I had not received the items that i had ordered. I was frustrated as the packet that contained the items were tampered. Sent them an email, and the kind representative gave me a refund!
Would consider shopping again.
STAY AWAY! The quality is not great but for the price... Problem is that if you want to return/exchange something you can't! There is no way to contact them that works! Email, live chat, etc. is all BS! They don't even have a phone number to contact a live person! Now I'm stuck with things I cannot use. This company should not be permitted to rip off people the way they do!

I've had a very difficult time trying to return several items. There is no number for Customer Service and all you receive when you open a help ticket is an email back with instructions that are not clear. The sizing is all over the place and not consistent. If I'm every able to get a refund, I WILL NOT be ordering from them again.

Clothing is very cheaply made, not even sure it would be worth the little bit of money I did spend. I can't even wear the items I bought. The materials are very cheap and nothing fits properly. I imagined young children in a sweat shop in China making this stuff when I tried everything on

I receive my items a week ago, I am trying to send it back because material is crap, and every single item is completely different to the ones on the pictures. So obviously this is just spam. I would like to have a refund and I contacted the customer services but no-one is getting back to me.

I am somehow amazed of how many bad reviews I've read about Twinkledeals.com. I must say that not all these reviews are true and I am sure of that! Because I am a real customer and a pleased one. I never had a reason to complain. And no, I am not one of them, writing to make their image better! I am just an honest person. I am sure that people who complain have their own fault for the problems. Either you don't pay attention to details like the information provided about the sizes and materials and also open your eyes when you look at photos! Also, just visit several product pages and look at the reviews. Many of them have photos from the people who bought. Would there be an army of fake customers posting photos on the website? Don't think so. As far as I know, Twinkledeals is a reliable online store, the best prices and some of the items have better quality for the price asked. So overall, if you pay attention to details you won't get disappointed!
I ordered 2 items from Twinkledeals. Both turned up fine however they both reek of mould/damp! Fills the room with the smell, is disgusting. Also the cardigan has several stains all over it. First time ive used your site and im shocked at the quality of the items. Also tried to submit a complaint via their website but that doesnt work, no number and the live chat option doesnt work either. Scam. Do not purchase anything from that site.

M; G what a load of rubbish I received in the post the cardigan was the wrong one I also ask for a size 14 and got a size 6 and also the wrong colour not evev the one I order plus I had to wait nearl 6 weeks for it I strongly suggest that this company should not be allow to trade on line or anyway else a disgrace of a company so to everyone out there do not buy from this company read the review first

I just received one of my 2 orders and I am highly disappointed. I ordered an XL and it doesn't even come close to fitting me. It is more like an extra small. I tried contacting them through customer support and it keeps telling me my email is not good. I just want to return my order and get my money back. I was very disappointed in the quality of the two items ordered, unfinished seams, threads hanging. Disappointed with the materials, one was quite hard and one was very thin, items not as shown in the pictures.
It took a long time for the items to be delivered with no return address or I would have returned them for a full refund.

Don't waste your money. I was missing half of my order which I am sure I will never see and the quality of what I did receive is horrible. Very disappointed.
UPDATE:
Customer service finally contacted me for my information then I never heard from them again. I have not received any missing items (I received 3 of 7).
I opened a dispute on PayPal and they ended up refunding me a fraction of what it should have been (about $23), but I took the refund and cut my losses. I still would not recommend ordering from this site.

Answer: Do not buy anything from this "company." The items that arrive are no better than rags. When I wanted to return then they made it extremely difficult, wanting pictures of the items along with original packaging and tags. I did this and waited, and waited and finally after getting the attention of someone they made the same request of me again. They also gave me a website address, not an email address, to communicate, which is obviously stupid. PayPal would not resolve the case so i had to go to American Express to get my money back. Had I not done that they would have my money and they're horrible clothing as well. Once again, never buy anything from this "company." Trust the reviews you are reading.

Answer: They are total scammers do not order from them there clothes are total crap! You will be very disappointed if you do, I was... all there pictures are stolen and are not the clothes they send out... read on and you will find out... but don't wast your money like we did...
Answer: It's ridiculous with them. I received a defective item. I had emailed them stating the item was defective, and I'd like a return and for them to send me a return label because it wasn't my fault the item I received was defective. They wrote back to me saying that I have to pay for the shipping back to China myself. I demanded that they pay of my shipping back and wanted a full refund because it wasn't my fault for receiving a defective item. It was their fault with quality control. We went back and forth. I will not shy from reporting them to the international consumer protection agency. And with regards to the item not received, I had the same situation. I demanded a full refund. They asked if I wanted to buy something else. I declared that I didn't want to do business with a company that took my money and didn't even let me know that the item I paid for I didn't even receive. If I never said anything, they would have just taken my money and ran with it. In the future, just refrain from doing business with this horrible company.

Answer: The products will be coming from China. They will be extremely low quality, they will not fit properly, and it will take you weeks and weeks to get the garbage. Please learn from my mistake and do NOT order from them
Answer: Log into your account and submit a ticket inquiry on your order. I had to do that also when my order was showing invalid tracking. They replied within 24 hrs. I had expedited delivery and it took about 3 weeks to get my order.
