Ordered a maxi dress and bikini. 3 weeks later got the dress which is cheaply made and my 8 year old makes better cut lines than this. Looks bootleg. Never received bikini. When I contacted them via email, because there's no phone # (it's 2016 who doesn't have a phone?) The next day I was emailed back they were out of the item and will no longer carry it. Okay, so you never even contacted me to tell me this? They won't refund the money and will only offer me store credit. This is a terrible company that does horrible buissness! I would give them a ZERO but it wasn't an option
This is the worst site I have EVER ordered from and I shop online quite often. I ordered almost 3 weeks ago and paid the extra fee to have my ordered delivered in 2 days because I was heading to the beach and wanted to take the items i ordered with me. But still here we are 3 weeks later and no items and I tried to track where my package was and it wouldn't let me. Never will I ever order from this site again. Extremely disappointed!

Update: The company did finally refund the full price AFTER I filed a dispute through Paypal and wrote this review. I was offered a "gift" to change/remove this review but I only reported facts and want to warn others to order at their own risk.
Ordered a dress in a large size having learned the sizing difference between US and China. Dress fit but looked like it was made by a toddler - no collar, no button holes or loops for the buttons, loose threads everywhere and cheap, scratchy material. Customer service kept insisting I send photos which I did - twice. They said the pictures weren't received and then dropped communication so no refund for me. Don't let them suck you in with the low prices!

Absolutely terrible. First of all, the items take way too long to arrive to your house, and when they come, they aren't anything at all like the pictures online, both size wise and style wise. The fabric that that each of the items I ordered were made out of the cheapest material I have ever seen. You also have to go through 2 million steps in order to return them, so there really isn't a point to do so. All in all, would not recommend this site to anyone.

I ordered something on February 2nd as I will be moving to bali in a week. According to their website it should have taken 10-20 working days to be delivered. Just in case I calculated some extra days before I ordered. They just shipped it out, meaning 21 working days after I ordered and wouldn't let me cancel my order anymore, knowing I would never get it in time before I move. All you get is an automated answer, which I received twice trying to contact them

I paid for an item at the start of February. After three weeks with no postage confirmation, I've asked where my item is. They have said that it was Chinese New Year and they all had time off. That is FINE but put that on your website and state that it will take a while to catch up or send me an email with that information instead of making me wait three weeks for ME to ask THEM. Then after another week passed, I emailed again. The item is backlogged and wont be posted for another two weeks. I ordered in February for a holiday in April as I know it takes a while to be delivered from China but it's looking like I won't get it for then. And then I come online to check other's experiences to find that reported quality is poor so I will have waited three months for a bad quality bikini with NO communication from them unless I chase them?! Awful, awful, awful.

I've paid my order for over 2 weeks ago now. I also received an e-mail that my payment has been received. However I haven't received any further information about my shipping ever since or that my package is even send. When do I get my order? When there is no confirmation or answer whatsoever I want my payment back and the order canceled. This is taking way to long.

They are fraud company!
Never use this Seller if you do not want to loose your money,
We ordered 2 woman's swim suite for $25. The shiped me 2 t-shirts, around $6 each. When i asked for refund they, asking me for partial refund for $5, and i was disagree with that, then they was agree with refund but with shipping and handling by my own cost.
Update:
They are provided refund for $20+ but not for full amount. So I have 2 useless t-shirts, less for $5.
Before make the order think twice: are you ready to loose your money and spend a lot of time for return and refund?
Question to the twinkledeals: why are you are acting so bad with customers?

I ordered from twinkledeals.com Feb 1st. When I still hadn't received my package on the 20th I started tracking it only to find out that they left my apartment number off of my address and sent it back. I have been trying to contact twinkledeals support but receive automated messages asking me to wait for my package. The only problem is my package came and went so what exactly am I waiting for?
Update: Customer service rep got in contact immediately and offered a refund. I'm glad I didn't have to jump through hoops to get a refund for my order.

I ordered from twinkledeals.com 2 watches - a smartwatch and a led watch and i simply love it. The smartwatch was a gift for my sister and she got her present before her birthday thanks to the fast processing of the order (1 day) and fast shipping (17 days)!
Answer: Do not buy anything from this "company." The items that arrive are no better than rags. When I wanted to return then they made it extremely difficult, wanting pictures of the items along with original packaging and tags. I did this and waited, and waited and finally after getting the attention of someone they made the same request of me again. They also gave me a website address, not an email address, to communicate, which is obviously stupid. PayPal would not resolve the case so i had to go to American Express to get my money back. Had I not done that they would have my money and they're horrible clothing as well. Once again, never buy anything from this "company." Trust the reviews you are reading.

Answer: They are total scammers do not order from them there clothes are total crap! You will be very disappointed if you do, I was... all there pictures are stolen and are not the clothes they send out... read on and you will find out... but don't wast your money like we did...
Answer: It's ridiculous with them. I received a defective item. I had emailed them stating the item was defective, and I'd like a return and for them to send me a return label because it wasn't my fault the item I received was defective. They wrote back to me saying that I have to pay for the shipping back to China myself. I demanded that they pay of my shipping back and wanted a full refund because it wasn't my fault for receiving a defective item. It was their fault with quality control. We went back and forth. I will not shy from reporting them to the international consumer protection agency. And with regards to the item not received, I had the same situation. I demanded a full refund. They asked if I wanted to buy something else. I declared that I didn't want to do business with a company that took my money and didn't even let me know that the item I paid for I didn't even receive. If I never said anything, they would have just taken my money and ran with it. In the future, just refrain from doing business with this horrible company.
