WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE

DO NOT buy anything from ASOS. I ordered a jacket in size 8 and was sent a completely different jacket in the wrong size. I tried two different chat correspondents and the only thing they could offer me is sorry and to send it in for a refund. I don't want a refund, I want what I ordered... I emailed ASOS because no one would help me and it took two weeks before I emailed AGAIN asking if someone could reply to me. I have been emailing them for days and they still will not replace my item! This is a terrible way to run business. When a company makes an error (or two errors!) they are responsible to fix it! But ASOS just wants your money they don't care one bit if you get what you bought or not. NEVER BUY FROM ASOS.

False advertising

I tried to purchase the Keds Champion Taylor Swift Kitten Peek-a-Boo Plimsoll Trainers for
$93.00 and after a long conversation with ASOS they realised that they are not available for Australians to purchase, even though it was on the Australian site. I tried to ask a couple more questions but was disconnected from the conversation. I am disappointed that I did not receive an apology about their false advertising, and that they didn't accept my offer of paying extra for them if they are available to other countries.

Keep it up

I've made three purchases in the last nine months, and my boyfriend shops at ASOS semi-regularly. We haven't had any issues. I live in New York City, but I've gotten all of my orders within two days, as expected. The cost for expedited shipping is incredibly reasonable, and rivaled only by Amazon, as far as I know. The items that I've purchased, including a couple of items from the ASOS DESIGN line, have all met or exceeded my expectations. They're quality items, they appear exactly as pictured, and fit as expected. All in all, I've had really good experiences shopping at ASOS. And I really appreciate how much they've done to make the latest trends available to everyone.

I ordered an expensive dress from ASOS for my birthday party and it came but the size was wrong and it was asos who made the mistake. I wrote to them and they told me to return the item. I am in Azerbaijan and returning the item would cost me money and time, so not only did I not get the dress I wanted I also had to pay for it to be shipped back in order to get my refund. I believe that if asos made a mistake then they should pay me a full refund and send their regrets and maybe even a discount voucher so that i can be satisfied, but they didn't even care about paying me atleast for the shipment to return the item. I am so upset and definitely won't recommend anyone to use ASOS. They do not care for their customer. All ASOS cares about is making their own money at any cost.

SHOCKING!

SHOCKING!

My items did not come. So I needed to ring them, a total of 55minutes on hold! I still did not get through. Therefore I did not receive my items nor speak to anyone. £25 pound on my phone bill.

They offered me 15% discount! Joke!

I was told to wait for my order for 2 MONTHS. It has been 35 days since I ordered it. Now they say: Contact us in a MONTH. This is insane! I have been receiving orders from different companies with some delay, BUT 2 months is beyond common sense. Will I receive my parcel? Will I get money back? If customer service is that bad, not sure about the quality of the products... This was my first and the last order from them. I have no problem with any companies - ZARA, NordstromRack, BrownShoes - received everything during pandemic with little or NO delay.

I bought two pairs of pants from ASOS. They sent me 4 items with a pack slip for 8 items. Weird. I contacted them the only way you can, by email. Didn't hear back. Returned all 4 items. It was the Christmas rush and either the UPS store didn't give me the return tracking or I lost it. I could not get ASOS to address this. UPS told me that since I printed the return label from the ASOS website they had to have the tracking number. Didn't get refund. ASOS said it was my problem. BBB gives them F rating based on this very issue. AMEX credited me based on what I told them and what UPS said - that ASOS had the tracking number even if I did not. Note: I heard from ASOS only after emailing the company in London. Never buy from them.

Do not buy from this store unless you plan to keep everything you get because the returns system is a convoluted mess designed to keep you from getting a refund. I filed an item I received as faulty and began the process to return it. I contacted customer service to make sure they would refund me the postage. They confirmed that they would because i had marked it as a faulty item. When the item arrived they refused to refund me because they said it hadn't been processed as a faulty item. I showed them the original email and explained that I had marked the item as faulty as well as proof of purchase for the postage but they refused to refund me.

Despite the numerous customer reviews warning me that ASOS has a tendency to ship the wrong products to their customers, I took a chance with ASOS and ordered my first dress. Weeks later, I received the dress... in the WRONG size. I have reached out to ASOS' customer service through it's email servicing and through FB. They have responded that they will ship me a replacement dress and that I can return the oversized dress. I will revise this post and change the rating as soon as the replacement is received.

So, I've decided to change my 1 star to 4 stars because Asos' customer service replaced my dress, which arrived just a few days after the complaint was received and just on time for the big event that I had planned on wearing the dress to. Will probably buy from them again IF something great on their website catches my eye again.

I ordered a shirt to be used in a costume. It was supposed to arrive on or before September 28th. I was given no tracking number. When the shirt failed to arrive on the 28th. I sent an email enquiring about my order. The reply stated that if I did not receive the order by October 5th to contact them again. I again emailed letting them know the 5th was to late as I needed the shirt by the second. Which was replied to again with wait until the 5th. I then sent another email reiterating that the 5th was too late the response to which was to refund my shipping fee while again telling me to wait until the 5th. Each email assured me that they were here to help while not actually helping. My confirmation email stated I would receive my item on or before September 28th. Last I checked October 5th is eight days after the 28th

Unsatisfactory

Out of the three orders I've placed with ASOS, I received only one. I paid for their two day shipping and customs and didn't receive the parcels I ordered. After over an hour with ASOS customer service both times, blamed it on customs. Buyer beware, only buy from ASOS if you don't mind the chance you may not get any clothes ordered. The two missed ordered combined I'm at a loss of over $100 CAD. Will never order from ASOS again, just brutal. Also asked to speak with a manager and Matteos advised they don't let anyone speak with the manager.

I recently bought jeans from asos and I am very disappointed! They don't look like the picture at all! It was the second time I ordered from this site and the first time I ordered I was disappointed for the same reason but decided to give them another chance for the jeans! What a mistake! I don't recomend this site and I will not repurchase!

Bought a Northface coat and instead I received a Columbia jogging pants. Now how can a $220 coat be misplaced with a jogging pants. Smh horrible. Now I had to return and wait another 2 weeks for my refund. The worst ever

My Premium delivery ran out and I wasn't made aware of that. Just made a £230 order and had to pay £5; 95 for next day delivery. I got in touch with CC to cancel my order because I wanted to purchase Premium delivery and re book my order with no delivery fees. I wasn't able to cancel my order and was told I had to pay the delivery fees even if I wanted to purchase the Premium delivery. Spent 35 min on chat with CC to be told nothing could be done and no credit could be provided... felt really stuck in the process and very disappointed by the experience with CC.

If you are outside of the US territory do not shop on this website. I had 50% of the value of my purchase on tax duties. So for a 70cnd$ purchase i was charged 31$ of duties. This would have been fine if i have been informed prior to purchase that there were going to be duties. Totally unacceptable. Never again will i buy from them! Worst thing is that you have to pay 22,99$ to return the package within only 28 days and shipping back to the warehouse could take 21 business days. If for some reason it takes more then the 28 days, then there is a refund bu the form of a refund voucher instead of money back to your original payment. This Website is a SCAM. No way I will biuy again from them.

After MULTIPLE orders with the company, received the item and returned for bigger size. Bigger size item arrived, but the return/refund for smaller item has never been processed. Contacting the company returned nothing. I should have taken a picture of the company-provided return label as they do not have any info on that! They WILLINGLY lost a loyal customer over $30! Do not shop there!

Absolutely appalling customer service, automated, robot-like responses, long waiting times. Be careful with their currency conversions - I have purchased in SGD on the first order. Second order was processed in USD and it turned SGD70 more expensive! Customer service rep Louis was not helpful, did not really care to keep customer happy, or to keep customer at all for that fact. Because price fluctuations I was additionally subjected to tax payments and ended up massively overpaying for the items that were not even worth it. Louis could not care less neither did entire ASOS. $#*! service - avoid.
