I ordered from this company - spent £50! Then read reviews and was very concerned! I ordered on 18/12 and when I returned home after Xmas away a parcel was in my porch - 28/12! The dresses I order are fine, fit and look good! I ordered Large and I am a size 10/12. The necklace I ordered is fab and the skirt fits well! I also ordered a coat and that I am surprised how lovely it is! Okay the quality is not Biden/joules/hush - etc but all decent items and considering I paid £50 for a coat, dress, necklace, skirt and a top - I am not complaining! Pretty chuffed actually!
I placed 2 orders-two days apart-December 1 and December 2. I have received one out of 4 items. They just shipped (so they say) the second order on 12/26 with both items (again-so they say) The other item from the first order has been in transit since December 7th. Can't get the tracking number to work. I will never order again from this company.
Only shipped part of the order. They promised a follow up shipment which never arrived. They refused to deal with the issue unless I dropped the PayPal case. They then didn't deliver. I escalated to PayPal and this company offered me a part refund of the total owed! They are now not cooperating with PayPal. Don't waste your money.

Absolute cowboys! Lovely photos of items, amazing prices, once ordered two month delivery time, clothes look only slightly like photo and of ridiculously poor quality shipped from China! No returns unless clothes falling apart! BEWARE!
Update on this, twinkle deals have been in contact offering 50USD compensation, no need to return goods, I spent 85.15USD in total with this company.

Lately, I've ordered several times form the Twinkledeals site. For now I got one of my orders and I'm very pleased with the items. Just take care and order one bigger size than your usual, since these are small sizes.
Ordered 6 items totals, Three different orders. 3 items were delivered. One was not the item I ordered, and I was told I can return it for a credit but I had to pay for shipping both ways. Which is wrong, because I did not get the item I ordered. Another item I was told was shipped and to check my post office and mailing address. I told them that I did, and just got the same automated response. Another item I am still waiting on, will see if I get it. This company is so inconsistent. Beware from ordering from them. I am very frustrated!

Bought a dress and some tops from here. Service was brilliant. Delivery faster than anticipated and clothes were good value for money.
As stated, we have had a long conversation with the 'customer support' about the Twinkledeals clothes because as stated in the title, I have took the pics of the products with the measurement and explained e. G that th hat which I ordered, has the wrong color ( they delivered brown one though I ordered the black), I ordered also the men's jacket & women's t shrt and the measurements are totally wrong based on the web size's and the women's blouse is totally wrong fabric based on the web site's description!
I have now asked about one week the delivery address but they aren't responding - this is the last respond which I received on 17/12/2015:

Ordered a sweater in Nov. One month later they claim shipped, I never received the package, I emailed they asked that i wait 7-10 days more while they checked. Then when I emailed again they said check with neighbors, postmaster and yard,, I said NO PKG they said again wait 7-10 while they check with shipper, I waited and emailed them again, This time I asked for a refund,, They out and out said no refunds, they show they sent the package so basically tough $#*!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE SCAMMERS!

Dont purchase here. The clothes are not quality and look nothing like the pictures. It takes forever to receive your order. You cant call Customer Service. They only talk to you via email. To top it all off they dont have a refund policy, so I basically threw my money away because their is no way Ill ever wear the crap quality clothing I received.

Terrible website. Don't throw your money away. I order my package Dec 2. Got an email Dec 11 stating my package was shipped out. They had no problem taking my money from my account right away but 20 days later I still have no package. Disguised. I will never order again. Money wasted.

I ordered my stuff a month and a half ago and still haven't received them both. I have 1 of them but still waiting on the other one. Fabric wasn't to bad on the item i did get. I will never order from here again it's a joke. I have a feeling I won't ever get my other item and probably won't get a refund based on the other comments about this site.

I honestly don't understand waht people are saying. Theyve contacted me everyday about my order and they have sent me my items thats werent backstocked and I got them in like 4 days. Whenever I had a question I had gotten an email response in one day max. All the jewelry I have gotten was nice no problems loved everything! :) especially for the price!
Totally in love with this site. Cheap good clothes and accessories what can be wrong. Even free worldwide delivery. LOVE IT
After posting negative feedback had a response from twinkle deals they said that they had sent an email and please could I reply have a guess NO email do not buy from this site should be shut down
Answer: Do not buy anything from this "company." The items that arrive are no better than rags. When I wanted to return then they made it extremely difficult, wanting pictures of the items along with original packaging and tags. I did this and waited, and waited and finally after getting the attention of someone they made the same request of me again. They also gave me a website address, not an email address, to communicate, which is obviously stupid. PayPal would not resolve the case so i had to go to American Express to get my money back. Had I not done that they would have my money and they're horrible clothing as well. Once again, never buy anything from this "company." Trust the reviews you are reading.

Answer: They are total scammers do not order from them there clothes are total crap! You will be very disappointed if you do, I was... all there pictures are stolen and are not the clothes they send out... read on and you will find out... but don't wast your money like we did...
Answer: It's ridiculous with them. I received a defective item. I had emailed them stating the item was defective, and I'd like a return and for them to send me a return label because it wasn't my fault the item I received was defective. They wrote back to me saying that I have to pay for the shipping back to China myself. I demanded that they pay of my shipping back and wanted a full refund because it wasn't my fault for receiving a defective item. It was their fault with quality control. We went back and forth. I will not shy from reporting them to the international consumer protection agency. And with regards to the item not received, I had the same situation. I demanded a full refund. They asked if I wanted to buy something else. I declared that I didn't want to do business with a company that took my money and didn't even let me know that the item I paid for I didn't even receive. If I never said anything, they would have just taken my money and ran with it. In the future, just refrain from doing business with this horrible company.

Answer: Log into your account and submit a ticket inquiry on your order. I had to do that also when my order was showing invalid tracking. They replied within 24 hrs. I had expedited delivery and it took about 3 weeks to get my order.
