I ordered three items and only received two. When I tried to contact customer service, they said it would ship out at a later date. Two months from that time, I have STILL not received my order and now when I've tried to contact them, they don't even reply! I'll NEVER order from this company again.
I was wondering if an item doesn t fit,
Can I send it back for free? Or do I have to pay the shipping?
And do I get a refund then on my creditcard?

Ordered 5 items received 3. Sent email to customer service, no response back. The three items I did receive were very poor quality. I want my money back. I should have been more cautious since the website does not have a phone number.

I ordered from TwinkleDeals knowing the not so good reviews, because I loved the products pictured and couldn't find anything like them elsewhere. I wanted to see if they were decent or as I was led to believe. I had a great experience with them. The order came faster than expected, although it was overseas it takes time but was packaged well and the products more importantly were basically very much like pictured. I ordered 5 things and 1 was different than expected (minor details of the zipper on the hoodie) but I still got lots of compliments on it, the others were right on. I will be ordering again for sure!
I ordered again in January and got my order in about 3.5 weeks I ordered $80.00 and got 10 things, one of my necklaces came with a gem broken off and my son just reglued it for me so it was not a big deal to me. Everything else was very cute and again I ordered two sizes larger and things worked great. I have washed a few things over and they hold up fine.
I ordered 4 products. I didn't understand the tracking code, so I asked. Twinkle Deals responds very quickly and explain everything to me. On of the items wasn't good. Way too short! But it was never a problem for them. They helped me out & everything was okay again. Can't wait to order another item.
Worst company I've ever dealt with.
Ordered some clothes in September, never received them. Was in contact with customer support until they stopped responding in November despite multiple attempts to contact them.
No phone number, absolutely awful customer service, left with no products and down money.
Don't buy from them.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!
If something you order is out of stock, they leave it out of your order... but do not tell you. They take the money anyway. It was only until I raised the query that they told me. Now I'm having to wait 3 more weeks for it to be sent or. I can pick something else. Also... 90% of the items you buy are not what they look like in the picture. They are SO cheap and rubbish. It's terrible... it's a terrible scam from China who send out shockingly bad products that do not match the picture and then you are roped into going back and forth with the support team. THERE IS NO TELEPHONE NUMBER TO CALL!
They also make you pay for shipping back to China if you want to return something and you can ONLY have store credit, (for more rubbish clothes). How is this possible? I am fighting to get my money back and it's incredibly frustrating and long winded. I feel to take them to trading standards.

This company is a complete SCAM... or SCUM! OR BOTH! These people are professional RIP OFF artists! I received only half of my order and when I did, those items went straight to the garbage can! They are NOT the items that you see on the pictures. There is no way to contact them to get your money back and absolutely NO ONE will talk to you. They are actually listed on a Black Market list under this name and other names with similar clothing

Placed 2 orders with Twinkledeals, one the 2nd one arrived before the first which had been ordered over 3 weeks previously. Ordered jewellery and some tops. 2 of the tops weren't included. First order eventually arrived, 4 tops ordered, 2 arrived one of them is just nasty quality. Raised 2 support tickets about the missing items and still havent heard anything from them. Total rubbish service

DONT DO IT! I knew this was too good to be true. Do not order from them. Your clothing will be super small and if you order multiple items you wont get them all at the same time. Shipping also took 8 weeks for me to receive the items. Total rip off

I bought some clothes like 3 weeks, and I got them last week. 1st of all, sizes are not what you asked for, one of the shirts came without buttons and order its incomplete, 4 missing products. The day I got the order I sent them a email saying my order was incomplete. I got a popup saying they will respond in 1 day. Been a week now and still no response. IAnd I dont think they will ever. Clothes are really really bad quality, sizes are $#*! and they customer servise is miserable. They only want your money. TOTAL RIPOFF!

Purchased a hooded top. It is cheap and nasty, the cuffs don't match and the stitching is puckered. This company seem to use other companies photos so what you see isn't what you get. Very disappointed and will never use them again.

I've made an order on 4th of November, after 6 days I've got email that my order has been shipped out. They even send me photo of my package. Everything fast and nice in the beggining and now no response, no package, nothing. I've sent this stupid ticket -response in 24 hours. Yeah right! Passed almost 3 week and no answer. No, 1 star is too much. Its a large and I wear a medium. Its little as hell. When I move I feel and hear stitches break. I paid for expedited shipping and it took a month to get here. I call to cancel or get a discount since I paid for it to come asap. NOTHING! They kept saying just wait its coming. Tracking didn't work because they created a label but never shipped it on time

Answer: Do not buy anything from this "company." The items that arrive are no better than rags. When I wanted to return then they made it extremely difficult, wanting pictures of the items along with original packaging and tags. I did this and waited, and waited and finally after getting the attention of someone they made the same request of me again. They also gave me a website address, not an email address, to communicate, which is obviously stupid. PayPal would not resolve the case so i had to go to American Express to get my money back. Had I not done that they would have my money and they're horrible clothing as well. Once again, never buy anything from this "company." Trust the reviews you are reading.

Answer: They are total scammers do not order from them there clothes are total crap! You will be very disappointed if you do, I was... all there pictures are stolen and are not the clothes they send out... read on and you will find out... but don't wast your money like we did...
Answer: It's ridiculous with them. I received a defective item. I had emailed them stating the item was defective, and I'd like a return and for them to send me a return label because it wasn't my fault the item I received was defective. They wrote back to me saying that I have to pay for the shipping back to China myself. I demanded that they pay of my shipping back and wanted a full refund because it wasn't my fault for receiving a defective item. It was their fault with quality control. We went back and forth. I will not shy from reporting them to the international consumer protection agency. And with regards to the item not received, I had the same situation. I demanded a full refund. They asked if I wanted to buy something else. I declared that I didn't want to do business with a company that took my money and didn't even let me know that the item I paid for I didn't even receive. If I never said anything, they would have just taken my money and ran with it. In the future, just refrain from doing business with this horrible company.

Answer: Log into your account and submit a ticket inquiry on your order. I had to do that also when my order was showing invalid tracking. They replied within 24 hrs. I had expedited delivery and it took about 3 weeks to get my order.
