I ordered clothing from twinkledeals.com and its been forever getting the order now. No one seems to know where it is and when you submit a ticket to try to speak with someone at twinkledeals it either says the order number is wrong or the numbers you have to put in at the bottom of the ticket are wrong... AND THEY ARE NOT...
This is ridiculous. I also like that the customer service member from twinkledeals has tried to resolve things with people from this site by saying the same thing to every person.
This is horrible.
I have emailed the shipping company and they have advised me my order has been in customs for 3 days and it usually clears the day it gets there... which makes you feel even better about the site...
