Do not buy any of this CHEAP CRAP! The sellers are all scammers and will take your money and PRETEND to send you your item. Then when you try to contact customer service at Topscammer, you don't get a reply! Save your hard earned money on reputable sites and not this SCAMMING PILE OF CRAP!

I ordered 8 things off this website and everything I got looks cheap and feels cheap I don't recommend this website to anyone unless you want to waste your money... it ur money do what u want..
Won many items never receive about 1/4 of the items I win they will say they are delivered but I never see them in my mailbox or they never get confirmation of delivery and they refund with credits no point in that when you you can't get what you pay for. The customer service is terrible they never answer you when you email and they are no help when they do.
If the seller does not lıke your winning bid, you will never get your item!
AND the worst part is you have to fight to get your money back. TODAY l have a scheduled refund but they will not pay, even after 3 months. MOSTLY FAKE TRACKING INFO.
Product sold some are low quality clothing is to thin. I did get somethings that were ok. I do LIKE THE BIDDING SO FAR. And i can pay fast.
I still haven't received stuff I ordered three months ago, and I have to wait till December 30 before they even let me get a refund. Then I ordered a truck set months ago for my grandkids that was was supposed to big big and have music & lights and received two tiny toys that looked like they came from the dollar.
I have been with top hatter only 2 months and am closing my account never ever again 1st item i won for £9.25 was a chils robot that helps them learn numbers letters ect... it arrived small flimsy bit of plastic that after adding battery has chinese buttons on ront and speaks chinese went in the bin 2nd item still not received as yet no refund till 31st dec 5 weeks after it should have been here 3rd item remote controlled transforms from car to robot i recd small plastic red car no remote control no robot nothing matched item photo i bid on see photos below no refund again till end of dec scammers rip off merchants never ever again will i bid on this site.

I love this app. But alot of the items I win are refunded. In my mind when I win I'm thinking of christmas presents I have over 30 refunds that's just guessing maybe more or less but that is way to many if the item is not in stock take it off the site cause I have had the same item refunded as well
I am frustrated with Tophatters. These companies they deal with are not honest. After paying for products they change dates of arrival time. Then change amain if really late. When I have had issues they could care less either they don't respond or just blow me off. Also some of these companies claim they send items and they don't. When reporting this Top hatters don't believe me. Byer beware! Plus it is extremely hard to contact this company.No email or phone numbers.
Tophatter says that u have buyer protection and then ask me to contact the seller. It's all a scam and I only used it again to use my credits will never purchase anything else from tophatter. I haven't even received half of my stuff and this stuff comes from China and all different countries that don't even care if you receive it and they will not refund you and put you in loops. Almost NOTHING ever comes. Only reason I keep going back is because they don't give me my money bapck, they give me credit to their website. When stuff does come, l it is NEVER what they say. Only thing I have somewhat liked on thete so far is the diamond paintings, but most turn out to only be partial paintings... I have 15 missing products from October and November. Those were Christmas presents. Now I am out the money and the presents. Dissatisfied customer

I get request to review my orders that say delivered... problem is they haven't been received... my money was "delivered without a problem! Also it won't let me choose a card with my bonus points. Gives me only to cards to select from and I want neither... im not spending another cent until I see one of my 8 thing ordered!

Not happy with expierence with top hatter. Hard to cantact and give a complaint. When sellers cancel orders they give money back through top hatter credits instead of refunding credit card. When a order does not arrive they give credit back through top hatter credits instead of refunding credit card. Overall expierence has not been a happy one. Bid on alot of items for Christmas and there not coming. Very diappointing. Sellers dont give accurate discription on item and send fraud items.
