Shockingly poor quality

I ordered 2 "sweaters". They were both to be worn over clothes. Both looked adorable online and the price was great. Shipping took over the 20 days for one item and I wasn't able to track it. What actually came was a joke. I can sew better than this! One could be considered to be knitted, but is so thin it is see through. The fabric on both is extremely cheap and thin. Neither top looks like the picture online other than vaguely resembling it. One item has a pin that supposedly goes with it, but it is made for a knitted sweater, not the fabric it's actually made of, so it won't poke through to hold it in place. The seams are not stabilized in any way, meaning they are just plain seams with no stay stitching or anything else to hold the edges of seams down and flat. One item had the tag sewn into the seam on the outside.

Order can't be tracked?!

I placed my order ( T**************) two weeks ago and have tried tracking it (RC*******NL) but it says it can't track my order.
I have sent an email 2 days ago requesting you look in to this but I have had no reply.
I'm concerned after reading the reviews on this site that I'm not going to receive my order at all, especially as the relevant website can track my order!

Happily surprised.

I just found this site. I was always told something that looks to good probably is not.
I am so glad that I took the chance with this business. The prices were so reasonable, and the shipping cost? There was none with my first purchase and you can earn credits to go toward your purchases. It takes a little time to get your items, but it is worth the wait, plus I got my order faster than some other sites I know.
Customer service was perfect, no problems just sent a message to see how fast they responded. Within an hour.
My purchase is perfect. But my sister bought a purse after I told her about the site and had it a week and the hardware is falling off, she already tossed it. Makes rethink site.

Order STILL processing?!

I placed my order of four items ( #T**************) almost two weeks ago now- and when I check the status of my order it STILL says "processing"- meaning they're still putting together the order and it hasn't even shipped yet! When I try to email them directly, I can't get through. After reading all the reviews out there I'm starting to think my order may never show up...

Misleading

Ripped Off
October 25, 2015

I ordered three hats in August, it is October and I still haven't heard or seen anything. I have waited almost three months. I wish I would have looked at the reviews and never ordered anything, at least my money would go to something that would actually arrive.

Never got my order
October 25, 2015

I 'made a complaint' twice, first I got a quick response that said if I hadn't received the package within the week (two months after I had ordered it) to make the complaint again, I tried but now I just receive an email saying that some recently replied to my complaint but I have received no further correspondence.
WILL NOT BE BUYING FROM THEM AGAIN. $70 AUD WASTED.

RUBBISH
October 23, 2015

Order took 7 weeks to come when it arrived it wasent even finished yet. Sizing was wrong it would have fitted my 8 year old grandaughter. Utter cheap crap i have threw better in the bin. This place is a shambles. I would have been as well putting my £13 in the bin. Total waste of money. When the model had it on she was 56.it was well past her bum looked really nice on. As a dress a thought that would be nice for my holidays. I put mine on it went to my waist. I am 5.feet1.so how do they work that 1 out. STAY CLEAR of this website you will be DISSAPOINTED.

After giving it a one star review because I never got anything, my product finally arrived. It doesn't looke much like the picture, but it's decent enough. Mi won't buy from them again because of how long it took.

I can't help but agree that some of the quality is very poor and it takes a while to ship. I have been able to find my order online and have received updates as each portion of this order ships. It comes from China and it's cheap price but I think overall is not bad. Just order a size up, Chinese Asian women are small

I was going to place and order but after reading the reviews I became concerned about getting scamed. I asked my friends on Facebook if anyone had tried ordering from them. The response was overwhelmingly negative! The biggest complaints were the quality of the clothes, orders never arriving and zero customer service! I'm not sure how aplace like this is allowed to stay in business! There's no way I'm getting taken advantage of! Thanks to everyone for putting the word out there that this is a SCAM!

Can't track my order

Don't bother
October 19, 2015

After my last review 1 month ago, I eventually recieved my cloths from this company, it took 4 months to arrive. As most of the reviews state the cloth were ordered XL but I believe would only fit a size 10 to 12 person the quality is poor, I'm just gonna open the lid of my bin and throw them in and chalk it up as a learning curve.
If it's cheap and too good to be true it probably is, well I've learnt my lesson and won't be buying from this company again.

It's a scam!

Ordered product based on face book 'likes.'
It was false advertising from the start. The quality of product was terrible and sizing was way off. They made it impossible to return the items. Can't believe they get away with it. Don't fall for it!

I ordered a jacket from TwinkleDeals and when the jacket arrived it was not finished. The collar was missing, the sleeves were not hemmed, the pocket were not finished and the bottom was not hemmed. All had raw edges.
I emailed customer service and was told I would get money in my "wallet". I replied that I wanted my money returned, that I would not spend any more money with the. I was then told that I would receive a refund to my paypal account within 7 business day. I never received the money and when I emailed them asking about my refund I received a reply that told me to check my paypal. I sent a screenshot of my paypal account that shows there never was a refund and they quit communicating with me. I have no way of contacting them other than email. A word of advice, DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY!
