All in all, I always have a very enjoyable experience with Tophatter, all their products are of the highest quality, and on the rare occasions that there is a problem with an item, it's dealt with quickly and professionally to the buyers satisfaction.

I was very excited when I first discovered this app, and ordered almost 40 items within a week... then the orders started coming in. One by one, I received: makeup listed as genuine Kylie Jenner or Urban Decay but were all BAD knock offs, jewelry listed as ". 925 sterling silver" that was anything BUT sterling silver and looked NOTHING like the picture, cheap electronics that have cords that don't fit the device chosen, and on and on. Initially, customer service helped me to return this crap, but now I'm forced to lose money sending back items that were grossly misrepresented on their site! Literally, the postal workers laugh when I come in and have started asking me, "Are we returning another bad item?"! This site is a joke, and their products are all cheap crap that I would be embarrassed to give as gifts! (As most of the items I bought were intended to be gifts) Unless you like wasting your time and money, STAY AWAY FROM THIS APP!
Huge disappointment, at first it was a lot of fun, quickly realized don't trust the pictures because they are very misleading. Even some of the descriptions are very vague. Use with extreme caution, buy 2-3 sizes larger in clothing. Best to browse the items then set reminders and still that doesn't guarantee any quality in items purchased. Too much of a hastle to return anything. Take forever to get a refund if you ever get it at all. The only items that seemed to be of any quality was the Jewellery and there is a good chance it will turn your skin green or lose its shine or coating quickly...
If you manage to land a good deal or two, it appears as though tophatter will block you from bidding anymore. It just errors out. I have had this happen to me three times now, each after getting a really good deal on a product. Each time they have had to go in and unblock my account. Takes a day or 2 to get this done. Also, it can take as much as a week for the product to get shipped. Then everything is pretty much coming from China, so there's another 3 - 4 weeks for delivery. You'll be lucky to get your products within 1.5 months. Another concern, the images are very misleading. Be sure to click on the item and carefully read the description of what you are actually bidding on.
All the coins either silver or gold are all fake, they are not worth anything but yet the sellers and tophatter value everything from 99.00 to 399.00 for gold clad coins silver coins fake dollars and troy bars. They are all fake not worth 1.00 each no matter what kind of coin or bill you order and they are difently not worth more then 1.00 each i bought 300.00 worth of coins and bills and bars to find out from 3 different gold and silver places that they are all fake, crap, not worth anything so im out all that money and tophatter does nothing
I've been ordering for a couple months now and everything has been perfect. One of my items was sent to the wrong address and it took a while but they gave me my full refund so I purchase the item again!

Too much time to receive the merchandise from end of auction, when you collect payment at the end of auction, and it takes more than 30 days to receive merchandise, then that is just too much time

Got my first order coach purse. First of all I felt 42 dollars was good. Oh. One. It was use and dirty. Who pays that much for a used purse. Two. It was twice as small as I thought I am
