A couple of weeks ago I orderd bikini's I also paid more to get the items faster. I paid 17,87 dollars for this. I contacted the company but I didn't got any response! And my order is still processing! How can I get my money back?!
I ordered a big order from Twinkledeals before Xmas (dresses, lingerie, hair accessories, bags etc) Shipping from China to Sweden was within the ordinary time range as stated. I was worried about the order getting caught in customs, but that didn't happen, probably because they sent it in several packages, which was great!
Was very pleased with the products that were as pictured. The sizing is small by Western standards as most clothing from China, but fitted well. I have gotten compliments on a few things and people were surprised by how cheap they were when I told them were I got it!
I ordered this bikini online nearly a month ago with the necessary insurance and it hasn't even been shipped yet.
I have also read online that the website is a scam, and now stressed that I have lost money.
How do I get a refund? And if this is indeed a scam where do i report it, I see many people have lost a lot of money.

This site is a scam I think. I made an order and they posted it without the Pobox. The parcel got returned. Now they are asking me for more money to resend the parcel or they are offering a partial return as credit to buy something else from their site. Why should I pay extra to get the parcel which I already paid for. I have already spoken to my lawyers. This is the only online company who asked me more money for a mistake they did.

Ordered two dresses two tops and a bikini. All arrived quickly but not the bikini still waiting however if anything like the quality of the items I have received don't bother sending! Quality of items is very poor and sizing is all wrong. Items do not look like advertised! Cannot contact company directly to return for a refund so contacted PayPal and opened a dispute response from twinkle deals is so complicated and difficult it's not worth bothering! Will have to take this one on the chin and throw four items away and not receive the bikini! This is why I hardly order online and proved right with this company! Avoid using and don't be sucked in by the advertising and price like me!

I ordered a bathing suit, and here I am almost 30 days later waiting for it in the mail. I've tried emailing and calling but there is no response. I will NEVER order from this site again. I would rather pay a little more money and know that I'm getting what I paid than wait around like this and have to contact them about shipping and still not get any response.

I ordered an adorable bathing suit for an amazing price! I understood it would take a little time to be received since it was coming from overseas and I was fine with that. It arrived in the time frame suggested and the shipping was totally free! The bathing suit is bright, colorful and very well-made! It's far better than anything I've ever tried on at department stores in my area. By far, my favorite bathing suit! Also, I sent a ticket with a question about tracking my package and they gave me a website URL immediately. I was able to track my package the entire time. I will definitely be ordering again. I ordered clothing from twinkledeals.com and its been forever getting the order now. No one seems to know where it is and when you submit a ticket to try to speak with someone at twinkledeals it either says the order number is wrong or the numbers you have to put in at the bottom of the ticket are wrong... AND THEY ARE NOT...
This is ridiculous. I also like that the customer service member from twinkledeals has tried to resolve things with people from this site by saying the same thing to every person.
This is horrible.
I have emailed the shipping company and they have advised me my order has been in customs for 3 days and it usually clears the day it gets there... which makes you feel even better about the site...

Ordered what appeared to be a gorgeous dress from this site. Unfortunately what I received bore no resemblance to the picture on their website. It can only be described as a cheap knock off. Thankfully I paid via Paypal so opened a case with them after getting no satisfaction from their customer service. Twinkledeals promised a refund but after a week there was no sign of this. Paypal contacted them & they back tracked & offered a derisory amount which I rejected. Thankfully Paypal are good to their word & refunded me the whole amount. Worst company I have ever bought from or had the displeasure of dealing with. Please do not order from them you will only be disappointed. Just wish I could find out where to buy the dress they actually advertised on their site

This is my first time doing online shopping so I bought 3 items on 1/20/16 and its been maybe 3 weeks, nothing has came in. I'm worried, If I've been spammed or other issues. This is ridiculous! Can someone please help me!
I ordered 5 shirts, all different colors. I received 2 shirts of the same color (donated the other one), 2 shirts were made with the arms holes at your waist (not joking) so those went in the garbage because I couldn't even donate them their measurements were off big time. The last one was ok. It hasn't fallen apart yet and i am happy that I at least got to keep 2 of the 5 that I ordered. Just remember, you get what you pay for and I sure did... NEVER AGAIN! I ordered a purse/backpack. It did not come when I expected it. I had to email the company to see where my order was, especially since they already had my payment. They said it was delayed which would not have been a problem except they did not alert me that the order would not be coming soon. I would have appreciated the heads-up.
When it did finally arrive (almost a month after I ordered it, it was very, very poor quality and two of the zippers were broken (I know it was inexpensive to begin with but I assumed it would be much better quality than it was.
I know I could send it back but it would cost way too much, so basically I'm out the money and it's going into the garbage.
I will not be ordering from this company again.

These brushes are excellent quality! My order was taken immediately and fulfilled quickly. I understand the items were coming from over seas and patience triumphed! It only took a few weeks. Love my purchase and will buy from again!
Answer: Do not buy anything from this "company." The items that arrive are no better than rags. When I wanted to return then they made it extremely difficult, wanting pictures of the items along with original packaging and tags. I did this and waited, and waited and finally after getting the attention of someone they made the same request of me again. They also gave me a website address, not an email address, to communicate, which is obviously stupid. PayPal would not resolve the case so i had to go to American Express to get my money back. Had I not done that they would have my money and they're horrible clothing as well. Once again, never buy anything from this "company." Trust the reviews you are reading.

Answer: They are total scammers do not order from them there clothes are total crap! You will be very disappointed if you do, I was... all there pictures are stolen and are not the clothes they send out... read on and you will find out... but don't wast your money like we did...
Answer: It's ridiculous with them. I received a defective item. I had emailed them stating the item was defective, and I'd like a return and for them to send me a return label because it wasn't my fault the item I received was defective. They wrote back to me saying that I have to pay for the shipping back to China myself. I demanded that they pay of my shipping back and wanted a full refund because it wasn't my fault for receiving a defective item. It was their fault with quality control. We went back and forth. I will not shy from reporting them to the international consumer protection agency. And with regards to the item not received, I had the same situation. I demanded a full refund. They asked if I wanted to buy something else. I declared that I didn't want to do business with a company that took my money and didn't even let me know that the item I paid for I didn't even receive. If I never said anything, they would have just taken my money and ran with it. In the future, just refrain from doing business with this horrible company.
