Either dotandbo.com charged me more than I agreed to on my credit card or the card company is charging me more than they should. Can find no emails nor paperwork w/the exact cost of the 2 items I ordered & received. They are much nicer than I expected, but it bothers me because I wouldn't have paid that much for them.
I have an order that was delayed. I've already been charged and it was thousands of dollars. I got a message last week stating they've gone out of business. Will my money be refunded or will I be getting the desk I ordered?
Hello, I was in the process of receiving a refund the same day that you closed business and I was in contact with staff member Craig. I have not received the refund or any support whatsoever after the afternoon of Sep 23rd. Please advise and refund my money. Thank you.
