I placed the order in August! Today is november! Due today i have never receive my order! I asked them to exchange the order! They exchanged the order! They asked to pay the difference! I paid the difference! And they still did NOT ship the order! Then i asked to return the money and cancel the order! The cancelled the order and due today NO MONEY is returned! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

I made the mistake of ordering without first checking reviews... I wrote to inquire about order status... no reply... so I went on PayPal and filed a claim. Got a reply... BIG surprise NOT. Suddenly there were out of stock of my 3 items... imagine that... I filed a complaint and they were out of ALL 3 of the items I ordered... shame on me but BIGGER shame on them... Why do you rip people off?

THE WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH!
I ordered 3 shirts; Took them over 2 months to send the first 2 and the 3rd (now 4 months later) still have not arrived!
I ordered a M for me and an XL for my mom (different shirts), the M ended up being so big that my mom could wear it (if the quality was as good as the picture) and her XL is so small that I can wear it!
I have communicated back and forth with them and just got the run around, got no were!

I can't wear jewelry at work, but they don't want me being late getting back from break, either. So I had to look for a pocket watch, and I came across Twinkle Deals. I'd never had a good experience ordering from China before. I have a PS3 controller and charge chord that I use as reminders before I spend my money on anything from there. But the pocket watch I found on Twinkle Deals was. 99 cents, free shipping. It estimated up to 25 days for delivery, but it was only. 99cents, so I had less than a dollar to lose if this went south. I got my watch in less than 2 weeks. It was EXACTLY what they said it would be. It is light enough to carry comfortably, and heavy enough to feel sturdy and comfortable in your hand. The design is beautiful, and the time is always accurate. I honestly can't think of anything they could have done better. After the watch worked out so nicely I started ordering some Xmas presents from there. I've received a bracelet for my daughter, so far. And the quality of the bracelet is every bit as good as anything in the boutiques around here.

Taking advice from which.com on consumer contracts regulations which replaced the distance selling regulations but advises you have a right to cancel from date of ordering until 14 days after receipt of the items, well I haven't received any of the items I ordered nor any confirmation yet the charges have been levied from my PayPal account.

I ordered a jacket from this company over a month ago now and still haven't received it! On top of that, the website advertised that the jacket had dropped form £35 to £16 odd, however, when they money was taken from my bank it was the full £35... PLUS another £2.50 to convert it from dollars to pounds which it never informed me off... And I also paid an extra £13 for shipping to have the quickest delivery which was 3-7 working days! I've emailed to see what's going on with my order and haven't heard anything back. Safe to say I will not be ordering from thisncompany again, absolute waste of my money and time!

I used paypal and have escalated to a claim because the thread of stalling emails on their site was simply a stalling technique. Everything has been returned and with claim opened, they want to know why and also thanked me for my purchase.
When i returned to their site to explain for the UMPTEENTH time what the problem was and is, all previous emails were wiped.
I expect another two weeks will go by before they send me an email asking why the claim and "thank you for your purchase" still with no refund. Thus far, i am out $150 for clothing i wouldn't dress my Barbie Doll in.

While I received my order in the 8-15 business day time frame, the quality was ridiculously cheap. It wasn't soft - not even fabric softner would help. Overall, you wait for a long time to get what you paid for.

Answer: Do not buy anything from this "company." The items that arrive are no better than rags. When I wanted to return then they made it extremely difficult, wanting pictures of the items along with original packaging and tags. I did this and waited, and waited and finally after getting the attention of someone they made the same request of me again. They also gave me a website address, not an email address, to communicate, which is obviously stupid. PayPal would not resolve the case so i had to go to American Express to get my money back. Had I not done that they would have my money and they're horrible clothing as well. Once again, never buy anything from this "company." Trust the reviews you are reading.

Answer: They are total scammers do not order from them there clothes are total crap! You will be very disappointed if you do, I was... all there pictures are stolen and are not the clothes they send out... read on and you will find out... but don't wast your money like we did...
Answer: It's ridiculous with them. I received a defective item. I had emailed them stating the item was defective, and I'd like a return and for them to send me a return label because it wasn't my fault the item I received was defective. They wrote back to me saying that I have to pay for the shipping back to China myself. I demanded that they pay of my shipping back and wanted a full refund because it wasn't my fault for receiving a defective item. It was their fault with quality control. We went back and forth. I will not shy from reporting them to the international consumer protection agency. And with regards to the item not received, I had the same situation. I demanded a full refund. They asked if I wanted to buy something else. I declared that I didn't want to do business with a company that took my money and didn't even let me know that the item I paid for I didn't even receive. If I never said anything, they would have just taken my money and ran with it. In the future, just refrain from doing business with this horrible company.
