DO NOT ORDER FROM TWINKLEDEALS! Yeah, the prices may seem reasonable and cheap, the clothes may look cute, however this is NOT the case. I received items that looked TOTALLY different from the pictures, the materials labeled under the descriptions were a complete lie (in reality, the material is cheap, thin (especially the "coats" I ordered), and most of the clothes started unraveling when I was opening up the packaging. It took SO long to hear back from a rep to make a return, which then I had to send them a picture of each item along with their description and SKU # (like, come on, this is not necessary and they should have my order on record). ALSO they make the customer pay for the returns! Need I remind you, this company is in CHINA, it would have cost me more than half the amount of the purchase order, and they said "well if you want to keep your items, we can put $12 on your TwinkleDeals account... WHAT GOOD DOES THAT DO!?. All in all, TwinkleDeals is a TOTAL RIP OFF who lies about their product description and quality and DOES NOTHING TO ASSIST CUSTOMERS.

I would have given no stars but you are unable to on this review. My money for my order was taken out of my account straight away and I never received the pink furry boots that I ordered. This was over 6 months ago. I have tried to contact the customer service team and have had no joy with the refund either.

This is simply not good enough and clearly seems like a scam site. Facebook need to remove them from their advertisers as they are not at all reputable.

I was not given a reference number, nor did I receive any emails about this purchase or the progress of the post for me to track. Feel truly silly for purchasing anything from them.

Do not order. This is a scam. I have placed and order more than 2 months and a half ago: the money was immediately taken from my account, only the order never got to my hands. I have contacted their costumer service repeatedly and all they answer is a pre-set answer - copy pasted, with the order's tracking number. Customer Service is terrible.
Total refund demanded.

Absolutely disgusted to have received my order 10 weeks after I ordered and they were nothing like I had ordered. They are a cheap bit of market clothing u actually get only good enough for dusters! When I emailed them to demand a refund I was told they may have sent the order from thw wrong warehouse in China and if I sent them back theybwould send the correct ones! I said no I just wanted a refund and if they wanted them they should send me a bag inc postage fee to return them which they wouldnt. Unreal! Dont order anything! Their website looks very professional and clothing look a bargain but its never what you actually receive! Keep away and use ebay as you would be covered via them and paypal and wuld get ur money straight back. Ive ordered clothing from China via ebay before and have always received what ive ordered so use ebay and keep clear of these sites that are getting away with this xx

NOT WORTH IT!

There is absolutely nothing positive that I can say about twinkledeals. Yes, prices may seem reasonable, but there's a reason for that... the quality is HORRIBLE! It takes FOREVER for them to process and ship out your order, but the money is taken out of your account right away. The items do not look like they do in the pictures, the quality is garbage, and they make you jump through hoops to have your money refunded. NOT WORTH IT!

I ordered a jacket from France. It arrived after 20 days as annouced, but it is a bad copy of the product proposed on the photography. The material and the zip are of a very poor quality. The zip isn't even working properly. Moreover it had a chemical smell that was most disagreeable. The size however was ok. I will not recommend that site and will not order from them again.
Take a look at the photos to get a more precise idea... (a photo of the product advertized and 2 photos of the product received).

I was contacted by the customer service after they saw my comment here. In the end, I chose to keep the item because it would have been too expensive to send it back (but I will not wear it as it looks so cheap). They gave me a refund of 70% of the item value on my Paypal account.

If only I had read the reviews before wasting my money. I received the items within a reasonable time but was disappointed with the quality of all of them. The knitwear was of especially poor quality and completely different from the photographs on the website. Trying to send back an item has been impossible and you only get a partial refund anyway so I have given up and sent it to the charity shop unworn.

I have submitted a bad review of a garment on their website but cannot see it so suspect that they don't put them on. If the deal seem too good to be true then inevitably it is. I have put this down to a bad experience and will never shop there again and would recommend that no one else does either.

This company is a total scam. They send you cheaply made garbage and then refuse to refund your money. They sent me the WRONG size (XL instead of S) and are saying I need to pay to return the wrong item (and only get partial credit once it arrives). The other item I puchased is not true to size and the colors are totally off from the picture. Again, they say it's my responsibility to pay shipping. And 'with original tags, labels, and in original packaging'. Neither item came with any tags and the original packaging is a plastic bag that you have to rip open. Completely ridiculous. I hope whoever is reading this stays as far away as possible. You will be throwing away or donating the items you purchase. Don't waste your money.

OMG~SCAM!

The products are horrible, looks straight out of a sweat shop, sizes are off big time, not as shown in picture, stinks and anything else bad you can imagine. This place has no phone number, there so called "live chat" does not exist, emailing is a joke. Got PayPal involved of which was of Little help, but at least got a 1/3 of my money back. Wow. This took 3 weeks to get settled, now wondering how long and if I will see my 1/3 of the money? Not counting on it. BEWARE of this company or rather this so-called-company. Learned my lesson.

Worst Website Ever

If you haven't ordered from this website yet, I will do you the favor and warn you before you make a big mistake! This is by far the worst website to order from. Very very cheap quality, the pictures are VERY deceiving and misleading. I order 2 jackets, one arrived with horrible smell and the other one literally ripped on the back the first day I wore it!

I even wrote reviews on their website of how I felt about the items and they didn't even publish them. Go figure! They don't want you to know the real truth about their company and lack of quality.

I WILL MAKE SURE I GET THE TRUTH OUT ANY WAY POSSIBLE. DO NOT ORDER FROM TWINKLEDEALS! CONSIDER YOURSELF WARNED!

Please never do any business with this company. I have terrible experience with them; they sell terrible products; they have unmatched terrible service - I spent 6 months to resolve the dispute and have not resolved it. When you buy something you wait 3 months to get, and when you get the adult sizes are like for kids, quality F. DON'T DO ANY BUSINESS WITH THEM.

Cool Items!

I was worried about my orders too! I knew that they said it takes up to 28 days ( Regularl shipping) so I knew it would take a while since they are coming from CHINA! They make it seem its coming from our country and its not! I just happened to be blessed and finally got everything in which I have to say were beautiful clothes and I love them. I did however buy 2 pair of boots that had s strong chemical odor to them and it is not a pleasant smell! Don't know how to get it out! The material is cheap also and the boots of course we're knock offs so I got what I paid for. :(

Terrible Service
December 31, 2015

I received a cardigan that was not fit to wear the quality was appalling. I then contacted the customer service department in the way they tell you generating a ticket. They state they will respond in 24hours it actually took them 20 days to respond! I then had to send them pictures to which it took another 2 weeks to respond to. They then said i could return to China at my expense or accept half a refund!
Thank goodness i paid via paypal and they have reimbursed the full amount.
This company is an absolute joke do not touch them.

VERY HAPPY CUSTOMER!

I have made two big orders from TwinkleDeals in which all went well and everything was as expected.
The togs were a little off fitting but no problem as it did follow the sizing reviews which were very precise.
Clothes have been fantastic and have had heaps of comments and the beauty accessories are amazing!
Twinkle Deals have provided me with heaps of success in comparison to others, and I received the orders as expected.
The shipping also met the requirements and although may have came in two different packages at different times all was very successful.

Overall really exceptional and will definitely continue to do heaps more orders!
