This online company is requesting image of a photo id, driver license, passport and image of credit card after they already charge your card. They charge your card then put order on hold until the images requested are sent to them. I declined to send them a copy of my driver license and credit card as this seems very sketchy. There is not a single online company who has requested this and it seems very strange that they do. It is also really bad that they go ahead and charge your card while putting order on hold. Even after I declined to give them images, they didn't credit my card back immediately. I had to contact them several times and I'm still waiting for the refund weeks later. Fortunately I use American Express and they are involved as well. Twinkledeals has ridiculous business practice. Buyers Beware!
I ordered a jacket on the 24th Oct, its now 19th Nov! NO email to say it has been despatched. Have emailed them, NO response. Starting to think I'm not going to get this item. Very disappointed customer!
How long does it usually take for shipping as i order a dress on the 11 november it also says shipped and it says paid 0 i did pay for this threw my debit card.

Very very poor quality. Sizing is awful, faulty, item is not as shown in picture. The list is endless
Shouldn't even get one star... the clothes, well rags I received were just awful... nothing like the picture... was ashamed to show them to anyone... will get using them to clean the floors... have advised friends not to purchase
I have got better quality dish cloths! Avoid ordering anything from this site. Nobody responds to emails and you don't get your full order. If part orders are sent out you would think you would be notified. The only time it would appear the order status gets updated is when you ask where your order is and why the order status remains at 'processing!' They items look like they have just been cut out in the cheapest material and thrown together. Can't say I would ever recommend!

I ordered and the package was supposedly sent on 5 September 2015. I still havent received the package over 2 months later. I have contacted them to inquire where it might be and they advised that the package must have been lost in the post. My options are to either accept a 50% refund in store credit (as if I would ever purchase anything on here again!) or 50% refund to my card or to reship the order but I have to pay 50% of the order price again. I should have read the reviews before ordering from this site as they are all correct. So many orders never arrive. If Twinkledeals wishes to up their ratings they seriously need to consider their shipping providers.
I just received my shirt, and it is NOTHING like the photo. It's a cheap material that looks like it was made from bed sheets. It was the wrap around with fringes, scoop neck. First of all, there are threads hanging off - right off the bat, falling apart. The "fringes" literally look like a horrible 2nd grade costume from bed sheets. The color is purple, not grey. It doesn't close, it is completely unwearable.

Such bad quality clothes. Nothing at all like what was in the picrures. The boots I got smell of glue so bad I cant wear them apart from the fact that they are soooo badly made. Also the top looks like a rag and lts much bigger than a normal ladies large, cant wear either. I've ordered 2 more tops. Interested to see when they'll be come, if ever, and quality. How can these people rip off people and sleep at night, I am so anoyed. Never will I order on line again.
I ordered two items separately (a top and cardigan), I only wished I didn't order the second item but the first hadn't arrived yet and I didn't realised how awful the quality was! It took weeks and weeks to arrive and when it did I was so disappointed. The items weren't expensive but the quality is that bad they weren't even worth that price! I don't even know if there is a refund procedure as I thought it was an American site I was ordering from but the order came from China! DO NOT USE THIS SITE! Biggest waste of money!

I don't really understand why so many bad comments about Twinkledeals.com I've just received my second order, a dress, a skirt, a pair of earrings and a ring. I've paid about 20 euros for everything. Great products. They all fit me very well. The one size for rings it's not really my size but i knew that was a risk.
I ordered on Oct. 29th of the extra to get the purchase faster it's November 11th nothing!
That's not even my major complaint, upon checking my bank account they doubled billed me for my purchase! I opened a claim on PayPal, n I'm going to my bank to dispute this charge! Do not order from this company, unless you want to always see processing your oder everytime you check your account or no replies to your "ticket" as they call it!
When I after months waiting finally got the dress I both in August, they had sent me a completely different one than the one I ordered. Different style, pattern and not even close to the dress I was expecting. When I logged on to twinkledeals.com they had replaced the picture of the dress I ordered with the one they sent me under the same link, item number and product name. I sent a claim and the response was that the dress I ordered was out of stock and the one I got is the new style. Not once during this months I waited, not even when I sent an email asking if they actually had the dress, did they tell me that it was out of stock. I specifically wrote that I did NOT want another product.

I am very happy with this site. Articles take one month to arrive in Italy, the packs are perfect and undamaged.

I purchased over $300 worth of clothes from them. Their clothing is extremely low quality. I would not purchase again from them. In addition, there was an item that was never shipped, and the company did not even let me know. If I never said anything, they would have taken my money and ran with it. I'm very disappointed. The company asked if I'd like to choose something else instead. I told the company straight up that I didn't want to do business with a company that is irresponsible and unethical. Not only that, but the company only gives 7 days to contact the company for a return. Life moves at a rapid speed. 7 days isn't enough time.
Answer: Do not buy anything from this "company." The items that arrive are no better than rags. When I wanted to return then they made it extremely difficult, wanting pictures of the items along with original packaging and tags. I did this and waited, and waited and finally after getting the attention of someone they made the same request of me again. They also gave me a website address, not an email address, to communicate, which is obviously stupid. PayPal would not resolve the case so i had to go to American Express to get my money back. Answer: They are total scammers do not order from them there clothes are total crap! You will be very disappointed if you do, I was... all there pictures are stolen and are not the clothes they send out... read on and you will find out... but don't wast your money like we did...
Answer: It's ridiculous with them. I received a defective item. I had emailed them stating the item was defective, and I'd like a return and for them to send me a return label because it wasn't my fault the item I received was defective. They wrote back to me saying that I have to pay for the shipping back to China myself. I demanded that they pay of my shipping back and wanted a full refund because it wasn't my fault for receiving a defective item. It was their fault with quality control. We went back and forth. I will not shy from reporting them to the international consumer protection agency. And with regards to the item not received, I had the same situation. I demanded a full refund. They asked if I wanted to buy something else. I declared that I didn't want to do business with a company that took my money and didn't even let me know that the item I paid for I didn't even receive. If I never said anything, they would have just taken my money and ran with it. In the future, just refrain from doing business with this horrible company.

Answer: Log into your account and submit a ticket inquiry on your order. I had to do that also when my order was showing invalid tracking. They replied within 24 hrs. I had expedited delivery and it took about 3 weeks to get my order.
