had been created. What, exactly, is the benefit of this?
In the early evening on 12/16, I wrote their "Customer Love" dept. asking for a refund, as the item hadn't yet shipped and they ignored my previous emails. At 12:20 A.M. on Monday, the 18th, I received a notice that the item has shipped and should arrive on 12/26 or later. The "Customer Love" rep. Wrote me during the day on the 18th telling me since the item has been shipped, there's nothing they can do.
I have emailed them asking for them to contact the post office and change the shipping to an expedited method (yes, this can be done by the shipper). It is now the 21st and all of my emails are being ignored.
I wish I had read the reviews before placing my order. I am only being ripped off for about $35.00. I feel sorry for the person who places an order for a couple of hundred dollars.
I ordered 3 Whitestone Pendant Lamps ($149.99 each) and a Friends and Family Dining Table ($973.99). The items arrive in late April, 2015. As we were undergoing a kitchen renovation, we stored the items in our living room. The items were installed/put to use in September, 2015. In January 2016 I noticed that two of the lamps had begun to change color, developing large black "splotches" thus reducing the light output and completely changing the appearance of the lamps. These black spots are growing in size. One lamp has not developed a spot. The dining table is described on the website as having a "Walnut Veneer." Around the holidays, I noticed that the "veneer" is actually a plastic wrap because it is bubbling up, peeling and cracking in two spots on opposite sides of the table. I contacted Dot & Bo Customer service to report these failing and defective products, seeking a refund. I was told by Jessica that because I didn't report the damage within 48 hours of receiving the products, that I was not entitled to a refund. They offered to provide me a store credit of 30% of the total spend. Clearly these are defective products that are failing. No reasonable person would expect these products to fail in such a short time frame. However, Dot & Bo will not stand by these defective products they sold.
This week, Dot & Bo agreed to replace the defective lamp shades, agreeing that they should not have failed so rapidly after purchase. Unfortunately, they will not apply the same logic to replacing/reimbursing me for the defective table.

The product page for this piece lists materials as “walnut veneer, stainless steel.” This information is at the bottom of every product under “Product Information.” We want our customers to make as informed purchases as possible and we sincerely apologize for any confusion.
We want to confirm replacement shades for the lamps will be en route to you soon. That damage should not have happened- especially after such a short amount of time As our rep followed up to say on 1/17 at 9:50 AM, this is a one-time exception and typically we are not able to process replacements months after use.

Bad products. No service. Stan away. I wished I had seen the reviews. Bad bad bad its an ugly procduct. They know it and make it impossible to return.
No phone number to speak to anyone either! Sent to the wrong address and now I can't get ahold of anyone!
No wonder they moved from the address on the website and cancelled their app!

I use it to cover up my gas burners but it definitely is a great statement piece, both of my daughters want one now!
Answer: Good luck with that - terrible customer service. I do not recommend this company because of the service and the very poor quality of products.
