I have order several shirts from here. Received them in a timely manner but I need to return them because they are to small. I have sent out several requests and no replies. I haven't been reimbursed for the shirts they took off my order before shipping it out! I want my money back.
The pictures are completely deceptive and what you get is certainly not what you see. I ordered sweaters for winter. The material is so flimsy it will do for summer. I ordered a turquoise colour and I got a mushy green. I also ordered a head wrap pink and I got a head wrap beige. I'm sadly not excited for the rest of my order. What a waste of money and will definitely not be ordering from Twinkledeals again.

1 star is 1 too many. I ordered 5 items. 4 out of 5 the sizing was so small I couldn't get them past my shoulders. I ordered a jacket that is such poor quality. The fabric feels like plastic. When I contacted them to file a return I was asked to take photo's of the items so they can see how they fit. That is ridiculous! I have yet to return the items but once I do I will add to this review as to the efficiency of the return process.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE... or the sister sites: SHELNSIDE, SAMMYDRESS, ROSE WHOLESALE... etc. There are several more that are linked to these.
When I went to ship the items back, the shipping charges are as much as or more than my order. I ended up having to keep the items because I can't stand to be out any more money. I did ask for a postage paid return from the company and was denied. I will NEVER order anything from any of these companies again. Lesson learned the expensive way.

I placed an order back in October and only received two items of the four that I purchased. I filed a claim with PayPal and they said they were closing the case because the tracking number said it was delivered. Of course it would say that because I got two of the items. I will never shop from here again. This is a horrible way to do business. Do not order from this place. I was looking at other items to buy but not anymore.

I placed an order in October 2015 and it is 12/2 and I still have no received it. I don't know if these guys are in China but I didn't realize it was that long ago that I had ordered my first order. I forgot about placing an order in November and just placed my 3rd order. I happened to see an area to see my orders and saw that my other orders have shipped and they still have not arrived. It has been 2 months! Stay away from this site. I will never order again. They say to submit a ticket and they will get back to you within 24 hours... it has been 2 days and I still have not heard from anyone.

My first experience with twinkle deals and overall a positive experience. The delivery took longer than I would have liked, but it did come from overseas. A few items ran small, but still able to wear them without issue. Very fast customer response time and reasonable options for returns. I will order from them again.
Been 3 weeks and they took my money, but I haven't received a thing. I sent notice to cancel my order, but after reading reviews, I'm sure they won't give me a refund.

Hi I ordered a sweater from this website 8 days ago. After the first three days with no response about shippping i checked the order to see where it was and it was all processed and ready to ship. After another day i sent them a email saying when will it be shipped and they responded this morning saying how the ssweater was out of stock. It wasnt out of stock when i bought it so i should have my money refunded but noooo they will only put it in a wallet on the store home page. I would rather wear nothing then use this website again.

I ordered on Oct 17 a shoulder bag
Then i started getting the run around a week later. It was processed then they said it shipped. Then there is no tracking code for me after 5 weeks that i can check to see why i haven't gotten it i sent emails tickets and after two tickets now they refuse to allow me to send in anymore.
They also claim the bag will be shipped in 3 business days. Thats another lie!
Also if your product gets caught up in customs you have to pay big bucks to get it out... what a joke. NEVER again! This place sucks!

I ordered a casual coat for work on November 11,2015 received it on the 27th. The sizes do run a little bit small but over all i'm very pleased with it. For the price it's very nice and I received it very fast and at the right time before it got to cold outside. Thanks
Answer: Do not buy anything from this "company." The items that arrive are no better than rags. When I wanted to return then they made it extremely difficult, wanting pictures of the items along with original packaging and tags. I did this and waited, and waited and finally after getting the attention of someone they made the same request of me again. They also gave me a website address, not an email address, to communicate, which is obviously stupid. PayPal would not resolve the case so i had to go to American Express to get my money back. Had I not done that they would have my money and they're horrible clothing as well. Once again, never buy anything from this "company." Trust the reviews you are reading.

Answer: They are total scammers do not order from them there clothes are total crap! You will be very disappointed if you do, I was... all there pictures are stolen and are not the clothes they send out... read on and you will find out... but don't wast your money like we did...
Answer: It's ridiculous with them. I received a defective item. I had emailed them stating the item was defective, and I'd like a return and for them to send me a return label because it wasn't my fault the item I received was defective. They wrote back to me saying that I have to pay for the shipping back to China myself. I demanded that they pay of my shipping back and wanted a full refund because it wasn't my fault for receiving a defective item. It was their fault with quality control. We went back and forth. I will not shy from reporting them to the international consumer protection agency. And with regards to the item not received, I had the same situation. I demanded a full refund. They asked if I wanted to buy something else. I declared that I didn't want to do business with a company that took my money and didn't even let me know that the item I paid for I didn't even receive. If I never said anything, they would have just taken my money and ran with it. In the future, just refrain from doing business with this horrible company.
