Having shopped with ASOS since it first began operating I am shocked at their rapid decline both in terms of customer service and delivery service.
After today's debacle I will never shop with them again. Once again next day delivery, for which I paid the annual premium, didn't happen and I was told to wait until 2nd July! What a joke. And I'm not allowed to cancel it because the item is with the courier. By the time it arrives I will be away on holiday!
Customer service via live chat is none existant to the point of rudeness.
It's worth noting that Hermes is their courier of choice...
