They stupidly sent an international shipment for an online purchase without tracking (illegal in my country according to our post office) and had no idea where my order was. Gave me the run around and complete garbage customer service for weeks, then told me after a certain date they would do something about it. Wouldn't you know it, that date comes and goes and still no reply to emails or Facebook messages. Getting a refund from them is like pulling teeth, and they are now sold out of the items I ordered so no replacement either. It's awful trying to deal with them and I'm incredibly frustrated. I like some of their items and if this had been pleasantly handled, probably would have shopped frequently, but it's too much. Never again. I almost feel like they were banking on losing my order or just never sent it and want to keep the money. Can't believe they couldn't even provide any shipping info at all. Stay away from their free shipping, it's a scam.
Worst online company out there.
Received product covered in DOG HAIR! Clearly been used and was second hand. Spoke to a customer adviser called Elysia. She offered to replace the item and eventually offered a 10% off full price items which anyone can use at any time if they know how (student etc.)
Despite sending pictures showing the damaged nothing else was offered even after expalining the situation once again.
Think twice before buying from here if something goes wrong they really don't care.

It's really a shame. This company has good products at super competitive prices. However, their customer service is neck and neck with current Amazon customer service for worst in the biz. It is impossible to speak to someone and they just push you into their hyper-general FAQs, which are, essentially, useless. I spoke with a customer service rep by chat and he, essentially, said "sorry, bro, we aren't going to fulfill our policies, our bad". I am paraphrasing, obviously. I don't need someone to explain how things are going wrong and how they sympathize with me. I need someone to solve my problem. Too bad. I am going to stop shopping on the site.
Do not purchase any products from ASOS. I waited a month over the expected delivery date and every time I reached out to the customer service team, they told me to reach back out again in a week if I have not received a delivery. Then, they sent a replacement package with half of my ordered items and would not issue a refund for the rest of the items. I will never purchase anything from ASOS again.
This company is dishonest, unreliable and unapologetic. They lie and say an order will arrive, or has arrived and you have to keep going back to the live chat for days on end to get a refund. They say you can have a refund 'tomorrow', then on 'this day', then another later day. Thieves, scam. Avoid.
The items I ordered arrived as promised (4 day shipping) which was impressive considering this was holiday week and I live in Seattle, WA. A little disappointed with the sizing of the item I ordered. I'm 5 1", athletic/ curvy build. I was excited that the petite shop had such variety to offer. I ordered a high neck, velvet bodycon dress, it looked as promised, but when I tried it on it was a good 5 inches too long! And it didn't do my curves any favors, either. Surprising, since I ordered the smallest size available: 2. Kind of just straight up and down. Not sure if I'll keep out to have it altered length- wise, as I really do need it for an event. Wanted to avoid all that bother by ordering petite to begin with! Shoes could have been packed better, too, box wasn't dented but shoes (velvet block heels) arrived needing to be bent back into shape.
Ordered some smaller accessories 29th november 2014. Never arrived. Tried to contact them around 23th december, but the same automated email the other people here. I tried contacting again yesterday 6th january 2015 but it is still the automated reply. Not even sure if i can get a refund. Thanks for ruining my birthday and christmas, ASOS.
Placed an order a few days ago and didn't receive a confirmation email. No big deal but I decided to follow up. Contacted customer service which can only be done via account or Facebook messenger. The messenger replies appear to be a bot which apologises and asks repeatedly for your email and order number.
They can't find my email or order number even though I have screenshot proof plus the transaction on my card.
If you look at their most recent Facebook post there are many unhappy people that don't have orders or have not receive refunds. It also looks like influencers have stopped promoting them as much. I wouldn't be surprised if they were about to go out of business.
I have reported to the ACCC and flagged the amount with my bank.
I would not be placing an order with them unless you want to go through this hassle.
This site has a mix of clothing for women of every size and age. Do not be fooled by the youthful appearance of the site, because it has something for everyone. College students gets discount and that comes in handy during sales. I live this site for clothing and accessories. Top brands make special items for the site... it is just the best. One thing no 800 number as they are in Europe and do not answer calls. Twitter is the best contact method! (2017) I have to say they are changing and are not responsive to complaints as they once were- so I took a star away. They are changing not for the better. They most improve consumer service and being more responsive to complaints.
Such a good variety! Always end up having to spend ages trying to sort though what I can actually buy as I have so much in the basket. Some of the Asos branded stuff is so cute an afforfable. I've always had pleasent experience ordering from here, I recently ordered some bikinis for holiday using saver delivery and they were delivered within 3 days. Unfortunately I didn't suit them so had to send them back, but I was so impressed with how quickly they got back to me and sorted it out!
We ordered 5x£100 pound vouchers on the 8th December for delivery on Christmas Day. Nothing arrived... phone calls, emails, messages, a shambles! Got a message today saying they will look into it shortly. Vouchers given in order that our children could shop on the Boxing Day Sales. Unapologetic, unreliable, appalling customer service. NEVER again!
I ordered 2 items which should have been delivered by May 03 2017 at the latest. I chatted with an rep online through their chat window a few days ago and they advised me that there was a delay and the new delivery date was going to be May 19th. No reasons, no apologies, nothing. I just checked online for an update and noticed that the delivery date is now May 24th 2017. Hopefully, it'll get here within the year. If I had known that shipments take over a month, this order would not have been placed. By the time it comes, I won't need the sweater that's on order as it'll be summer. I'll never shop there again. This is my first experience with ASOS, I do a lot of online shopping and this is unacceptable.
Having ordered from Asos a few times before I believed them to be reliable so ordered a jacket from them. Unusually there was no tracking detail provided just a delivery date of 15th Nov. I didn't worry about it too much as delivery previously has been great.
15th November arrived... no jacket. Contacted customer services who have informed me that the item is coming by normal mail and I need to wait to 3rd Dec. Am fuming as this now means I have to spend time and money trying g to find an alternative and to make it worse, won't even be in the country when delivery is now due to arrive. Never again will I shop with Asos
After shopping at ASOS, I am not sure I can still dare to shop online. I bought a bunch of items from their websites, but some don't fit well. So shopped them back. I mailed back four items, they only refunded me three items. In total, they refunded me over 60$ less than I originally paid. I contacted them many times. They did not reply to my emails at all. This place, a thousands of NO, DO NOT SHOP THERE!
I'm so aggravated with these people From ASOS These people Will give you hell when your doing a return and trying to get your money back! A whole bunch of run around bull$#*!! They will tell you this is the day your money will be refund to you which bull $#*! and if you don't see it on your bank account they say wait till the end of the day or the next day keep making you run around I'm still fighting to get my money back from these dam thief $#*! people.
By far the worst service i have ever received. I placed an order and the checkout process gave a 20% off code. I returned two of the products to the value of £27 but only got a £2.41 refund! Now they are hiding behind code terms & conditions that they don't advise, show or issue to customers. So far I've dealt with Surajkumar, Mitesh & Nassifati in the escalation team and not one of them has actually took the time to listen or understand my concerns and are just robotic script readers.
Dont waste your hard earned money by dealing with this shower and if you ever have to return products to them then you better be prepared to be robbed of your money. All for the sake of £25!
I am just going to review before I receive my items, because this is the worst service from a site I have ever experienced. My order took two days to process and then didn't ship until the next day, so now I have to wait even longer to receive it. They admit the problem is a technology error on their part, but I had to email them to get an update and get my order moving. Ridiculous. Get your site fixed!
Tracking website dosn't even say where my package is. Just says "In Transit"
Honestly now I will be surprised if the items I purchased will be of good quality after this. I was so excited to see cute maternity clothes at a very affordable price, but now I guess I will just pay the extra at Motherhood Maternity if it means my items will be shipped when ordered.

I was very worried about ordering from this company because of all the bad reviews. However, Nordstrom was sold out of several items I wanted which were ASOS brand. I was soooooo pleasantly surprised with everything I ordered. I have placed several order since then. Returns are effortless... Any trouble with returns or labels just talk to the chat line; they will help you right away. Everything I ordered was 100% cotton and excellent quality. I have no complaints whatsoever and will continue to shop with them. FYI, bottoms run true to size while tops run a little small in my opinion.
I am VERY angry about the customer service (or lack of) that is provided by Asos.
I ordered a dress online but the package that arrived was a completely different item. When i tried to call to get this sorted out i discovered that there is NO customer service number and basically the only way to get a customer service issue resolved is via email correspondence with customer service reps. My rep changed with each email i received which meant i had to relay the same details and information multiple times, which is not very accommodating to the customer. I am still working to get my money back or the actual item I ordered after 3 days of emails - they take about a day to respond. This could have been a 30 min phone call at most if they just had a f*cking number to call! I am never ordering from Asos again - guessing from the other reviews it will probably take months to resolve this - who knows if i will ever get that dress or my money back. $#*! ASOS!

Answer: Look, as I wrote here I shopped with them many times and I was never disappointed. I don't know where you buy from, but I live in Italy and it doesn't take more than 4-5 working days for them to deliver the package. If you're concerned about the quality, well, it's not really top-notch, but considering the price it's really good (you can't expect Max Mara quality from a shirt you paid 20 euros). As for the fit be careful because those are UK sizes and they are definitely NOT vanity sizing! Meaning: when you read "model pictured wears UK 8" you may think "they're lying, she's clearly a 6" but they're actually not in most cases. I have a body similar to that of most of their models, I ordered size 6 twice and it was a tiny bit small. So size accordingly. All in all I trust them and I like their product. Perfect low-cost site to shop from online.

Answer: You have to be a careful shopper. Check the fabric content! I just purchased Is 4 pairs of cargo pants. Same style, different colors. They are 100% cotton and excellent quality. I also purchased things by topshop and free people on this site. Asos has its own brand but sells others. Returns are effortless so I don't know why so many people are complaining. I have very high standards and they haven't let me down yet.
