I usually never write reviews but I am so disappointed and disgusted by ASOS. I ordered a package recently that contained at least 10 items (about $450). I never received my package, I contacted ASOS twice with my concern. They assured me that I would get a refund. I waited for about four days and received an email letting me know that my account had been deactivated and that they were refusing to process my refund.
If you order from ASOS you better hope that nothing goes wrong with your package, and that every item you order fits you perfectly or else you will be out of that money you just spent. My recommendation is to avoid ordering from them. Worst customer service I've ever encountered!
WORST company I've ever experienced. It has now been over a month and still have not recieved my package or tracking number. They have no number or email for customer service and just some "live chat" that gets you no where. They tell you they arent authorized to give you a refund and that the "specialist team" will "investigate" and get ahold of you within 48 hours. Nothing ever happens. This business literally steals your money. I dont know what the next step is but they should not be able to get away with this.
I have been contemplating placing an order with ASOS for years, I noticed they had a special promotion code for Canadians for 15% off. I placed an order for 230$ and when I went to pick it up I had to pay 90$ in duties! When I got home I opened the box and everything was 2-3 sizes too big for me(even though I took the time to put my measurements in for the fit assistant.) I returned my order to ASOS for another 25$. I contacted customer service and they really don't give a $#*!. Extremely bad experience. Extremely bad service. I have lost 115$ and wasted my time.
I have ordered from ASOS several times. They have a good customer service, I'm ok with that. The delivery service most times delays but it's still not much of a problem for me. So I'm going on to say ASOS is an excellent online platform, it's been a good experience so far.

I am from Nigeria and school in Accra Ghana. I feel ASOS has been a realiable brand since I started making orders from them. They have an understanding customer service, also they make sure the items ordered gets to customers on time. Excellent service. I love ASOS.
Eye cream's rich and hydrating, I use it at night and it really improves my dry lines. It might be a little bit too rich if using during the day, especially if you are going to wear makeup. Just make sure to use a very small amount as it goes a long way.
Having shopped with ASOS since it first began operating I am shocked at their rapid decline both in terms of customer service and delivery service.
After today's debacle I will never shop with them again. Once again next day delivery, for which I paid the annual premium, didn't happen and I was told to wait until 2nd July! What a joke. And I'm not allowed to cancel it because the item is with the courier. By the time it arrives I will be away on holiday!
Customer service via live chat is none existant to the point of rudeness.
It's worth noting that Hermes is their courier of choice...
Bought shoes online, supposed to be delivered by September 13th. Today is October 3rd and package still has not arrived. Asos can give NO information other than they are looking into it. Just to get them to email me took 3 separate emails and chat sessions. Now they are telling me to contact the post office to find out where it is?!? No. Will never order from them again. Good riddance.
1. Ordered goods and paid. Got order confirmation, then days later got an email saying order didnt gf through. Then items were sold out.
2. Attenpted to try again, purchase different items, tried to pay with PayPal- got error message saying it did not work. So paid with my card instead. Asos took money from both. Unable to contact them, no reply to my emails or facebook messages. Still not resolved over a week later. Worst online experience.

I have ordered from this website several times, and every time I either face a delay or wrong order(size). Yet, the last time was even worse! I placed and order 2 months ago and still did not receive my items. They keep on telling me to wait until the mid of the month, end of the month and so on, but I did not receive my order yet, and lost my money! Now I do not even get a response to my emails!
This company ripped me off! I bought a pair of boots for about £220 which arrived damaged. They had to be returned and I was refunded and given a voucher off my next purchase! I then purchased again using the voucher but was charged delivery which was supposed to be free as I was spending over £100. I called customer service and the adviser agreed I should be refunded the delivery cost, but I was told the manager would not allow this too happen. So my voucher ended up covering my delivery cost which was supposed to be free. I was clearly ripped off and this company is not too be trusted!
I cant believe this i used to praise their delivery, style and price. So disappointed prices went up delivery sucks soooo bad EXPRESS is not express its a scam its says 3 days delivery when its actually over 1 week plus which is same as normal. When u complain your just chatting to robot
Terrible costumer service!
I've made two separated orders 2 days apart to avoid custom fees, but they've send it together anyway so I have to pay extra 18% and talking about this to their costumer service was terrible experience. I asked why did they send it together but they just give me automatic answer and end the chat!
I order a next day delivery wish got postponed for 1 day. That's not an issue, so I waited and stayed home the the after. But the currier doesn't call me just leaves a note in my mailbox that I wasn't home. So I call and they tell me that he will leave my package in a box where I can collect it in the evening. No mail when the clock turns 00. So next day I contact ASOS, all of a sudden they ask me to wait for 7 more days so 9 days instead of 1. I obviously ask for a refund and they can keep the clothes. Custom supports tells me "I understand but I can't help you sorry" if custom support can't help the customers then Who can? I feel scammed of my money since I don't want ASOS clothes anymore, so be warned before placing your order.
I ordered a outfit from here for a special event I received a notification that it could not be delivered no refund was given or any contact info on why my order couldn't be delivered after it had been shipped out.
The clothes on ASOS are fashion-forward and really fun. The quality is slightly better than Wish. That being said I actually lost money on their return policy. I ordered a large quantity of clothes and returned a few items I didn't like, but because I bought the entire order with a coupon code, they subtracted that entire discount from the few items I returned. They refused to offer me any money back for the clothes I returned, while also refusing to send back the clothes. It was frustrating to say the least.
I ordered a few dresses, but incorrectly put the wrong expiration date (my fault completely). They sent an email saying the order couldn't be processed. I logged into the account and had to individually put each dress back into the shopping cart. WHY? It's so much easier to update the cc info and re-order. When I got around to re-entering all the dresses a few days later, the promo code that I had originally used had expired. Customer service was completely unhelpful and they seemed to be reading a script. They wouldn't honor the promo code. Really? Now I completely understand all the TERRIBLE reviews about Asos online. I will NEVER order from ASOS again. When there are so many online clothing companies looking to impress their customers, this one says FU. I hope this dissuades at least 1 person from using their site. Save yourself the aggravation and frustration!

So I am a long term customer of ASOS. They are definitely my go to store but they have lost a loyal customer. I ordered a package of 5 items totaling over $200. I had this sent for 2 day shipping. When my package arrived to me it was already open and was missin 4 of the 5 items I ordered. I immediately contacted ASOS care team. I've emailed them over 5 times in the last 4 days as well as tried reaching them on multiple social media outlets. Nobody has contacted me back even showing concern to my situation. I'm happy my bank reversed the transaction. It's their loss but definitely don't order or even bother with a company that could be so rude and careless to their customers
They have a great selection of products. However, be aware that if you return anything from your purchase and used a discount, they will adjust the refund amount based on the discount. In other words, make sure you want to keep the whole purchase because your discount... isn't worth anything if you have to return an item.
I used the $70 off $250 promo code and returned one of the items, ASOS received item however I was not refunded a cent! I completely understand that with the promo code of course I would not get a full refund. But not even a cent. What was the point of the return? I feel totally disgusted with them. I have emailed them several times and to only hear back from a different person every time and nothing has been solved. Their emails are just a repeat of each other. Absolute rubbish treatment BEWARE Do not buy from them unless you're certain of the product, ASOS refunds are a SCAM.

Answer: Look, as I wrote here I shopped with them many times and I was never disappointed. I don't know where you buy from, but I live in Italy and it doesn't take more than 4-5 working days for them to deliver the package. If you're concerned about the quality, well, it's not really top-notch, but considering the price it's really good (you can't expect Max Mara quality from a shirt you paid 20 euros). As for the fit be careful because those are UK sizes and they are definitely NOT vanity sizing! Meaning: when you read "model pictured wears UK 8" you may think "they're lying, she's clearly a 6" but they're actually not in most cases. I have a body similar to that of most of their models, I ordered size 6 twice and it was a tiny bit small. So size accordingly. All in all I trust them and I like their product. Perfect low-cost site to shop from online.

Answer: You have to be a careful shopper. Check the fabric content! I just purchased Is 4 pairs of cargo pants. Same style, different colors. They are 100% cotton and excellent quality. I also purchased things by topshop and free people on this site. Asos has its own brand but sells others. Returns are effortless so I don't know why so many people are complaining. I have very high standards and they haven't let me down yet.
