This company rips off designs from other successful clothing companies and tries to copy those with inferior materials. On top of that: they use the images of said companies to show off their own "creations". You don't get what you see. Don't fall for it. I forced a refund out of them. They promised me they would put the money back onto my account, but they never did. Now I am fighting it out with Paypal. This is a scam!
Just be warned... I ordered an "oversized" sweater November 10/15 and finally got the package Jan 15/16. The sweater is really small, sleeves are 3/4 not full, the sweater was supposed to be white but is dirty grey, there are pulls and strings at all the seams. It is just shabby! It was cheap and I should have known... you get what you pay for!

This is by far the worst online scam ever! After approximately 8 weeks I received ONE of two items I ordered. The quality was absolutely awful! The coat was paper thin with a faux fur trim that looked similar to a rat that had been dragged from a sewer pipe! After about another four weeks (12 weeks total), I received an e mail stating that my credit card would be refunded (no explanation but it was the amount of the second order so I just assumed they weren't delivering it)... and, as expected, my card never got refunded.
Long story short I donated the coat and lost out on the remaining $21 for the second item. All in all, out $65.
Look at all the reviews as well as mine and DO NOT fall for this like I did!

Don't give your money to this company.
I ordered a plaid coat on the 25-12-15. Yesterday sent them an email asking when could I expect my order to be informed that said coat is no longer available but they are still advertising this coat for sale.
Asked for refund, reply this morning 30 day wait for refund didn't take that long to take my money. I feel this company is a total scam don't expect a refund but I will let as many people know about this company, my friends will post on their facebook pages, hopefully we can reach a lot more people.

Terrible service. Ordered dress when it came it looked more like a cleaners apron. Asked to return it they would not accept returns only if there was a fault and only offered 20% refund which could only be used on another purchase which obviously I was not going to risk. My honest opinion of this company; a money making company with no thoughts for the customers!

I ordered a top and paid for expedited shipping. Although it arrived fast but i was shattered on seeing that top as it was a defected piece and even the size did not fit me well. I oredered a jacket from twinkledeals.com; the item arrived after about 3 weeks: I tried it immediately and saw it was too small so I emailed and requested to return it.
So in order to return the item, i must take pictures of the item with measurements, take measurements of sleeves, busts etc etc and send it! The shipping to return (in case they agree) is at my charge and they do not return money! Just a wallet to buy on their website only!
Their competitors allow to return the items in the 2 weeks after reception, they take the costs for returning in charge and they even send a sticker to attach to the package in case of return! I often shop online: had excellent experiences with most shops. This one is a shop I will not buy from again

This is what I learned. Do not buy anything from China. They do not have a very good return policy and no quality control at all! I paid for 12 items and received 9. I complained to customer service and heard nothing! What the heck!

Twinkledeals wasnt my favorite site at first, but now i enjoy it. Had some sizing issues, but figured that out. Got some really cute stuff from their site. Was i happy with every item? No. But for the most part, i cant complain. They few issues i did have were taken care of promptly.
Unfortunately the item was not what I expected. Size way to small, material was some sort of cheap felt. Anyway I put in a prior review and they contacted me and have refunded all money through PayPal. Good customer service!

I have kept purchasing clothes, jewels... and been truly satisfied with their feedback.
They do their best in satisfying, no matter how, and provide choices they leave up to us to decide which one to take...
There is even a "wallet" where to put your refund in for a future purchase. What i did... in providing "points" as well for a future purchase to be used and lower the price... Quite useful indeed...
And so far, even it happens one of the clothes is a bit to narrow on top, because i am busty, well, never mind, i do give it to a family member to whom it fits and well, satisfaction guaranteed!

I was suspicious with all the things i had heard/read but i really did not have any problem.
Items arrived fast even though it was christmas, they arrived all and in a quite good quality regarding the prices.
Well don't expect the best materials if you pay so little money. It's not their fault.

I ordered two pairs of shoes from this company and received an email staing that they had been despatched on 29 December, but only received one of them. Upon inquiring where the other pair were I was toild that they were out of stock and that the valiue of the missing shoes would be placed into My Wallet. In other words I was given a credit note to spend on goods from a company who have left a nasty taste in my mouth. I have asked for a full refund instead and have been ignored. Never going to deal with this company again.

I made a mistake of ordering a few items of clothing. The stuff is cheap for a reason. It is indeed cheap and nasty. Do not buy from them. The clothes in reality look nothing what they look like in the photos.

I had two separate orders from them. The first order was perfect. Everything came in and all sizes fit. The second order, there were boots that were out of stock by the time it came to shipment... I received an email about it on their "messages". They said they would refund my money. The money never came through and neither did the boots. I continued to message and got no answer. Then suddenly the "message" on their site disappeared. Now they have NO recollection of it and they say that I received my boots. I'm out $35 which is a small price to pay when you are scammed, but nonetheless scammed! DO NOT USE THEM IF YOU ARE NOT WILLING TO LOSE MONEY!

Answer: Do not buy anything from this "company." The items that arrive are no better than rags. When I wanted to return then they made it extremely difficult, wanting pictures of the items along with original packaging and tags. I did this and waited, and waited and finally after getting the attention of someone they made the same request of me again. They also gave me a website address, not an email address, to communicate, which is obviously stupid. PayPal would not resolve the case so i had to go to American Express to get my money back. Had I not done that they would have my money and they're horrible clothing as well. Once again, never buy anything from this "company." Trust the reviews you are reading.

Answer: They are total scammers do not order from them there clothes are total crap! You will be very disappointed if you do, I was... all there pictures are stolen and are not the clothes they send out... read on and you will find out... but don't wast your money like we did...
Answer: It's ridiculous with them. I received a defective item. I had emailed them stating the item was defective, and I'd like a return and for them to send me a return label because it wasn't my fault the item I received was defective. They wrote back to me saying that I have to pay for the shipping back to China myself. I demanded that they pay of my shipping back and wanted a full refund because it wasn't my fault for receiving a defective item. It was their fault with quality control. We went back and forth. I will not shy from reporting them to the international consumer protection agency. And with regards to the item not received, I had the same situation. I demanded a full refund. They asked if I wanted to buy something else. I declared that I didn't want to do business with a company that took my money and didn't even let me know that the item I paid for I didn't even receive. If I never said anything, they would have just taken my money and ran with it. In the future, just refrain from doing business with this horrible company.
