Scam. Scam. Scam. I am filing a dispute with PayPal for my order which was weeks ago! DHL claims to have sent my package back to them. Twinkledeals wants me to send them more money to resend my item. SCAM. This site should be shut down and everyone affiliated with it charged with fraud. I have filed many tickets and each reply only sounds more like a scam, do not order anything from them!
Having seen an ad on Facebook with lots of comments from happy customers, I bought 3 hoodies from Twinkledeals. The ones I chose all looked like thick hoodies and one clearly shows FatFace labels in the photos so I thought it was old stock or over-production. I got a blank email as confirmation (not helpful) and had to wait weeks for the first delivery of 2 of my hoodies, which were cheap, thin and looked like knock-offs of the ones in the photos. I tried to contact Twinkledeals through their website regarding the third hoodie but couldn't as I didn't have an order number. Luckily I had paid through PayPal, so opened a dispute. Had no reply from Twinkledeals at all. The third hoodie has since arrived and although it looks vaguely like the Fatface one shown in the photo (they're both stripy) it's not what I thought I was ordering. Again it's cheap and thin. As I can't get any response from the company regarding returns, I'll try to claim my money back through Paypal and if I still don't get a response, the hoodies will all be going to a charity shop as they're not what I wanted. I wanted thick, winter hoodies, not thin cheap looking rags. Won't be using this website ever again.

Do not waste $1 on this site! Poor quality clothing with holes! Sizes are not true to size the dress I bought looks like for a child! I ordered over 6 weeks ago and still haven't received two items! Customer service is impossible to get a gold of! I am disputing with PayPal for a full refund. This site needs to be banned I wish I read reviews before placing an order.

I have found it impossible to get a refund on clothes which are Much smaller than the labelled size. After many messages and persistence on my part, they promised a refund but it hasn't happened. I've opened a case in PayPal. I would never buy from them again.

If you open a ticket regarding your order the customer case service respond asap.
If you want to change the size of the item it is also possible.
The only thing is that I am still waiting for some items to be shipped but as the customer service keep in contact with me I believe the items will be shipped soon.

I placed two separate orders to Twinkledeals on the same day. The first arrived over three weeks afterwards, which is slow compared to most websites I have used. The items were cheap-looking and unimpressive. After four weeks my second order still hadn't come so I contacted Twinkledeals. They are slow to respond (normally more than three days) and extremely unhelpful. They told me I needed to wait FORTY-FIVE business days before anything could be done. After forty days sure enough nothing arrived. I asked for the items to be re-sent, however so much time had passed the items were out of stock. They told me the best they can do is give me an in-store refund so I can do this whole thing again. I KNOW IT'S CHEAP BUT IT'S NOT WORTH IT! There are plenty of other websites where you can buy at a similar price with more trustworthy results. Still not entirely sure if the whole thing is a scam.

When you want to return goods you have to fill in a ticket, but after that you don't hear anything. I have filled in numerous tickets but never had any response from twinkledeals. So if you are not 100% sure you want your items don't order. My goods where marked so couldn't wear them.

I ordered 2 shirts and 1 necklace from twinkledeals for Christmas gifts. I received the package and it said on the outside that it contained 3 shirts. I only received 2 shirts and no necklace. When I contacted support, they said that I would need to place a claim with usps if I didn't get it because it wasn't their problem. They have my money and I don't have my merchandise. Rip off big time!

The quality is absolute crap, sizes are way off, can't even get them on, and to send them back I have to get a RMA and send photos and pay to send them back, what a complete rip off, do not order off this site!

I ordered a large order from TwinkleDeals as the images on the site looked like good quality items. However when they arrived the medium size was very very small and the quality is very poor, some of the items were see through and others just didn't look like the images online.

First, customer service is very good and respond kindly and quickly in case a problem comes up. They gave me a very decent solution when the item I received wasn't as described on their website.
Other than that, I received a beautiful lace shirt, size is great (I ordered 2 sizes bigger than what's recommended on the web) and shipment is quite fast (approx. 3 weeks)! :)
Well at least I see some of you have received something in the mail, although it sound like poor quality garbage. I placed my order on 10/12/15. Is it coming by snail? I will only order from reputable companies from now on. I assume this is some $#*! company from China. Should be 0 stars.

I was actually surprised my order even turned up after reading the terrible reviews. Received it today and it's gone straight in the bin. I ordered a size larger than I am because I knew the sizes might be different, but I couldn't even get my shoulders in this, it's made for a child. The quality is so bad, threads were coming out of the stitching and nothing like the picture. Fool me for ordering from one of these places, never again!

You get what you pay for. Everything looks really cute on the website, but when I received my package it looked nothing like the pictures. The material is cheap and everything that I ordered does not fit like it should. I can't even wear any of the stuff I ordered so I'm pretty much throwing it away and basically eating my money that I spent. Also, I only received half of my order. My confirmation says it was shipped on Oct. 28 and I still haven't received the second half of my order.

The very low prices and free shipping are reflected in the quality of merchandise. Shipping is free and as such a week or two for delivery is more than acceptable. That said, I'm more than happy with the items I have received.
Between this site and the sammy dress site, I think that both are affiliated and they bank on people not pursuing legal action because such a negligible amount of cash was spent. If someone paid $20 for 15 pieces of jewelry and got 6 of them or 5 dresses for under $30, people just let it go and take it as a lesson learned. If the sums were higher I think people would pursue it more vigorously. It doesnt help that there is no customer service. So everyone gets so discouraged that they say "well it was a $20 lesson" and let it go. These are predatory sites and Facebook keeps driving people to it. They need to be notified. I would have never found the site otherwise.

Answer: Do not buy anything from this "company." The items that arrive are no better than rags. When I wanted to return then they made it extremely difficult, wanting pictures of the items along with original packaging and tags. I did this and waited, and waited and finally after getting the attention of someone they made the same request of me again. They also gave me a website address, not an email address, to communicate, which is obviously stupid. PayPal would not resolve the case so i had to go to American Express to get my money back. Had I not done that they would have my money and they're horrible clothing as well. Once again, never buy anything from this "company." Trust the reviews you are reading.

Answer: They are total scammers do not order from them there clothes are total crap! You will be very disappointed if you do, I was... all there pictures are stolen and are not the clothes they send out... read on and you will find out... but don't wast your money like we did...
Answer: It's ridiculous with them. I received a defective item. I had emailed them stating the item was defective, and I'd like a return and for them to send me a return label because it wasn't my fault the item I received was defective. They wrote back to me saying that I have to pay for the shipping back to China myself. I demanded that they pay of my shipping back and wanted a full refund because it wasn't my fault for receiving a defective item. It was their fault with quality control. We went back and forth. I will not shy from reporting them to the international consumer protection agency. And with regards to the item not received, I had the same situation. I demanded a full refund. They asked if I wanted to buy something else. I declared that I didn't want to do business with a company that took my money and didn't even let me know that the item I paid for I didn't even receive. If I never said anything, they would have just taken my money and ran with it. In the future, just refrain from doing business with this horrible company.

Answer: Log into your account and submit a ticket inquiry on your order. I had to do that also when my order was showing invalid tracking. They replied within 24 hrs. I had expedited delivery and it took about 3 weeks to get my order.
