I bought tons of items from TwinkleDeals, everything from coats, jackets, sweaters, and shirts. The prices are amazing! I read the other reviews below and honestly ppl for the price that you pay- these are adorable items. The sizing can run small for some things- I'm an xs in US clothes I buy size small from TwinkleDeals and it fits perfectly. The jackets and coats are nice thick fabric- it's not cheap. The styles are trendy and I haven't found these styles in NY stores. It's shipping from another state and I receive it fairly quickly- I was actually surprised- and I also was able to email the company about switching items and they replied right away. I think it's great that you can get points per order. I wear the jackets as blazers at work and get compliments on them all the time. I've bought clothing from several out of country sites and this is my favorite. Ppl complaining have to remember these are great prices and it's coming from another country-have patience- for out of country it comes quick especially with free shipping and % off most times... stop complaining. ;) I can buy 10 items from TwinkleDeals for the same price for 4/5 items in a local store.

I ordered 3 bikinis and paid for them on January 24th. It said 3-5 days for shipping. It's now the 3rd of February and I still have not received anything. When I check the tracking, it says it is somewhere it Asia, written in Asian so I can't actually read it. Where are my bikinis? And how long till I receive them?

I ordered a coat for my daughter for a Christmas present. Ordered November 26th, shipped China Post December 23rd and arrived January 11th. Customer Service is non-existent and no way to contact them. Had to take up the issue with PayPal. TwinkleDeals is one of the bottom feeders of the internet sales market.
Note the ratings in this review site. Mostly 1 star and 2nd category is 5 star ratings. Clear to see that TD spends a lot of time countering bad reports and gets in a few stellar reports of their own in now and then.
No need for a response from TwinkleDeals Rep, you had your chance to make this deal right, but chose not to. Best that everyone considering ordering from TwinkleDeals find a reputable dealer instead.
I see that TD responded, with the exact same response that they used on PissedOffConsumer. Yes, TD is busy doing damage control on all these site.
I am not posting to SiteJabber to get a resolution. I am posting to get the word out to stay away from the SCAMMERS at TWINKLEDEALS.

I did take my case to PayPal for dispute, but was unable to get them to back off the transaction. Not a big deal, I am only out $35. But after working, or trying to work with TD, I spend quite a bit of time on SiteJabber and other sites tell prospective customers the low quality of TD products and the entire company to prevent others from sending money to an empty pit never to see your products ordered.

Firstly, I'd like to say that this is the first time I have ever written a review, but when my order arrived after a month it was honestly laughable on how awful the clothes were!
I ordered a long sleeve dress and a bikini. The dress is a completely different pattern to what was advertised and in the photo it looked like a thick wool dress, whereas the one that arrived is the thinest, see-through material, almost like paper!
The bikini was also a different pattern and didn't fit at all- it didn't even feel like swimming costume material.
Please, whatever you do, do not waste your time and money ordering from these guys. Yes, it's amazingly cheap, but when there's absolutely no way you'd wear any of it, it's really not worth it.
So disappointed- I don't know how you get away with selling this stuff!

So I wrote a review a couple of weeks ago saying that my items hadn't arrived (hence the 1 star review) but I would happily update my review if the items did arrive and were as pictured. I would have liked to contact them directly but their login doesn't work.
Twinkledeals support then got in touch with me and to be fair they were pretty reasonable, we went back and forth a couple of times and agreed I'd wait another two weeks to see if they arrived and if they didn't arrive by then they would refund me/re-ship. It's now been two weeks and again I have tried to contact them but my link to our previous conversation is now out of date so again I am in the predicament where I have no way to contact them, still no items have arrived yet the money has been taken from my account.
Again if we can resolve this I am very happy to update my review!

Absolute garbage - looks nothing like their photo and you can't get hold of them to return items or get a refund- shocking that they can still be in business.
So you try and contact them through their so called 'submit a ticket' process and you write your message and get to the end and 'Oh what a surprise it doesn't seem to let you send it'- Lol- so you discover 'Live chat'- perfect- get talking to someone- Lo- thats an even bigger joke- start live chat- cool- then immediately a box appears saying to live chat between office hours of 8am- 5pm- Mon-Sat... or something like that- so I have tried about 5 times now during the week at different times of the day incase Im chatting to someone in China or something- but- Lol- no-one is ever there. Don't go there guys- you will waste your money and time.

Bought a coat from this website, looked lovely in the pictures but when it arrived it was cheaply made, the stitching horrific so the coat was twisted and the buttons looked as if they'd drop off without any encouragement.
When it arrived is also an issue, it was shipped and I had a photo to prove it and reference but I couldn't trace the item until it arrived in the UK, which took over 5 weeks to arrive.
I tried to return the item because I paid for something that was totally substandard quality, even market clothes are better made than this $#*!e! Well I returned it To China at a cost of £18.90, it stayed in Beijing sorting office & has apparently now been returned to the UK by Royal Mail as they can't locate this address. So not only have I spent money on an item that I can't wear and is going to be returned to me, I've also spent money on postage for a phony address! Over £50 wasted which is a lot of money for something that is unusable and fit for a bonfire that would last 5 seconds because the material is such poor quality!

I am very happy to find this site. Everything is correct!
In my experience, everything was alright! I ordered a bag, a ring and socks. They all came in excellent conditions, my skin is a little sensible but none of the items caused a reaction on my skin. The socks were super comfy and perfect for my feet size. The bag I ordered too, it is super practical and cute! And the ring too. (Photos of the bag and socks)
I paid extra for expedited delivery but didnt receive the goods within the 3-5 business days stated. That was my first mistake. My second mistake was not checking the exact sizes given for sleeve and body lengths, I usually wear a "small" so I didnt think I needed to check because the smallest sizes they offer are "medium". The products that arrived were SOOO small! I wouldnt even consider them similar to a UK "extra small" but more like medium boys! Even worse than the sizes are the absolutely shocking materials and quality of the manufacture, stitching etc. all items had threads that were already coming apart! None of the items ordered resembled the photos; the colours and the quality were way off.
A huge problem is that trying to get a refund involves you having to ship everything back to China or East Asia somewhere and having to cover the expense- which is a total joke considering the issues are not the customers fault! This feels like a scam.
My biggest mistake was getting sucked in thinking that the low prices were worth taking the risk. Please dont make the same mistakes as me.
I will be trying to demand a full refund from PayPal if I dont get a suitable resolution from twinkledeals.

I received the items I ordered very quickly, I was amazed how quick they arrived considering postage is free!
The items are exactly as advertised and fitted perfectly, I love them.
I immediately *******@twinkledeals on instagram and when a competition came up I entered never thinking that I would be in with a chance with winning.
But I did! I won a $50 gift card which I spent very easily due to the great selection of lovely items on offer (the difficulty was resisting buying everything on the website!)
I love the clothes and accessories that Twinkle Deals have, they are fashionable and affordable.
I will be continuing to shop here in the future and have been telling all my friends to start shopping here too!
Ordered a skirt with a lovely pattern of roses on the bottom of skirt. What arrived had only a few petals visible, not full roses.
Twinkledeals solution? To refund me $2.77... what the? Where's my replacement skirt that cost a heck of a lot more than $2.77... bunch of crooks!

There is so much to say - very poor quality; sizes are not accurate; the items do not resemble the pictures on the internet site; there are no proper labels in the garments; there are no labels stating the materials contained in the garments; it all resembles sweat-shop quality goods. This is not a reputable company. It is totally ridiculous to be asked to photograph the products and to measure the products and then not to be able to even have an address where to return them to if customers are not satisfied. Would tell any potential clients to keep well away... Very disappointed is a huge understatement and I demand that I receive a full refund via PayPal for my purchases, one of which has not even arrived yet but without doubt it will be the same quality and size as the other three items.

I ordered a peacoat and it took over a month to come. It didn't fit me right in the shoulders (which may have been my fault by not checking the size lengths on the website closely enough) but it was also way too long on me and overall just didn't look right, which I could NOT have known until I tried it on. When I tried to return the coat, their customer service rep. Told me I had to take very specific pictures of the coat SHOWING that the size met the inches it said it would on the website. Just because you say a 'large' has a 15" sleeve doesn't mean it'll look good on me. The process to review the jacket and return it was so difficult that I ended up selling it to a friend for a deal and cutting my losses. I would not order from this site ever again! Had they let me return this, I would have. If you know EXACTLY what your size is then you should be okay. If you don't, take the risk at a place that will actually accomodate returns.

Answer: Do not buy anything from this "company." The items that arrive are no better than rags. When I wanted to return then they made it extremely difficult, wanting pictures of the items along with original packaging and tags. I did this and waited, and waited and finally after getting the attention of someone they made the same request of me again. They also gave me a website address, not an email address, to communicate, which is obviously stupid. PayPal would not resolve the case so i had to go to American Express to get my money back. Had I not done that they would have my money and they're horrible clothing as well. Once again, never buy anything from this "company." Trust the reviews you are reading.

Answer: They are total scammers do not order from them there clothes are total crap! You will be very disappointed if you do, I was... all there pictures are stolen and are not the clothes they send out... read on and you will find out... but don't wast your money like we did...
Answer: It's ridiculous with them. I received a defective item. I had emailed them stating the item was defective, and I'd like a return and for them to send me a return label because it wasn't my fault the item I received was defective. They wrote back to me saying that I have to pay for the shipping back to China myself. I demanded that they pay of my shipping back and wanted a full refund because it wasn't my fault for receiving a defective item. It was their fault with quality control. We went back and forth. I will not shy from reporting them to the international consumer protection agency. And with regards to the item not received, I had the same situation. I demanded a full refund. They asked if I wanted to buy something else. I declared that I didn't want to do business with a company that took my money and didn't even let me know that the item I paid for I didn't even receive. If I never said anything, they would have just taken my money and ran with it. In the future, just refrain from doing business with this horrible company.
